We were in a dire situation. Patrick arrived promptly late at night within 20 min of our call.and was incredibly efficient! The team showed up the next morning to wrap up our project!

The day my husband retired, we started hearing this gurgling sound in our kitchen when we flushed the toilet up stairs. My worst nightmare came true and the main sewage line to the house was in extremely bad shape and needed to be replaced. I called RPG to jet the line and run a camera. I was praying that would fix the problem but it didn’t work. What really impressed me was I called to get a copy of the video so I could get estimates, but due to technical difficulties they weren’t able to give it to me. Pat Goad, the owner, got on the phone and said that’s not the way he does business and within an hour he had a crew come back out, jet my line and run the camera down again and hand me a copy of the video at no cost. Well, that sold me right then. With that type of honesty I didn’t need estimates. RPG did an absolute amazing job replacing my line. Parker was the main project lead. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and just knew exactly what he was doing. I never once doubted what they were doing. At different times I think I had all of RPG at my house. Pat, Parker, Brice, Daryl, Aron, Kaleb, Christian, and Lermon were all extremely knowledgeable and very polite. I talked to Paula on the phone several times and she always had answers or called me right back. Honestly I can’t say enough nice things about RPG. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!!

I am incredibly pleased with the service provided by Aron Gill of RPG. Aron quickly identified a neighboring plumbing issue that was affecting a section of ceiling in my home. Understanding the stress this caused me, he made sure the issue was resolved professionally and efficiently. Yesterday, Aron and his colleague prepped the work area and thoroughly cleaned up afterward - their attention to detail was fantastic!

Given the nature of the repair, there is a large hole in my ceiling that will be drywalled later this week. Aron took extra care in securing the area with a tarp to prevent heat from escaping to the floor above. RPG was referred to me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly they assessed, addressed, and repaired the issue. I highly recommend RPG and Aron.

RPG has been fantastic and I highly recommend them! I was faced with having our sewer line backed up just a few weeks after moving into a new home. RPG came out fast, gave me options and got it cleared. Once it was cleared they let me know going forward what my best choices were. My favorite statement was "if you were my sister this is the option I would tell you to go with." Working with them has been just that l, caring and wanting to treat you like family. Pat, Aaron and the all of the men have been nothing less than fantastic to work with and they have been very responsive.

Aron & Brice came out to install a Moen Flo smart water monitor and shut off valve on my townhouse from RPG. They were fantastic! Very nice and professional.

I texted at seven in the morning. They called back at eight in the morning and they were here by 10 in the morning. All done perfectly and extremely friendly. I would recommend them again and again.

RPG Plumbing represents true Master Plumbing. Aaron and Patrick were both so responsive and good at communicating with us. They did real troubleshooting to find the culprit to our hot water problem where other plumbers pointed the finger at a part that was not the cause of the issue. They pinpointed the failure in our system, explained how it worked and articulated what they wanted to do to remedy the problem. And then they fixed it fast and professionally. Thank you RPG Plumbing. You are now our plumbers for life. It's great to have someone to call who we trust for services. I'd give you more stars but Google has a limit of 5 stars.

Called RPB for an emergency service to address a back up in the kitchen sink. They quickly came out and resolved the issue within a few hours. Great customer service and knowledge base.

Aaron Gill along with Brice Butler arrived actually early to replace my broken shower valve. The scope of work changed dramatically when they discovered my valve body itself was cracked. We agreed additional work was required to finish the job so I could restore water to the house.

They actually had the correct, entire valve assembly needed on hand to complete the job which included opening a wall to install the assembly.

I was very impressed with the craftsmanship, efficiency and cleanliness of their work!

Used their drain cleaning services for a very stubborn clog in my kitchen sink. I have lived in my Larkspur home for 35 years and have had about a half dozen drain clogs over that period of time.

My kitchen sink drain began making gurgling sounds a week or so before the clog stopped the water from draining. I called RPG Plumbing based upon a recommendation from another competitor that was swamped and couldn't get out for 3 days. I called in the early morning and they were out before noon the same day. Two of their drain service team members worked on the drain quietly and after about an hour had everything back together and the water was draining like a new installation. Very impressive and they were very respectful, soft spoken and ensured that my kitchen floor was not soiled as they had a cover over floor. A special thanks to Junior and Kaleb who are true professionals who opened my kitchen drain. I wouldn't hesitate to use RBG Plumbing in the future.
