Needing to get plumbing supplies is usually not the ideal way to spend time (unless you're a plumber I suppose). However, if you do need something more than the standard parts you might find at Lowe's/Home Depot, Comet is the place to go. Always well staffed with helpful people, supplies for literally any plumbing job, and an excellent return policy (just keep your receipt).

I’ve been to comet plumbing on numerous occasions and their staff is so amazing. I would like to give the biggest shout out to earl who always manages to take care of my partner and I. He could just look at a cartridge or a faucet you have in your hand and tell you exactly what parts you will need. He’s the only man I’ve seen that can do this, I highly recommend everyone go there if they ever need anything plumbing related.

Provided a lot of help for my DIY home plumbing repair. I had started with some universal fit replacement parts from a big box hardware store. Those parts created more problems than they fixed. I went to Comet and got the correct fit parts. Cost was the same if not better than the Danco junk I bought from Lowe's. Do yourself a favor and get the good stuff from Comet, and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

I have a working shower because of these guys. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I think Pat helped me. A true expert. I got a Kohler RK0124X valve repair kit that brought everything back to life. Thank you Comet.

I couldn't figure out how to remove the stems from my old outdoor hose spigots that were leaking. I was ready to call a plumber. Comet saved me a small fortune by showing me how to remove what I needed to remove from a photo I took and selling me the replacement parts at a tiny fraction of what a plumber would have cost.

The go to place for any and all plumbing supplies. Sure, you might find things cheaper at the big box stores, but you won’t find the knowledge and customer service that you find here. Comet also has a great selection of obscure and hard to find fittings and supplies. Recently I went to them to find a transition from cast iron pipe to PVC. Not only did they know exactly what I needed, they told me how to install it...and a few workarounds if that didn’t work. I can’t say enough great things about the staff here.

About the most angry and unpleasant employees I have ever experienced. It was the first time I had been there and I was one of only two people in the store, so when they saw me walk over to the section of items I needed, I think it really upset them that I didn't walk there along a specific route (I can only guess this as to the reaction they gave follow-on customers). As I was looking for a part, one of them creepily appeared directly behind me. I turned to look at him when I sensed someone breathing over my shoulder, but he didn't say anything. I nodded and proceeded with what I was doing. He eventually asked, "Well, do you know what you're looking for?" I told him yes, I was good with the one part, but needed to find another item which I explained to him. He told me that the item was in the quarantined section of the store and customers were under no circumstances allowed to go there. I told him I wasn't sure if the tubing I needed was 1/2" or 3/4", but if I saw it I would know it. He told me, "Those come on a roll, and we need to know the size you need before I can cut some off." I again explained to him that if I simply saw the tubing I would know. He again told me "Like I said, you can't go look at the product. What would you like to do?" I was pretty confused and bewildered at this point, which was about the time that the gentleman who walked into the store before me simply put his items down and left the store. At the same time, another customer walked in and the man 'helping' me yelled at him from the back of the store "Stop right there! Turn to your left and follow that arrow. Ok stop! Wait right there and I will be with you next." He then looked back at me, I told him I was good for today and I didn't need anything. He proceeded to take the other item out of my hand as I was trying to replace it without saying anything to me. I was again shocked, but thought maybe he did that because he was going to sanitize the part or something, but he just put it in the same location I was about to put it in, which was right in front of me. He then looked at me again and asked, "Are you done then?" I just turned and left. As I was leaving, another patron was entering the store who the man again yelled at from across the store to stop, turn, stand, wait, and he would be with him later.

Went there today for a flapper for my TOTO toilet tank, Melvin got it for me and told me how to install it. Fast, knowledgeable staff, and helpful.

I had been to Ferguson's on Monticello 3 times: 1st two times was with an associate who shouldn't be working there, 3rd time, different associate tells me they don't carry TOTO parts.

The staff of Comet Plumbing Supply are the best listeners and problem solvers for d y i plumbers like me. I am grateful and appreciate their thoughtful help.

Amazing service. The two gentleman working were very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed a replacement cartridge for my shower handle and they knew exactly what to grab for me. Every time I come in the service is outstanding!

I cannot say enough about how helpful and courteous they were! Earl is beyond fantastic, he not only knew what I needed and supplied it he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I was able to finish my project (I was looking for an obsolete part that isn’t made anymore) he actually ended up fabricating something that worked perfectly and I can say he’s a true expert. All the gentleman here were very customer centric and helpful. If you need anything plumbing related and may need some help this is absolutely the place! Thank you again Earl! I’d still be without water in my home if it wasn’t for all your help!

Customer service is top notch at Comet Plumbing! As a DIYer I feel a bit intimidated by the pros. The folks there always answer my questions, have the parts I need, and offer pro tips when I need plumbing advice. I'm a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone without reservation!

Ordered a toilet and picked up parts to repair older commercial toilet flush valves.
Staff was friendly and professional. I recommend Comet Plumbing for your off the wall and replacement plumbing parts.

We had an issue with an old shower fixture. From the moment we walked in the building, until I just finished a phone call with them, there has been nothing short of friendly professionalism! Matt and Earl really went out of their way to help us out, and offer suggestions that went beyond what we thought the issue was. These gentlemen were not “question asked, question answered”…. They knew really what was needed and helped resolve simply. We will definitely return to Comet Plumbing in the future!!!

Rude and dismissive. Walked in and there was one person being helped. The guy behind the counter acknowledged me when she was checking out and I told him that I needed the parts to fix a faucet - I had the stem in hand. After the woman left, he explained that he was the only one there and that I could leave the piece and they would fix it when they could get to it. I told him I just needed the parts. He looked at it and said "Well, I would still have to put it on the bench and charge you to dig out the washer. I don't want to have to scrounge around for a new one." I said "I'll dig it out." His response: "Whatever". I went out to my truck dug it out and then said the hell with it and left.
I have been here numerous times and have always received solid advice and professional assistance. If I needed a part, the person knew exactly what I needed and where to find it - obviously those days are long gone. It's a shame because this has been the go to place for plumbing needs and one that I've recommended numerous times in the past.
