Called Roto-Rooter to quickly address a drain backup in the basement of our 1930 home. Not only did they address the immediate flooding situation same day, they implemented a permanent fix within a week to ensure we never have to worry about sewage backup again. Every person from Roto-Rooter we talked to was professional and provided top-notch customer service. They did excellent work, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality 24-hour service or major home plumbing replacement projects. Steve Jacobs in particular designed and oversaw our drain replacement, and my wife and I felt like he really took care of us.

We were in town staying with family while grieving the loss of our father, when an unexpected plumbing issue added more stress to an already difficult time. To make matters worse, it happened over a holiday weekend, when most plumbing services were unavailable. Thankfully, Roto-Rooter was able to respond quickly and arrived at the house within two hours.
Our technician, Mike V., was compassionate, professional, and efficient. He treated our family with empathy and respect while diagnosing the issue and providing the necessary repairs. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and expertise during such a sensitive time.

Kriston was amazing. 10/10 customer service. Funny, friendly, professional and a great teacher. Incredibly knowledgeable and he didn’t hesitate to teach his trainee everything he’d need to know to fix problems in the future. Unclogged my main drain while teaching in no time at all, incredibly impressive. Would definitely recommend for others and will use them again. Thank you guys!

My toilet kept over flowing and I didn’t know what to do. Im a single parent and i was worried my floors would be damaged. I called Multiple companies in Roto-Rooter responded immediately and customer service was amazing. Kristan came out With great energy and tried to figure out the problem immediately. It took Kristen 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong and was able to give me an immediate quote and was able to fix it same day. Kristan even recommended a restoration company that could help me with my wet floors because I was so concerned with the water damage. I am a very happy customer, if I ever have any other problems, they will be my first people to call.

Tech Mike V came out today to unclog my kitchen sink and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly while making sure the problem was completely fixed. He explained everything clearly and left the area spotless when he was done. I really appreciate his excellent service and would highly recommend Tech Mike V to anyone who needs a reliable plumber!

Of course, it’s a holiday weekend and the water heater fails. Called Roto Rooter and the emergency service was exceptional. The technician that came out, Garnet, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and we felt very comfortable having him do the work. In no time at all we had hot water again and he hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up everything. Thanks, Garnet. Highly recommend! $100 military discount was appreciated, too.

Kristen went above and beyond assisting us in getting a new water heater installed. He came over and evaluated my old one, told me any and all methods to fixing the issue, walked through cost breakdowns, and eventually removed and installed the new unit in one day. It was fast, professional, and friendly!

It was late on a Sunday and Kriston from Roto Rooter came and in an hour or hour and a half he had us up and running again. Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He also informed us what was going on every step of the way. Then to top it all off he left it cleaner than it was when he got there. Woke up to hot water heater leak went online to schedule which was quick and easy. Mike V arrived within the service window time frame explained what was needed and cost involved and quickly repaired the leaking pipe! He truly saved the day!

My appointment (8-12) was canceled unbeknownst to me because they were unable to confirm as they had recorded my phone number wrong. When I called to find out what happened, they rescheduled for same day 12-4. The technician came at 4:30. When he arrived he turned on the shower and said he didn’t believe that I had a clogged drain although I told him I had just unclogged it recently-and the problem was the calcium build up that needed to be addressed. He still didn’t think that anything needed to be done after running water in the shower and pointing a flash light toward the drain. He left the room and explained TO My Husband that there was no problem. I asked the technician to actually remove the drain cover to inspect the drain and when he finally did, he saw the obvious build up and commented about what a difficult job this was going to be and again went to the other room to give the quote of $544 to my husband. It took him about 30 min to complete the job which was fine and my drain works now but I will never use your company again as I felt so insulted by that technician that I literally waited 8 1/2 hours for.

Mike was extremely friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to fix a new issue that arose during the initial repair. Now my drain is clear and zero leaks under the sink! Thank you for coming out on a Sunday to take care of this problem. Another company with the word Rooter in their name had left me hanging all weekend. Mike to the rescue!!!

I can't say enough good things about Kriston! I had a clogged toilet that just wouldn't budge, and he came to the rescue like a true pro. Kriston showed up right in time — which is rare these days!
Not only did he fix the issue quickly and cleanly, but he also took the time to explain what caused the clog and gave me tips to prevent it in the future. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right — and making sure you're taken care of.
If you're dealing with any plumbing problems, do yourself a favor and call and ask for Kriston. Honest and efficient! Absolutely a five-star experience!

I have always had fantastic dealings with Roto-Rooter. When I had a leak in a pipe in my front yard I called my usual contact, but he moved to a different department. He was able to pass my problem along to Steve who came out right away to get me on the books and taken care of. Since I had leak detection done prior they were able to work with me on the price. Repairman was out promptly and they had great communication with me the whole way. Will continue to use and absolutely recommend!

Our technician Kriston was fantastic. The plumbing in our house is apparently a labyrinth. He was able to fix a block in our super twisted plumbing. Very nice and definitely helped ease the anxiety of the situation as well. 10/10
