I have used At Large for the last three years as a Building/Property manager. They have always shown up on time and worked in a professional manner. Its not often I trust to leave a contractor alone at a property but with At Large I can.

A T Large Plumbing, Alfred and son Ted and grandson are the best. I have known the family most of my life. I went to school with some of the family. They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

We have been using A T Large Plumbing for several years now. They have been the best plumbers we have ever interacted with. Service is top notch and they go the extra mile to make sure the customer gets exactly what is needed and what is wanted.

Amazing family owned business (huge deal for us). My husband and I have been very happy working with AT Large, they have been honest and upfront always, and left us feeling comfortable and trustworthy whenever we have a new project.

I had a done by Gabriel. No idea if actually completed. What I believed to be a a few hundred dollar job came back with a $3000 dollar bill.

When I questioned Gabriel (who would not give bill in person - only by email…). He claimed he provided all costs upfront (which was untrue) and then his Story changed to I never asked while borderline Laughing - seeming taking pride in swindling me.

Completely - Unethical Liar.

He takes the time to let me know what causes the issues and how he’ll correct them. He’s friendly, reliable, and so reliable. I highly recommend AT Large Plumbing!

Had a main line back up they came out at 3 am when i called at 230 am and I live in Portsmouth and got it unclogged and suggested a 2 way clean out very professionl punctual and honest

Integrity BS, heaven forbid they have some integrity and return phone calls. My tenants and myself have called numerous times to set up an appointment, but apparently Integrity Plumbing Heating couldn't be bothered to answer or return a phone call.

I called this company, also known as "Hampton Roads Home & Commercial Services" to get quotes for an active leak and to redo plumbing in the home. I called several companies for quotes to get a baseline for cost and to see what options that I have. Typically, I am only given a timeframe when someone will come out. This company advised they would send someone out between 9am-11am. At 10:30am I received an email from Ryan stating that he advised his technician to leave because I "already have a plumber on site."

I can understand if it was awkward or can be seen as troublesome if there is another plumber present. The timing was not ideal, but I did not plan for, nor know, that they would be at my residence at the same time frame. Technicians typically give a call when they are on their way and provide an ETA, not just show up. I never received any notice this technician was on the way, nor did I know the technician even came.

Furthermore, he stated, "In the future if you call multiple companies it would be kind to let the company know so that they do not waste their time and money sending a technician out." I feel like this email was completely unprofessional. If there were any concerns about what was needed or if the company felt like coming out for a quote was a waste of their time, they did not have to send anyone out. Cecilia's Home Repairs / Hampton Roads Home & Commercial Services does not have to worry about me reaching out for any work.

Hire Cecilia's Home repair to replace our fascia boards around the house, , fix our porch, and remove an A/C unit from the living room and patch the hole in the wall. Daniel and Mario did an excellent job. Both showed up ahead of schedule everyday, and made sure the repairs were done thoroughly. Quote was spot on, and even with additional repairs that were needed that did not add much more to the overall cost. Will be using them in the future for window replacements that we have been planning for about a year now. Highly recommend company to do any general repairs you may need.

We needed two outdoor light fixtures replaced and contacted the company for an estimate. They were extremely fast in getting back to us, could come out rather quickly and gave us a very good estimate. Communicating with Anthony was the best I’ve had with any company, with him responding within minutes in most cases. They even came out a day early when a storm popped up for our original appointment. Our electrician was super friendly and was able to install both fixtures in less than 45 minutes. They even gave us a thank you packet with face masks and pens. I love this company and will use them as my go to handyman service.

Cecilia’s was able to come out within a few hours of when I called. We had a leaky pipe in our garage and Michael came out and repaired it quickly. They were able to squeeze me in and I am thankful for their prompt service. I will definitely use them again.

I have said it time and time again adulting is not for the weak especially when it comes to having necessary work done on your home. I had a few projects that needed to be completed and Cecilia Home Repairs made it easy to get the work done. I have had several different repair businesses come to my home but never followed up with a quote, the next would provide a quote but never answer to schedule the work and then I had some who were upfront and said unfortunately that was beyond their skill set. I was over trying to find someone but I happened to be on NextDoor and saw recommendations for Cecilia Home Repair and decided to shoot my shot and I could not be more happier that I did. Cecilia Home Repair were very responsive, friendly and genuinely made the transaction seamless from quote to finish. I was extremely satisfied with their pricing and work. I definitely will be using Cecilia Home Repair for my future needs.

We shopped many different home remodeling companies and Cecilia’s Home Repair was by far the most responsive and also the most reasonably priced and have been professional, courteous, and clean throughout the entire project!
