Had our old water heater replaced with a new one from Home Depot. Helpful customer service with a quote over the phone. Install in the garage (right by the garage door) was very quick and professional. Price was very reasonable. Inspector came out a week later. No issues. Would recommend for similar work!

Home depot hired this company for the installation of our dishwasher. The plumber is skilled and did excellent work. However, the main office should get on the same page as their plumbers. He did not provide an itemized invoice for the extra parts that I had to purchase on site. I do not put this on him. I believe it's due to poor leadership to clarify expectations for him to write things out on the invoice. That's far from the worst of it though. The plumber informed that the main office would email me an itemized receipt for the extra parts shortly after I paid over the phone. I called them just before close of business because I had not received it. They explained that they were especially busy because one of their plumbers was involved in a MVA. Understandable. I called 2 days later because they failed to send it. They were very rude, interrupted repeatedly and treated me as if I was the bad guy. I was firm with my speech but i did not yell or swear, yet, they hung up on me twice. Costumer service skills are totally lost on these folks. On top of that, the receipt was not itemized. I have never worked with a contractor or plumber who was unable to provide a receipt with a full breakdown of what I purchased or the services that I paid for. Very shady. I would avoid doing business with these folks just to avoid interactions with their main office along with their business practices even if they do actually send you a skilled plumber.

Prior to having new countertops put in Paul came out and uninstalled the existing plumbing, took about an hour, no problems. After the countertop placement Paul came back out to reconnect everything and install a new garbage disposal. He noticed a problem, called the countertop people, and ensured they fixed a minor error. Paul, then reconnected everything and gave me a detailed explanation of all that was done. I'm happy with the results. Thanks!

I purchased an appliance through Costco who subcontracted the installation with Perez. I had a confirmed installation date which was not met. Perez contacted me 5 days later to schedule the install and informed me they would not be able to do the installation without an additional payment from me. They could not even schedule the appointment when they contacted me. They contacted me a week later and tried to schedule appointment for another week out. They are rude and difficult to deal with.

I had a horrible experience with Perez Enterprizes, the third-party delivery company Costco uses for appliance delivery.

They called the day before delivery to provide a time window, fine. but then changed it without consideration.When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Their repeated response was, “We are not Costco.” While I understand that, you are representing Costco’s services as their delivery partner. Customers don’t expect to be passed off or dismissed.

There was no accountability, no attempt to accommodate, and no effort to make the situation right. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service ultimately led me to cancel my entire Costco appliance order.

If you are purchasing appliances through Costco, be aware that your experience may depend heavily on this third-party company.

Echoing some of the experiences of other reviewers here. This company is awful to work with. I had to use them because I went through Home Depot and got a dishwasher. Right from the start the guy tried to sell me a line that I already paid for and he became very angry about it when I refused and finally he pretended to call his supervisor about it and said they said okay. Afterwhich he started to talk about how the dishwasher probably won't fit and had all these measurement tapes out and things. I probably should have told him to go but since the dishwasher was needed I waited. Sure enough at the end he did something to it that caused it to malfunction. I'm now having to call back Home Depot to hopefully get a new unit. Overall I hate how Home Depot uses junk companies like these. With 100s of other local companies here, why not go with someone else? Overall if you can avoid these conartists, please do so. If you go to Home Depot and hear they're sending these clowns out, please ask them for someone else.
