Cecilia Home Repairs did a great job on our Master Bath Renovation. They demoed the old tub & redid the plumbing & installed our new tiled walk in shower. They installed new bathroom fans & corrected a few electrical switches throughout the house. We are thoroughly pleased with the work done. Will definitely be using them down the road for any future remodeling & repairs to our home.

They were able to get done what I needed in the timeframe that I required, which was pretty darn quick. Fantastic job and if I ever need a plumber, I will be reaching out to them again.

I love this company. Very respectful and on time. I’ve been dealing with this company for six years. Never a disappointment. They have become family. I truly recommend. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

Really disappointed....

So how does their craftmanship hold up after a couple of years of renovation? Not too good. Couple of years ago had Cecilia's renovate the upstairs bathroom. They did a decent job. However here are the problems that I have with the company:

1) During the bathroom demo they knocked a hole through into the next room and never mentioned it nor fixed it

2) Crack along the shower is growing larger. Prior, asked if it should happened again and they said it wouldn't. Yet, here we are.

3) They took the downstairs air vent (floor below the bathroom) which was original to the condo. They took it and didn't replace it until it was mentioned. The replacement isn't the original.

4) They took items that didn't belong to them. Missing a Lowe's bucket. Tried to take a cart used by senior neighbors to help load/unload their car. Despite witnesses, they denied the fact they used it and took it. After confronting them, it magically reappeared.

5) They cut the AC condensation pipe and said it was against code. Then said it would cost over $7k to get it replaced.

6) Left a hole in the floor which was shared with AC closet. (Bathroom floor was connected to the closet)

The list goes on....

Overall, really disappointed with the results. Now I'm dealing with cracked walls, electrical outlet that doesn't work, and bathroom fixers that are loose or broken off.
Thinking one star is not deserving.

I highly recommend Cecilia’s Home Repairs! One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with in communication and punctuality! A high integrity owner who cares about the customers satisfaction with genuine interest & eagerness to go above & beyond. I had many needed projects that they completed; gut & replaced my kitchen sink plumbing, replaced my garbage disposal, installed a new faucet, corrected a toilet pressure issue, installed a new tile backsplash and replaced all of the kitchen outlets ... all at more than reasonable prices! I will be using them for all my home needs go forward!

Want a company that will do as they promised? That will show up on time? That will fill you in on what they are doing as they go? That will give you an absolutely beautiful finished product? Then Cecilia's Home Repairs is that company! I had been wanting a walk-in shower for years in my house, but finding a reputable company that will do as they promise can be challenging. I have a really old house (1917) and a shower/tub that had been there for years. I found them because a friend of mine had used them and posted photos of the work they did for her. I requested a bid, they responded right away and they came out as promised. A short time later I had an exact quote. They scheduled it with me on a date 3 weeks out - which gave me time to find the tile of my dreams. The great thing about the way they did the install was they let you source the tile of your choice and they supply the labor, plumbing and doors. They measure and tell you how much tile, grout, caulk and edging you need, and you buy that first hand yourself. Here is why that is a great way to do this work: it allows you the flexibility to pick out whatever colors and styles you want (instead of someone telling you what limited colors/styles they will install) and then it saves you $$ because the vendor isn't having to pay for it and deliver it. Anthony, Victoria, Mike, Mario - just eveyone involved, were so responsive with any questions and just in general reaching out if anything needed to be communicated. The techs showed up each and everyday like they were supposed to (I was out of town for 4 days of the install, which I think actually made it easier for everyone) and on the last day it was like a seamless production - the finishing touches, the clean-up and wood trim person, and then finally the shower door installation. I am so happy with the way this job went, and their professionalism and communication. I have a few more large jobs of things I need done, and I am going to for sure be calling Anthony Cecilia and his team to do them!

I needed both bathroom fans replaced with new ones, and had two other companies come out with quotes, one over priced the other said he call with quote, never did. I called Hampton Roads Home and was give a quote after a few questions. Schedule appointment, Mario came out very polite and professional , did a wonderful job, I would definitely recommend this company for your home repairs. The price was great also.

Fantastic work by professional technicians.

The job was finished in record time and the team willingly spent extra time to wait for our new dishwasher to arrive and installed it after the job was already buttoned up. As well as spent their time to do extra work above and beyond the quoted job.

I love love love this company! I have been using them for years at my residence for all of my plumbing needs. Then I referred them to my church and they did an excellent job with installing the urinal in the mens bathroom! They are very prompt and professional and the pricing is very reasonable. You want be disappointed when you choose them.

Cecilia’s Home repairs provides world class all around service. They encompass every part of your home. I had a toilet blow out right before Easter and they were all hands on deck ready to help. I researched several options to fix / replace the collapsed cast iron pipe in my 1960’s home and it was hands-down obvious to select Cecilia’s Home repairs

I Loooooove this Plumber/Electrician, and am definitely going to use them again! The Owner is VERY and the most honest person I know. I got three estimates to get a sink installed and some outlets replaced. No one could do both, so they had that working for them,(b/c I am a single income family), and they were the cheapest! The Owner came out gave me the estimate, scheduled the appointment the guy who came out to do the installation was SUPER POLITE and did quality work. The sink works great, and the outlets looks amazing! 🤩 Five Star Rating For Sure!👍

Made my chaotic nightmare so much better. After the first plumber did not show up I started asking friends and family who they recommend. We have a client that referred Cecilia's / Hampton Roads and I am so glad we called them. They arrived on time made the diagnostic quickly told me what needed to be done gave me a price and got it done all in the same day. It was crazy. After he told me what was going on and gave me pricing he made a quick call and three more employees showed up within 1 hour or less. It was like holy 🐄 two guys went under the house and got to work while the other two were working in the front yard. From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. everything is completely working cleaned up and they are gone. The most amazing thing is my water was literally shut off for only about 1 hour and that's because they had to make the connection and didn't want anybody in the home to accidentally flush or run water on them. They cleaned up all the sewage out back poured fresh soil, raked and said they would follow up in a couple months after to see if they need to put more fresh soil. Everything was top notch.The workers knew what they were doing & the communication was excellent! Will definitely be referring and using them forever as I am forever grateful with family coming into town for Thanksgiving that they got this done.

I am extremely satisfied with this company and their work. I had previously used their service for a bathroom fan install (also very happy with it). The communication was on point, they were very accommodating, kind and took the time to work with me and my schedule. I appreciated the texts to let me know the time lines, time frames and names of technicians who would be working on assigned day. I can't say enough good things about Mario and Clint. They did an amazing job, were very professional and went above and beyond! I am very happy with my new bathroom and this won't be the last time I use Hampton Roads Home and Commercial Services.

Very happy with the service we received at our warehouse. The tech was quick to diagnose the issue and got to work quickly making the repairs. With in less then a hour our bathrooms were working again. He also fixed our water fountain and made it work properly again. Definitely will be using them again.

Cecilia’s was recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so glad we went with them. Not only were they the best quote we got they also promised the job done quicker than all the others. We got two bathrooms remodeled at once and they were done within 2 weeks! All their workers were prompt and professional and really take pride in their work. We really appreciated their input in the design aspect as well. We absolutely love the finished product and would recommend to anyone looking to do a remodel.

There is a reason they are 5 stars. Its rare to find a company now a days that does good work, is on time, sticks to the schedule and communicates very well! A true diamond in the rough. They came in on a botched bathroom job (by a different contractor) and made it better than ok. They answered my many questions and helped me pick out what I needed for the bathroom making sure I got the right things. I knew when people were coming, how long they wld stay, and what they were doing in advance. I was even gone for the last week they were working and had to give them access to the home to complete the work. They worked everyday almost up until Christmas! They answered my questions and took care of all issues even when I texted late at night! I loved that part. Hands down will be using them again for any future projects and I already scheduled maintenance of my tankless heater with them. Their pricing was better than fair and the service was top notch. They fixed every issue I bought to light and did so after the job was done! How many companies are gonna do that? My only regret is that I didnt call them first. Thank you guys! My bathroom is beautiful!

I am so very pleased with our experience with Hampton Roads Home and Commercial. They did a complete bathroom remodel for us which included demo of the shower all the way down to the studs, enlarging the shower area and removing an existing window that was replaced with a smaller transom window. Our tile floor was replaced with LVP flooring, a new vanity was installed and all walls and trim were painted. Mike was our project manager and he was awesome!! From the initial estimate through the last day of the project, he made sure everything ran smoothly and that we understood what the plan was for each day. Mike responded to each email, text and phone call quickly and was very patient with all our questions. Our team was amazing! They were professional and personal, always on time and experts in their field. Our outdated bathroom was transformed into a work of art......with the shower as the main attraction........great job. Clint! And Kevin.....we love it!! They were respectful of our home and cleaned up each day. Thank you Mike, Clint, Kevin, Mario, Jeff, Hank and Eric. We appreciate you and your workmanship! Give them a call....you will not be disappointed!!

We had an excellent experience. Owner, George, answered his phone, I described the problem and he scheduled the appointment. Anthony showed up on time, was extremely competent and obviously very experienced. Very nice man too.
He fixed our leak and made a couple faucet adjustments as requested. Job well done while being clean and respectful. Definitely will be referring friends to George's plumbing and will use them exclusively from now on.
Also would like to mention other plumbers who called back acted like our repair was going to be a huge complicated issue. Further proof that George and Anthony know their stuff.
