Paul and Shay came to install my stove. When Home Depot forgot to give us a part, Paul had it readily available. Great conversation, very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you guys for everything. I now have a great company to call for all my needs.

This company is awful. Their schedule coordination is non-existent. They told my property manager that the city inspector was coming by, did not tell him what time/number to call to figure it out. He was left waiting at the property all day with no inspector showing up. They then called me a week later as a "reminder" to an inspection happening the next day that they never called and coordinated a date. Christy got an attitude with both myself and my property manager. 10/10 do not recommend. It sucks being forced to interact with them after buying appliances from Home Depot.

Excellent experience all around with having our dishwasher from Lowe’s installed. He arrived on time and had it installed pretty quickly! The customer service people were also very kind on the phone. I’d have no issues using them again for another appliance install.

When I had legit questions like what’s the company’s address and phone number the employee named Sheree did not have that information available. When I had questions about why I have to contact the city about a permit being expired the employee had no response to any of my questions just demanding I contact the city. My install was in December it is now June. I am concerned why 6 months later the company is asking me to contact the city. Tired to explain to the operator I am asking questions because I am trying to figure out what exactly I am asking. Worst phone communication service I have ever had. The company should not be having people work for them that don’t know the company’s address or phone number. Seeing as she couldn’t give an answer on address and phone number without looking it up, it’s no wonder she couldn’t answer any of my other questions.

Found out after purchasing my appliance from Home Depot that a third party was going to be completing the installation leading to me missing my apparent delivery date and thus having to reschedule installation by this company. Rescheduling with the office wasn’t an issue and the employee on the phone apologized for the inconvenience of not knowing Home Depot wasn’t going to be the entity completing installation, so that was nice. After rescheduling to Monday, I called Home Depot to reschedule the delivery date to same day. Monday comes around and my appliance was delivered so I’m waiting on installation (which I took off work all day to get everything done).. get a phone call saying there’s a window when the techs will be coming out on TUESDAY. I explain that I already scheduled installation for Monday and that I’m currently waiting at home for the tech to come.. employee on the phone ignored me and repeats that installation is on Tuesday and hangs up. I call Home Depot to request a refund for installation as I’m not taking off of work another day so I can wait around for installation and was refunded my money. It is entirely unfortunate that this company and Home Depot do not communicate when it comes to installation jobs and that apparently upset the 2 techs that came to my home on Tuesday when I wasn’t home saying they were there to install my gas range. I explained I received my refund from Home Depot from the day prior so I don’t understand why their frustration was taken out on me..the customer shouldn’t have to call both companies to inform them when services have been cancelled. Also, never received an apology for disrespecting my schedule and not given a notice that my installation date was moved again. Can’t speak on quality of services but I wish they would coordinate with Home Depot and make things happen, not expect the customer to do all of this extra work.

This company is garbage, and full of garbage people. In 2021, I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's. They came out to measure the space, and honestly, that team was good, though I'm not sure why there was 6 of them. They told me my counter wasn't supported on one side, and it would have to be fixed, and that I'd have to pay a little bit more to fix it, to which I agreed. When the guys came a few days later to install it, they measured it again (once) and told me the dishwasher wouldn't fit, and left. I missed two full days of work for this. I ended up refunding everything, and hand washed dishes for the next 3.5 years. Cut to now, bought a dishwasher, paid for install, my wife missed a whole day of work this time. Guy was out for a total 10 minutes. He said he couldnt install the dishwasher, because the subfloor was rotted (which was true), but then said he wanted to get the old one out, so he "could at least haul it away". He couldn't. I got it out in 5 minutes, WHILE HE WAS STILL IN MY DRIVEWAY playing on his phone, and smoking. I asked him if he could haul it away, and he said he had to install one, to haul one... He also tore the dishwasher apart, and instead of putting it back together, just put the parts in the dishwasher, and also left a bunch of debris and whatnot ony kitchen floor. Additionally, the lady who does the initial call talks crap about previous customers, the n the phone, which is super unprofessional. In the end, I cancelled the install, had it delivered, did the install myself, and had a working dishwasher 2 hours later. Do not use this company.

This company is immensely unprofessional. I had a dryer installed October 2024 and inspected by the city in the same month. In November 2024, Perez Enterprises were made aware that the inspection was disapproved as it stated no one was at home. I wasn’t contacted by Perez Ent. until March 2025 of this fact. The manager stated it was due to a busy holiday season! Nearly three months delay because of the holidays?!?! I had to phone the city who had the inspectors notes but erroneously input the appliance as a new range to replace an old gas dryer. Common sense prevailed thanks to the city but no thanks to the inefficient assistance from Perez Enterprises.

I am giving a 1 star because I can not go any lower. We purchased a hot water heater from Home Depot and they referred us to this contractor to get it installed. When they installed it, they did not remove the plastic plug that was supposed to be replaced with a metal valve, like a professional company would know to do, so the plastic plug obviously "melted" overtime by being in touch with the hot, hot surface of the water heater, and when I call them back, Lynn quoted an outrageous amount of money. So it sounds to me like we were set up for failure from the beginning so we contacted another Plumbing company to get it fixed.
-
It is realy a ZERO. I purchased several appliances from Lowe's. I paid to have the microwave and dishwasher installed.. They sent this awful company that told me i needed a plug recepricle. I asked if he could put it in and he told me no. So the dishwasher did not get installed. When I called the company, I got the run around. The technician and the office manager were rude and nasty. I wouldn't have this company back in my home ever.

This installer was set up by Home Depot, and we were more than unsatisfied. Our gas water heater was set up, and shortly after, when I returned home with my two small children, the entire house reeked of natural gas. The gas company was called, and they spent an hour fixing TWO leaks in the gas line that the technician had installed 1 hour prior. When I called Perez Enterprises the technician, manager, and OWNER insisted that protocol was completed, and that the gas line was checked prior to leaving from the job. Lies. Tell me why when the sniffer from natural gas entered my home it immediately began alarming, and why when a soap solution was sprayed on the piping, large bubbles formed on either ends of the connection. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is a reason why they have low ratings and are not accredited by the BBB.

Can you give less than one star? If I could, I would. As a person who has worked in and around the trades for a long time, DO NOT give them your business, they are NOT a stand up organization. Be sure to ASK your sales reps at Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, etc. because they contract their installations of dishwashers and hot water heaters, etc. to this TERRIBLE company. I'll start with Mona, the incredibly brash, non-friendly, customer service person who calls to tell you dates and four hour windows, which they use to accommodate themselves and their fleet as opposed to accommodating customers needs. She was often rude and spoke over me because I won't be bullied into appointment windows that do not suit my family or our needs. Let me take you to installation NUMBER ONE, where they claimed the "best of the best" installed my dishwasher, yet I found plastic wrapping inside the unit, additional foam (outside of the sound barrier) left in and on the unit, they left trash in my yard, and the dishwasher LEAKED!! Now we get to deal with them again...super. Week goes by, then the delivery, which was an easy AM schedule, then the SECOND INSTALL is to be scheduled. Once again, we ask for an appointment a week, or two, in advance to help Perez help us, since we are a third shift family, and they call and offer 3pm-7pm as the window and utterly REFUSE to offer any other window. 3pm to 7pm.....WHAT COMPANY tries to send installers to your home at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, knowing full well the time it takes to unload materials, install the unit and clean up and depart. You are NOT going to disturb MY families evening hours because YOU chose to plop your business in Virginia Beach and you care more about your fleet being back at a certain hour than you do about the needs of the customers. So be prepared, every day Mona sets up HER team by sending them to Williamsburg, the furthest point away, and work them back to VA Beach.....which in most cases makes sense, except for when customers needs aren't being met because they only care about their time, not yours. So they had to DRIVE PAST my house, where they installed a LEAKING dishwasher, to head to Williamsburg I suppose, and when I refuse 3-7pm, I am told essentially "oh well" and that they will NEVER accommodate my request to be an AM window appt and the supervisors words to me were exactly this: "asking for ANY morning is too much" So BE ADVISED that your time doesn't matter to Perez Enterprises, the care of your home is also NOT a priority to Perez Enterprises, and lastly, Perez Enterprises doesn't like to stand in their accountability for shotty workmanship. You can CLEARLY tell by these GLOWING 2.8 stars that they are EXACTLY what these reviews say they are. Not organized. Not good at installing. Not customer service oriented and really just overall a trash experience. This is NOT how you run logistics and it's NOT how you treat customers. Period.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This company will DAMAGE your home. I got a dishwasher installed and the technician failed to used the necessary moving rugs during the installation. The floors boards are ruined. We told the technician directly after the installation in person that they ruined the floors, and the technician replied with “they’re shitty formica floors anyway.” The owner, Roy Perez, came over one week later to inspect the floor and stated since I did not have a before photo of the floors there’s no way to prove this company ruined them even though the installation was witnessed first hand in person. The owner showed no lack awareness or accountability for the negligent actions of his employees. The owner refused to reimburse me with some of installation fee and states that if I want him to fix the floors I will have to pay them.
Lowe’s should drop this company. If they call to schedule an installation tell Lowe’s you want a different company. I paid a lot of money for this company to install the dishwasher properly and treat my home with respect. This company was disrespectful, dishonest, and damaged my home. DO NOT RECOMMEND. -
Bought appliances at Costco and had Perez install cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Chuck and Eric were outstanding, took great care to do the work right, and checked everything out with us before leaving. Mona in the main office was super helpful in scheduling, especially since we had to move some dates around. Clean work, would gladly use this team again.

The WORST experience I have ever had with installers. The guy (Wyatt) was rude from the start, angry at his own company for not providing the materials he needed, and refused to install my gas range. I am disabled in a wheelchair. I am sitting here with two stoves in my kitchen, blocking access to the sink and the silverware. No communication whatsoever as to what the company is going to do. I cannot believe COSTCO allows them to install appliances. If I could give them a -0-, I would. The one item that was installed, he left the trash on the kitchen floor, left the instruction manual in the SINK, and did not give me a copy of anything I signed. I intend to file a formal complaint with COSTCO and others. Stay away from these people. You would be better to pick up and install your own appliances!

Great experience start to finish! I was nervous after reading the other reviews on Google and yelp, but this company was wonderful to work with. From Suzie and Heather in the office who helped schedule my appointment and notified me that the installer was en route, to Eric(k?) who performed the install, I could not have been happier. Eric arrived exactly when scheduled, was professional and courteous, very careful with our floors, and very meticulous about installing and testing our new dishwasher. Highly recommend this company!

Purchased a Toilet through Home Depot, Additionally, we purchased a professional installer, so I wouldn't have to deal with it.
This is the company that was sent out to install it.
Attempt 1. They installed the toilet. The Water tank was flapping around like it was ready to fall off. The toilet rocked forward and aft. I called them to come back out to fix it. I was told I had to call Home Depot, I don't know why, they are the ones that couldn't install the toilet correctly...
Attempt 2. They installed metal mounting bolts, one of the plastic ones broke with all the rocking. My wife was at home, I was not. They told her the tile is uneven, that is why it is rocking. They never fixed the water tank. The old one did not rock. Okay, if it is rocking, put shims to prevent the rocking. A rocking toilet is going to eventually leak or cause other damage.
No, they didn't do that, they left with it rocking the same as before.
Attempt 3. There was no third attempt. I wouldn't let these guys work on anything of mine ever again. If you get this company as installers through home depot or another business, request a refund or a different company.
I bought shims and installed them, the toilet no longer rocks. I tighten the water tank bolt on the right side to pull it down snug to the bowl. The water tank no longer rocks.
A wasted $200 for a toilet install that I should have done. Don't waste your money on these "Professionals" they are far from it. -
I’m sure I don’t need to emphasize this further—2.8 stars speaks volumes about the company—but I’ll share my experience anyway.
I hired Perez Enterprises, a subcontractor for Home Depot, to install my hot water heater. The woman who answered the phone was very nice while setting up the appointment, but things went downhill from there.
I wasn’t home during the installation because I’m a firefighter and was on duty and wanted hot water for my family (I'm also a Class A contractor). I trusted Home Depot and their subcontractor; they pulled the necessary permits, and the installation was supposed to be inspected. Despite the reviews, I went ahead and booked the service.
My wife informed me that the installation went fine, but it needed a few updates to meet code, which I understood. A few hours later, she called to say that she smelled gas. The gas company came out and found two leaks—one at the HVAC unit and another at the hot water tank. The HVAC is located next to the hot water tank in a small closet, and the HVAC unit had been installed three years ago without any issues. I suspect the installer may have jarred the fitting while putting in the new tank.
The gas company fixed the leaks and moved on. My wife was understandably upset and called Perez Enterprises, prompting a call back from the owner (to me) He claimed his installer checked for leaks and insisted it wasn’t his fault. I disagreed, and the conversation didn’t improve from there.
In summary, if you want cheap service, this company can provide that—but you’ll likely end up with cheap results. -
Great experience with a new hot water heater from Home Depot. Installed within a hour and works perfectly! Whole process only took a week.

During my dishwasher install there were a couple of issues and the company was quick to resolve. They even secured my dishwasher hoses to the back of the cabinet to keep them from getting in the way. They also brought me several utensil caddies to choose from that came out of old dishwashers because I didn't care for the one that came with my new dishwasher. Overall, excellent service.
-
Disappointing experience. This company, subcontracted through Wayfair and Home Depot, had poor communication and coordination. After missed calls, their voicemail said service could be scheduled, but when I called the office, they said it couldn’t be. The technicians and the office gave conflicting information and changed stories within minutes. Very frustrating when juggling work, kids, and life schedules.

Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE. Do NOT get work done through Home Depot or Lowe’s because chances are they’ll set you up with this company and they are a nightmare to work with.
A few weeks after they put back the toilet and sink that they removed in one of our bathrooms in preparation for flooring we were getting done, our downstairs neighbor says she has a leak in her ceiling.
They sent a technician out to look at it and they say they can’t see any visible leaks, so the owner, Roy, ends up calling and coming to check things out. At first I thought he would be helpful because he gave us his number to communicate with him but I quickly realized he’s the type to ignore texts and calls until he finds it convenient to respond, meanwhile my neighbor’s ceiling is leaking and we are trying to get this fixed asap. It was to the point where we thought he had just completely ghosted us and we would have to reach out to Home Depot.
While he’s at the house, Roy recommends we put a hole in the wall to check the pipes since he can’t see any visible leaks. So after we get that done we spend days trying to get a hold of him to schedule someone back out to look at it. Eventually someone comes by again and they immediately see the issue: the flange is on upside down. Now instead of taking responsibility for the issue, Roy tries to say they never touched that part of the toilet and it couldn’t possibly have been them. Mind you, I’ve lived here for 4 years now and this was never an issue before they did work in our house.
So at this point we have a hole in the wall that could’ve totally been avoided if Roy had taken a more efficient look and figured that out the first time he was there and a ceiling stain that we have to pay someone to fix all because one of his workers messed up.
I think it is highly unprofessional that he did not take accountability for the poor work someone he hired did. And after we figured out the issue he just said “hopefully all is good now” instead of apologizing and acknowledging the mistake. He also told me he’s “sorry I feel that way” when I complained about his lack of professionalism and communication.
The reviews for this company are overwhelmingly poor and there’s a good reason for that. Clearly they’ve dealt with plenty of upset people like me but won’t take the initiative to better their business. I would be so embarrassed if I were the owner but I guess it’s no skin off his back when most of their business is coming through Home Depot and Lowe’s anyway.
P.S: They’re not even an accredited business with Better Business Bureau, and that’s not surprising because clearly they’re not committed to transparency and integrity or building trust with their customers.
