Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Robin called me back quickly came out to my house on time. He had a positive attitude and left my bathroom cleaner than what it was when he got there. I highly recommend Robin with Bay Breeze Plumbing.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.

UPDATE:
I had the opportunity to use Baybreeze again, about one year after the initial service call. Same great, friendly, knowledgeable service. Had my problem resolved in 35 minutes and again, fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

This review is waaaay overdue! I had a five-star experience with the professionals of BayBreeze Plumbing and Gas. From my first conversation with Robin, all the through the work completed by Mike and Mani. Initially, I had scheduled plumbing repairs with Home Depot contractors. After paying $189 to schedule an appointment to replace my toilet, and explaining the issue to several people, it was determined that my water supply shut off needed to be replaced. I reached out to the 3rd party contractors, told them the fix would be simpler than expected, and they wanted to charge me an additional $120. Oh, no sir! In comes Bay Breeze Plumbing to save the day. I scheduled an appointment, Mike and Mani's install was neat and clean, they were kind enough to install a toilet flush valve at no extra charge, and I saved approx. $100. Call Baybreeze today. You will not be disappointed.

I had a leak in my ceiling and was doing an Internet search for companies. I found Bay Breeze Plumbing. I called, and the man who answered said he could have somebody out there in a couple hours. I was very pleasantly surprised he was able to send someone so soon. Two very nice, friendly and professional gentleman showed up right when he said they would. They checked out my issue, and told me they could fix it, but they would have to cut the drywall. They had my leak fixed quickly and did a great job. The price seemed fair, and the service was fantastic. Those guys were so nice and helpful. They showed me what the problem was, and checked out another plumbing issue I was having. Then they recommended a restoration company to have them check for mold and possibly replace the drywall. The company they recommended was also excellent.
I will be calling Bay Breeze for any additional plumbing issues I have and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing services.

Brock did a fantastic job repairing my hot water leak issue (both times). Very professional and highly skilled at his trade, while maintaining a clean work environment. The Roto-Rooter team was quick in responding to my issue and very fair and considerate. I’d use them again on any job.

I had a drain clean by Rotor Rooter a few weeks against and they were great.
Part of the service I paid for included them coming back to view pipes with a camera to ensure there isn’t any other issues. Bob was very awesome. He was very professional, detailed and allowed me to view the camera with him. I definitely recommend this company for plumbing needs.

I thought I had a clog that required pulling a toilet and running a snake through the line (as has been done twice before in the past 5 years), but Mike V said he was going to do troubleshooting and figure out what was going on. I’m glad he did his thing because Mike V found the clog was elsewhere in the line and it ended up saving money by not having to pull the toilet. Mike V kept me informed every step of the way. I am pleased with the service Mike V and his partner, Jaylon, provided and will use Roto-Rooter again.

Drake is an amazing individual! I highly recommend him, he was very communicative, professional, and compassionate towards my situation.

Root Rooter was great and answered our emergency call at 10pm and got to us first thing in the morning. The technician was excellent and fixed the problem quickly and perfectly. I also think the price was really good given the timing especially. We will definitely call them first next time!

Same day tech came out to my home to provide an estimate for my main water line outlet leak after me calling just 2 hours before. I received a steep price, but I guess that’s how much this particular repair costs usually, for a 17 ft replacement. All of my questions were answered, the job was completed within 1 day, and the city came out to review the work the next day. In total, the crew was professional and worked quickly; however, I give 4 stars due to me having to reach out MULTIPLE TIMES to ask for updates from my consultant. Didn’t receive any info of the city being done with their inspection or if the job was complete… I just received an email with a bill a few days later… odd, considering I expect a professional company I hired for a big replacement to keep me updated within business hours. Overall, good and efficient work.

P.S. I recommend if you’re unsure of where your main water line leak or sewage line leak is, call American Leak Detection FIRST to have them pinpoint where the leak is. It runs about $425 for the internalized pressure test, which I got reimbursed from home insurance luckily, but at least you won’t have a whole plumbing company charging you way more to rip up property trying to find the leak. As a first time homeowner, I’ve learned by trial and error but I hope this helps people avoid the headache of figuring out how to go about repairing a main leak!

These guys were absolutely amazing! Perfect attitude throughout a dirty job of working hard in the crawlspace. We had old sewer pipes that needed to be replaced and it was a tough space to work in under unfavorable conditions. They were champs!

I woke up around 5am to water pouring out of my ceiling. I spent the next hour trying to do damage control and finally called Roto-Rooter at about 6:30am. They said they could have someone out between 8am-10am. About 8:30am James H showed up to look over everything and walked me through the whole process step by step even calling my insurance company for me. During the time James was walking me through everything Mike V came in and talked me through everything with getting my water heater replaced even educated me on a few things I didn’t know. They were there fast and got to work quickly. As James left he was able to schedule Kyle to come do the demo for the damaged flooring and set up dehumidifier’s and fans around noon. Kyle came in and got straight to work as well. I’ve honestly never seen a company with so many moving parts coordinate things so well. Mike V and a couple of his colleagues had the old water heater carefully removed, cleaned up the area and installed the new water heater all up to code. All of this happened while Kyle got to work so quickly with the demo I didn’t even know he had started. Had my whole master bathroom flooring and toilet out so quickly. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and hard working. The orchestrated process of the whole ordeal was extremely reassuring especially in such a frustrating time. 10/10! Would highly recommend!
