I put a call in on a Saturday. My call was returned quickly and an appointment for my plumbing job was set for the very next day. I told Micheal that I needed to have three bathroom faucets in my house replaced as well as some other things. I was assured that the tech could handle the various plumbing issues. The technician came with a mask. He was easy to talk to and attended to each of my concerns. He worked quickly and cleanly. The pricing was fair and transparent. I will be having them back to work on electrical issue as well other areas in my house. I am hopeful that the future interactions will be just as pleasant and productive!

Cecilia's Home Repairs is great! Anthony came out within an hour of me contacting him. He knew exactly what was wrong with my outside faucet and promptly fixed the problem. The price was very fair, and the service was excellent. We will be using him for our future needs...and definitely recommending him to others. Thank you so much!

I rarely leave online reviews however; this company is the exception. I had been looking through multiple companies for help in repairing my shower bed and tile (there was a leak and the whole thing needed to be redone from the ground up). I could not be more grateful to have found this company.

The pricing I was given was more than fair. I feel as though they were a genuine family company that actually understood not every family is beyond rich. As a first time home owner I was able to pay for services without having to pull out a major loan for the repairs. Other companies were literally trying to rob me blind to where I wondered if I could ever get my showered repaired.

The day of our appointment Anthony and his crew (Clint) came out 15 minutes before our appointment time. They also came out ready to work. Right now. No hesitations (I did not expect this). They explained the whole procedure to me so that I could be a knowledgeable homeowner. Any questions I had Anthony and Clint guided me through the process.

As the repairs started, each day Clint and George gave a heads up before they were coming. They arrived promptly on time each day without any wasted time. They were very respectful of my house and laid down floor coverings so that they did not damage my carpet. They were some serious hard workers. They did an amazing job and the work is superb. Not to mention, they were clean. They made sure and cleaned everything and left me a working shower in excellent condition.

I am beyond grateful to have found an honest legit company who is professional and reliable. I will absolutely be coming to them as the years come along for any future projects or needed repairs. Most importantly.....I now have a master bathroom shower again! This will be so much better rather than a family of 4 trying to cram into one small bathroom.

Nothing not to like for my particular project. Mike and Vince were great. They arrived early, had a good attitude, were totally professional. Mike made me aware of an unexpected situation with the relocation of my buried waterline shutoff valve (there's always something unexpected). Once Mike presented my options and I made a decision, they made a quick trip to the store to get a new part and took care of the job. The cost of the job did not change. The first time I contacted Cecilia's was on a Friday. I received a emailed quote the same day and they were able to schedule the job the next day. Their availability to quickly get the job done along with competitive pricing made this a no-brainer.

I’ve used Cecilia’s several times for multiple service needs. They impress me every time they come out. They are responsive from the time I request for an estimate through completion of the job. We hired Cecilia Home Repairs to restore our deck. They replaced the wood planking with composite wood and stained the deck rails. The communication via email was prompt and responsive. They ordered and delivered all supplies after providing directions as to how to select the product. The crew arrived promptly and even a little early. They worked hard and fast and provided a quality construction job. They were friendly and pleasant. The restored deck is lovely! Based upon our experience, we will definitely use this company's service again.

I called Cecilia's Home Repairs to help with a few plumbing issues I had in my home that I had not so long ago moved into. I described my issues to Mr. Anthony over the phone and he was able to email me a quote and schedule a time for service that same day. When the technicians, Mike and Mario arrived to my home, I explained to them what the issues were. They took no time on getting started and not only did they address what I thought the issues were, but Mike pointed out other minor maintenance issues and explained to me everything that was wrong including showing me the old parts that were worn down. Another person on the team communicated with me via text about a choice in the new parts and gave me price points. The service was so efficient, they were literally in and out in a little over and hour and the cost was reasonable for all the work they did. In total they maintenanced 3 bathrooms with leaking or not efficiently functioning toilets, a shower that barely delivered lukewarm water, leaking tub handles, and low pressure faucets. The next day I noticed once of the sink drains was draining slowly. I called Cecilia's, explained the problem, and was booked for a tech to come out the very next day. Mike and Mario came again addressed the issue and explained what was wrong all in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Mike even demonstrated to me what the problem was and how even I can fix it if I needed to. Overall service was very efficient and professional. I definitely recommend Cecilia's Home Repairs!

My pleasure to share an honest experience. I contacted Cecilia's Home Repair the day before July 4th, the Team member promptly answered the call and offered to schedule the holiday, I refused because I wanted the Team to enjoy family time. I scheduled for the day after and it was a pleasant service call, Mike was on time, introduction was very courteous and respectful. He did not hesitate to start the work and took time to talk me through what he was doing to complete the job. I'm a senior and the "Customer Service and affordability" is appreciated!

This company is amazing! They were very responsive and had very clear communication. Daniel was so kind and helpful when scheduling my service, he worked around my schedule and gave advice and guidance about the issue. The technician showed up perfectly on time and was very professional. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I expected to pay much more for the service that I received, but their prices were very reasonable! I will absolutely be using Cecilia’s for any future repairs and I very highly recommend them!

They've done several plumbing projects at my house and they have always done great work and followed up afterwards to make sure everything went well.

We used Cecelias Home Repair to replace an exterior door, install a roof rain diverter and to install an exterior ground drain.

The first basin was installed where I requested it to be. After that installation, the standing groundwater issue remained between that first basin and the 20 feet back to my shed. It was suggested that a second basin be installed. I agreed to same but I did not choose where the second basin would be placed. I allowed them to make that choice using their expertise. When I arrived home and saw the second basin was placed just 3 feet from the first basin I commented that I thought it would be farther back. So basically the first basin now only catches water from the 3 feet between the two basins. We still have standing water from the second basin all the way back to the shed. I contacted Cecelias to discuss the issue and the response was that if I want to pay for a third basin to be installed they could do that. Had I known the second basin would be installed just 3 feet from the first I would not have paid the extra money for that. And it has not helped the issue at all.

The placement of the second basin is the only issue that I have with Cecelias Home Repair. The actual quality of work they did for the installation of the door and the rest of the ground drain installation were very good. Also, the workers were very nice.

I had Anthony over to give me a quote but instead he had the issue solved in five minutes and wouldn’t accept payment. 10/10

Initially called them out to investigate and repair a leak behind my fridge. Turns out it was the fridge itself, and it caused major damage to the floor. They gave me a quote that day to replace the floors and it was scheduled less than 2 weeks later. They were back by the end of the week to repair the drywall and repaint the wall. The floors and wall look great and they were able to get the floor done in a day. The quote was spot on, no hidden charges or BS. They were on time every time they came out. They will definitely get my business in the future.

Excellent company that worked with us to renovate out main bathroom. Extremely reasons me rates and great with communication and follow up. We plan on going to them first in the future!

Big Mike is the GOAT! More than satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge, punctuality and skill in quickly fixing our issue. He had the tools, equipment, and fixtures on-hand to make it a one-stop job, in and out in less than 30 minutes when I thought this was going to be a week-long process, at the least. I'm so relieved. Also saved me a ton of money by being honest about how I did not have to actually get something else repaired which I'm sure other plumber companies probably would have tried to charge me for....Make sure you leave a tip because they truly deserve it.

Daniel and Mario just left and once again I'm very happy I called Cecelia's. We used them previously to have a garbage disposal installed in my hundred year old home that required a new electrical circuit in addition to the plumbing and have been very happy with their work. This time we needed to have the fridge water line figured out (ended up being really simple, but I'm glad I called) and to rework the plumbing on my 1940s cast iron sink to accept a new faucet. I called yesterday afternoon and the guys were here bright and early this morning and got me taken care. Couldn't be happier with the service, quality of work, and level of professionalism.

Finding folks capable of dealing with the kinds of issues you face in an old home has been a huge issue for me and I'm glad we found some.

Ive had at least 7 different plumbing companies and electricians come out to address various things in the last year through my home warranty (See: hundred year old house) as I slowly work to update my home and stay in top of repairs and Cecelia's is absolutely my first call if I have the choice.
