I needed a 15 year old garbage disposal replaced. After ignoring it for 2 months I saw one of Rob's trucks in my neighborhood and decided to get it taken care of. Called on a Friday afternoon and talked to Rob. He gave me a choice of purchasing the disposal myself or they could or it. I ordered it myself and told Rob I could have it by Sunday. He scheduled replacing it for Monday afternoon. Got updated texts of who was coming and when in route. Josh showed up and got right to work. A little after an hour he had it replaced and took away the old one. Very reasonable price, fast and exceptional service. I highly recommend Rob and his people. No question when I have plumbing needs I will be calling them again.

Exceptional customer service and work ethics. I truly appreciate the service, how everyone was punctual and respected my space. Rob, Tony, and Josh are professional and very nice. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Pricing was also reasonable. I was expecting to pay way more for cost but that didn't happen. I experienced a leak from my hot water tank. The leak was found and repaired at a great price. The process took approximately 3.5 hours. Thanks again for quality work and great integrity.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had calling for emergency service work. We had an active leak in our kitchen ceiling and they were able to have someone out to us in just a couple hours. Dan, the technician, was timely and super knowledgeable. And for the work done they were reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber!

Dan came out to address an old sewer line backing up in the basement of our 120 year old home. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to properly diagnose the issue. He was able to figure everything out and get it resolved in only a couple hours. Very polite and willing to explain things to a non-expert. Pricing was very fair for the expertise.

A neighbor of mine referred me to this company and I can definitely see why - I will happily call them again for future plumbing work!

Craig and his crew replaced a water heater for us that went out over the weekend. I couldn't have asked for better customer service throughout the entire process. Craig and his crew were professional from start to finish. Highly recommend Blessings Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

If I could give them a 5+++ I would. We had our hot water heater replaced by another plumbing company and called them back the next day due to lack of hot water. They insisted all was fine even though the max temperature was 100 degrees, only after allowing it to run for 10 plus minutes. Called another company to come take a look at it and they said they had no idea why we could not get hot water, but were happy to collect their service fee. Called Blessings Plumbing and they sent out two technicians who assured us they would not leave until they figured it out and they fixed the problem. Very reasonable rate, professional technicians, timely and respectful. Would definitely recommend without reservation.

Rescheduled and delayed 1 and half hour otherwise a 5 star. Scott is terrific.

I live in East Tennessee... Because of the superior work I received from Blessings while I was in Property Management in Virginia Beach... I immediately thought to call Blessings... The owner stayed on the phone with me doing his best to try and help resolve the problem... I can't say enough about the service I received as a Property Manager in Virginia Beach and how much I appreciate the time taken to try and help all the way in East Tennessee!

When it comes to looking for a plumber, there are a few words that I look for and Blessings Plumbing are all those things:
Honest, Quality, Responsible, Clean, Genuine, Thorough and Reasonable.

Repair man was courteous and thorough. Would highly recommend them.

Work was okay. Pricing was not clearly explained. Called out to look at a clogged faucet and to look at heating unit (controlled by a rinnai). Tech spent 8 hours at the condo (2 - 3 hours changing the faucet as well as a toilet valve) and rest of the time trying to troubleshoot the problem with the heating unit. After the 8 hours, he indicated that he would have to get an outside expert to look at the rinnai. Was charged $800 for the faucet, valve and "diagnostic fee" - which would have been waived had he been able to fix the heating unit the same day. Outside company came out and repaired the heating unit. I asked the company how much it would be and he said that he would be billing Blessings and Blessings would bill me. I ask how much he would be billing and he indicated $600. I received a bill from Blessings for $1,195. When I called to find out why it was so much more than the $600 they were billed, that is when they explained to me that they charge $185/hour and the $800 which I paid was only for the time spent replacing the faucet and toilet value. The $1,195 was the $600 from the outside expert plus the remaining hours spent the day they tried to diagnose the problem. In total I spent $2k for basically a new faucet, toilet valve and check valve (which was the problem with the heater). None of this was explained to me prior (mostly my fault for not asking). Glad the repair is done but not happy with the price or the process.

We had a water backup in our home. We called Blessings Plumbing and they sent two technicians over within a hour and It took them about 2 hours to work on the Plumbing backup. Stephen and Greg were very professional, nice, answered our questions and kept us up to date on the progress they were making. We also received a phone call from the owner to see if we were happy with the outcome. We are extremely satisfied with their work and we will definitely use them again.

Greg was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet! We highly recommend him and Blessings Plumbing!

The team arrived on time. They went to work and quickly diagnosed what the trouble was. They fixed the problem and were finished in about an hour. I would definitely call them again if I need a plumber. They were very friendly and efficient.

The young man you sent over was not very informative and he kept saying, "I'm sorry". He did not communicate his diagnosis well. To be quite frank I was extremely disappointed.

Came during scheduled window. Called when on the way with estimated time. He was polite and di what was needed.
