First they were supposed to give me an estimate on a Saturday morning but they gave me no time frame of their arrival. I called to reschedule because I didn’t want to wait around (based on their subsequent behavior - I’d say that was a good call). Then they did not show up for the rescheduled estimate or call to cancel. I gave them a day to get back to me. Then they never returned my message to reschedule when they no show. They seem very unreliable. Why operate this way?
