I am a Hampton Roads resident. I do not appreciate their bible quote on their vehicles. "wives, submit to your husbands, as you do the lord." They could of easily chosen another quote that does not oppress woman.

Mr. Lindsey is one of the most kind hearted people in this world. We called him and asked for some helo and he didnt hesitate one but. His company and outlook on the world are a true god send

They completed the job in a timely manner. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. J. Lindsey is a Christian man and a true servant. He came highly recommended by the Nelson’s in Virginia Beach.

Lindsey Brothers came out to my Father in laws house on Christmas Eve morning and fixed his heating problem within an hour. He had been told by another company they couldn't come until the 27th which meant no heat or hot water for 5 days. He is an elderly gentleman and would not have been able to stay in his home for the holidays if it wasn't for Lindsey Brothers. Thank you for your prompt, professional service and with a smile.

I called this company out to fix a clog somewhere in my system the water from the upstairs toilet and shower was flowing into the downstairs toilet and shower causing an overflow. They ran the equipment through the pipe and said that the problem was fixed. They asked me to flush the toilet in my bedroom to see if it was running smoothly. The toilet did not run over.

Now, the way that this problem was discovered is my 30 y.o son came to visit, 2 months later, and used the upstairs shower and the sa.e problem occurs. I don't go upstairs because of back issues, so I would not have discovered there was still an issue. Mind you, no one ever came into the house to check out the issue to make sure it was repaired, even when I asked someone to check it. I called today and the receptionist/scheduler tells me the repair is out of warranty and I will have to pay another $150.
What bothers me the most is that this company advertises tas believers, but does not stand by their work. Would Jesus want us to treat our fellow man this way? I don't think so. Jesus would ask that we do all work as unto God and to right our wrongs. Hence, if the problem still exists, it was never fixed!

The Lindsey Brothers team took excellent care of us from the very beginning to the very end. We renovated our property and they installed all new plumbing. They did excellent work and were affordable and dependable.

You have a customer for life. Curtis and Dean are as professional as it gets. They looked at the situation and got straight to work. They gathered materials and before I knew it they were at the door asking me to test their work. I wish I would have called this company sooner. If you want a great plumbing experience, give these guys a call. Very thankful for the work Curtis and Dean performed.

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.

Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.

Lindsey Brothers Inc fixed my problem! Both bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs) were blocked. Initially hired a well marketed competitor who failed to do the job, (after calling them back when their first visit did not fix the problem and after telling me I would need to have a pipe replaced under my house to the tune of $4,500.) Lindsey Brothers Inc were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. They also pulled out a piece of equipment from a previous plumber that broke off in my pipes. They spent hours here, made sure everything was working right, and even cleaned up a previous plumbers messy work. They explained what they were doing, what they found and why they needed to take specific action. I will hire them again if I need plumbing services in the future!

I first used Lindsey Brothers at my home. They came out immediately and repaired the problem. A few years later i needed them again. They came out and wanted to charge a travel fee. They were doing a job in NC and charged me from there to my home. I called the office because this wasn't told to me. They wavered the fee. I then used them for my salon. He put in pipes too small for pressure that is needed for a salon using chemicals and he did not put the pipe in with an incline so that it would drain. The pipe clogged. I had two new companies come over and both told me the same things were done wrong. After calling and talking to Mr. Lindsey several times and he stating he would come over i gave up. He stop answering calls and text. He never showed up to fix the problem. I have to replace the pipes he installed. I did not want to go to court. I support black businesses on a regular. This was so unprofessional and sad.

My name is Jerald Edwards if I could give Lindsey brothers negative stars I would. First off they have very poor communication I’ve been calling all week about my heater that they’re supposed to be fixing and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back. I have a family with small children that live in my rental property that has been without heat for almost two weeks. They were supposed to have been done last Thursday but they haven’t done anything yet. Just very unprofessional. One guy just popped up by the house unexpectedly with no call to let the tenant know he was coming. His response was “ I was just in the neighborhood “. If you’re looking for a reliable company do not use Lindsey brothers.

Going into Home Depot and I see this truck zooming in right into a handicapped spot. No plaque placed saying they can park there, not on the tag and on top of that they aren’t even in the spot all the way!

I'm a repeat customer and it's disheartening for a plumber to lie about how much time spent to do a job just to up charge a customer. Mr. C installed some faucets for me yesterday and failed to tell the lady who answers the phone that he had to leave twice because he didn't have the right tools for the job! I will probably use this company again, but Mr. C won't be allowed to do the job.

I left a message for service and they never called me back. I guess they are busy enough not to need new business.

5 stars!! Johnston’s Groundwater was great, I highly recommend them. I had a great experience with them. Install was super clean. Owner and crew were super knowledge and got the job done fast and efficiently.

Tim is great to work with, he came out to give an estimate and was working on the project in just a few days. Our system provides great coverage and works better than we expected. Had one small issue and Tim came out after hours and stayed until the issue was fixed, great customer service and awesome company.

Tim and his team were amazing! I got quotes from several companies to repair my home irrigation system that needed a ton of love and was a total mess. The other companies seem to want to do all these things that were just costing more money and I wasn’t confident in what they were saying. Tim came out promptly, accessed the damage and was very honest about everything. His team was here on time and everyday until the project was finished. He fixed everything and added a new controller. It’s hard finding good people to do work on your house, Tim is one of them. I highly recommend him.

We wanted to post a review for Tim Johnston, owner of Johnston's Groundwater and Geothermal and his crew, Sean and Leroy that came out to do a flush on our loops. We were having some issues and Tim was conversing with my husband via call and text to see if he could help. We had them come out to do the flush on our system, add conditioner and check the pressures. Everyone from the owner to his crew were timely, professional and courteous. We were quoted an estimate and that's what it was. These guys took their time and made sure all was well before leaving. This gave us peace and comfort in knowing our system was operating smoothly and efficiently. It's so difficult to find a company or contractor nowadays with this professionalism and work ethic so we want to highly recommend this company to others who need a go to they can trust. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tim and his team have been phenomenal in helping me with my geothermal system. I needed everything redone except the inground loops. He had us up and running in one day. Very professional and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot any issues in determining if a problem was on the HVAC side or the geothermal side. Excellent people to work with.

After the freeze last night, our system had a major hiccup and I called and got Tim working on a holiday, Veterans Day. He dropped everything to help me learn about my system. while I ran around the house and described what I saw and sent him pictures. He helped me figure out how to throw the breakers and reset the whole system and now it's working on this very cold day. I am so grateful for Tim and no wonder he's been in business for 30 years. He does a great job and is honest and humble.
