Called in the morning had an open spot for same day appointment, arrived on time. Had all the tools and parts need when he showed up, with only a brief description over the phone. Was done with a leaky tub trap in a tight spot in 30 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and pricing was very reasonable.

Mike Bertolino came to my rescue when I had water in my ceiling in my dining room & was pretty sure there was more water up there. He had a busy schedule already when I called with this "emergency". His scheduler got a hold of him right away & he called right away and then stopped by my house to see what was going on. Sure enough there was water pouring out when he cut the ceiling open. He figured out the problem and fixed it. I am a real estate agent but needed someone for my own personal residence. From now on I won't use any other plumber and I will recommended him & his son to all of my clients. He really saved me from what could have been a huge homeowners claim.

My brother highly recommended them to us. We had an excellent experience as first time customers for a repair under our kitchen sink. Friendly, skilled, straightforward, fast, and very reasonably priced. Couldn't be more pleased. We will be calling Mike Bertolino again to do some electrical and plumbing work for us in the near future!

I love all these good reviews. I wish I had the same experience. I had an initial text from Mike and showed him what I needed done. He responded. I texed twice to see when he can come over, no response.

This is my second review (for transparency sake--I had a different email at the time). I can say without hesitation that Mr. Bertolino is the ONLY plumber I would recommend to a family member. I've always been happy with the work he's done in my house. He is honest, extremely experienced, reasonable in his prices, and does exceptional work. To date he has helped us with numerous leaking toilets, replaced a couple of shut off valves for two toilets, repaired a leaking water line in my yard , replaced the water supply shut off in my garage, fixed my water heater, fixed the pipe under my bathroom sink...you get the picture. We trust him. As to people complaining about him not being instantly availability--- Is he going to show up like a genie if you rubbed a magic lamp? No. Be reasonable. If your house is flooding, he'll get to you as quick as he can. If not, he'll still get to you as quick as he can. He'll try to work with you to set up a time when you can be at home. The man is in demand for good reason.

We had Mike come and work on our kitchen plumbing, the first time I had called late and wasn’t sure if he would be able to make it the same day, but he made time and made sure he got to my house even past 5pm! It was a lifesaver!! He expertly fixed the problem and recommended a few further solutions which we gladly took him up on. Now our 1950s house has great plumbing and it’s because of Mike. We would call him again in a heartbeat and plan on having his company do electric work on our house. Mike is dedicated, professional and fair! Thank you!

First off, a huge thank you to Mike and his son for coming over and working as hard as they did. Though they were completely challenged by my shower issues, Mike had a strong sense of determination to figure it using multiple methods to reduce the cost of possible cutting into walls, etc. A true creative engineer. Great service from Lord Plumbing. They fixed my bathroom plumbing quickly and professionally. The technician was on time, friendly, and the work was done perfectly. Highly recommend their service.

I had the best experience with this company. Showed up early, professional, went above and beyond to replace my hot water tank. They replaced the pipes and valves and did a great job all around. They were meticulous in making sure they placed cloth sheets on my carpet as to not track dirt inside. The owner also showed up on the job just to make sure all was going well. I would highly recommend these guys!

BTW the call was: We had a slab leak inside an apartment where 6inches of concrete had to be busted and 3 ft of sand dug out. Repaired pipe and cleaned up like there was never a leak or anyone there!!

We had a great experience with Garunteed Plumbing. Greg, the owner, was extremely professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He made the entire process easy and kept us informed every step of the way, which we really appreciated.
The whole team was respectful, punctual, and professional throughout the job. We needed to replace our electric water heater with a new gas water heater, and they handled the installation quickly and efficiently.
After the installation, we did run into some heating issues, but Greg personally came out that same night to take care of it. He stayed until everything was fully resolved and made sure the system was working properly before leaving.
Overall, the service was top-notch—professional, high-quality work you can trust. Highly recommend!

This place has really went downhill . I was sold the wrong parts 2 times and my bill was now up to 160$ to replace handles. If someone helps you and their name isn’t Earl . Run they are wasting your time . How does one bill a customer for wrong parts given twice ? Especially when they are a news anchor on tv ?

If Comet Plumbing doesn't have it, no one in Virginia Beach does! I had to replace plastic Moen 1991 shower handles. Staff suggested.metal handles as a ling lasting alternative. So simple to install and no plastic parts to wear out.
