Theres a small resistance to recommending Rob Bertolino Plumbing because I fear that their popularity and incredible record will crowd their schedule with new and impressed customers. This is a true family business with the values, loyalty and honesty long forgotten by most service providers. We have been customers for years and Rob Bertolino Plumbing has been reliable and reasonable.
Our most recent technicians Josh and Dan were both thorough and explained each step with detail.
We don’t recommend many businesses but Rob Bertolino Plumbing deserves five stars.

Dan was fantastic! Right on time... Didn't miss a beat when obstacles were in the way of where the shower drain was going, he just found a way to make everything work! Did beautiful work all the way around and left the work area cleaner than he found it. I couldn't be happier. Thanks a million! I will choose Bertolino for all my future plumbing needs.

Josh is absolutely amazing!! He evaluated both the outside faucet & bathrm sink faucet. He kept me informed throughout. He was very careful while working inside the bathroom as well as outside. He was very polite & kept me informed throughout the time he was here. In the future if I need plumbing work I definitely will request Josh….. he’s my plumber!! THANK YOU JOSH!!

Wow! Wonderful service, for fair price. The job isn't finished yet, but have a pretty good idea on how to proceed. Dan was awesome and patient with our questions and even let us be apart of the troubleshooting process. Thank you.

I was extremely pleased we with the service. Josh was my technician and he was professional and considerate. The technician who came to do the actual work was not Josh. This technician did stop the leak but did not fix the drains or put on the facet cover. The kit provided one but he took it with him. After a week the company has still not responded. Rob Bertolino went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service. Back Again to 5 stars

Courteous, professional, and obviously an expert in the specialty, Josh identified, explained and rectified issues in an incredibly short time. Across the board, this team is unparalleled.

Josh was very helpful in advising us with regard to bathroom faucets. He has great problem solving and communication skills, and was helpful in identifying a contractor for a non plumbing problem.

Josh showed up on time ready and eager to start the work. After a quick assessment he explained what he needed to do, quickly tracked down and acquired the parts. Rob & Tony are not only standup guys but some of the most professional and trustworthy plumbers you will find around. As a restaurant owner, plumbing issues happen at all hours of the day & night but they always answer the call, no matter the time.

Most recently, we had a scheduled appointment from 3p-5p on a Friday but Dan was running way behind. Even though it was a Friday and I am quite certain he wanted to go home and be with his family, he STILL showed up, on a Friday, after 7pm, got the job done and took care of us, like they always do!

I cannot begin to express my absolute delight with Josh and Smiley from Rob Bertolino Plumbing and Heating!

I was extremely apprehensive about choosing a new plumbing company as the last one I had routinely overcharged me for the simplest of tasks. Example: they wanted $2700.00 to switch out my old bathroom vanity. No, that did not include the price of the new vanity. 😳 Their estimate was shared with neighbors on Next Door where I was told by more than 37 people that it was beyond exorbitant.

The estimate I received from Tony was extremely fair. Their person in charge of scheduling was a delight to work with and made sure that installation day would be as smooth as possible. And, of course when the day arrived, my autoimmune issue was rearing its ugly head, but she assured me that Josh was a fabulous guy and was on his way.

Josh and Smiley were friendly, had excellent customer service skills (for example, took off their shoes when entering and strove to kept the flies from coming into the house), knowledgeable, efficient and had a flair for details. They dismantled and installed quickly and efficiently, were great with answering questions and left my home spotless. I cannot praise them enough.

If you are looking for a reputable company, Rob Bertolino is definitely a call you will not regret!

I am writing to share my positive experience with Bertolino Plumbing. They are always quick to respond, and their rates are very reasonable. Additionally, their staff is respectful, meticulous and conscientious.

Our tankless water heater stopped working. Google results on the flashing error code showed many possible problems. I called Bertolino Plumbing, told them the issue, sent a photo of my heater, and the man knew exactly what was wrong--a frozen drain pipe on the outside of the house (just a long cold spell). He said all I needed to do was use a blow dryer to melt the ice and that fixed it! Didn't cost me a cent because it was only a few minutes and over the phone. They have a loyal future customer!
