Top notch plumbers. Denny's has been my go to plumber for over 15 yrs. I recommend them to everyone I hear of needing any plumbing work. Never a complaint. They do everything from the smallest of jobs to the biggest. Always fair, clean, and dependable. Never try to upsell the work and has always been polite and professional. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a small issue in the master bathroom...an old part near the dial... took about thirty minutes top's to take off. He also changed two shower handles they probably cost ten dollars each in the hardware store and took an old washer out of a bathroom sink faucet...692 dollars...a rip off ! Good luck... to anyone that utilize their services... 😂

We have used Denny's Plumbing on multiple occasions.called with a backup problem and he was at the house within an hour. Snaked the lines from both the bottom and on the roof to find the problem. Very patient and professional. We learned flushable wipes are not actually flushable but he held no judgement against us. Reasonably priced for the work involved . Have recommended to others .Denny's Plumbing is our go to plumber! Highly recommend!

During bathroom remodel, Denny's moved plumbing lines, replaced valves, repaired shower trap under slab, installed vanity, and trims. They show up on time and get the job done quickly.

Had an installation emergency on a new frig. Installers would not install without a plumber clearing the valve. Denny was here an hour after we called. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, personable. We’ll be using him again!

The Plumber new exactly what to do and did explain clearly my option and inclusive gave some suggestions on other solutions. They where here on time and left my carpet clean.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

What a great company! Nice, friendly employees, and always quick to respond whenever I call. This time, it was a drip in the main shower. I'm so glad not to have to listen to that at 2am any longer!

I've been using them for years. The whole family is exceptionally nice. They are very responsive and accommodating and quickly resolve every problem I've ever had.

I called AT Large to get a second quote on some work that I called Gault Electric out for on our tankless water heater. AT Large properly diagnosed the issue and saved me $$$. Thank you AT Large.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the "Office of Cross Connections" came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
