They are so helpful. From the scheduler to the technicians. Very thorough and clearly explained issue and solution. Also they show up when they say they are and text you when they are on their way. Installed new water heater last year seamlessly, so of course I would call them this year for another issue. They truly are a blessing and I recommend them to all!

I have used Blessings Plumbing twice now for an HOA that I manage. Once for a Main water line break and a water submeter replacement. They are able to schedule quickly and complete their work with communication.

I trusted Blessings Plumbing 10+ years ago installing tankless hot water heater and replacing quest piping. Got a new house and needed a hot water heater. Didn’t hesitate to call Blessings Plumbing again. Ended up having the same plumber (Scott). Scott and his team did a fantastic job installing the tankless hot water heater. Professional, timely, and clear attention to details. Highly recommend to give Blessings Plumbing a call for any of your plumbing needs.

Contacted Blessings Plumbing after hours! The next morning. Scott, the Tech was here at the time he indicated.

Explained that this was not the first time we have dealt with this issue with the laundry drain backing up from the kitchen. Went to Home Depot and poured concentrated drain opener down into the laundry drain. WRONG!!!

Approximately 40 feet of drain had been replaced and still had the gurgling sound after that.

Efforts were made by Scott to snake the drain from a Valve that had been glued at the original installation. After cutting the Sheetrock to visually see what was going on, the plumbing was installed incorrectly and no TRAP was never installed 🫣 that would have been his access location for the snake. No wonder we couldn't find one😲.

Scott informed me what he was going to do and why explained to resolve this issue we've been having for eight years. FINALLY, we can have this issue resolved. His work area was very clean as he worked on the plumbing issue from start to finish. He drove from VA Beach to Chesapeake which, is approximately 25 minutes without traffic issues.

Blessings Plumbing Company are truly Professionals. Polite and courteous! Listened to our issue and resolved it to perfection!

My wife, especially my wife, truly appreciate repairing the drain because it wasn't repaired before. Someone who looked at the problem and knew why we were having this issue for so long.

We’ve used Blessing Plumbing for many years which has included issues from basic household plumbing, to installing a tankless water heater to emergency frozen pipe ruptures.
Their service has always been prompt and professional with attention to detail. Most recently they replaced an outdoor shower which was installed a few months ago by a handyman who used pipes for gas and not water and the connectors rusted in two months. Scott, as always, did a fantastic job using galvanized materials and painted the pipes to match the shower fixture.
I highly recommend Blessing: they are dependable and stand by their work.

Had a shower valve leaking in wall, Contacted Blessings Plumbing in the late afternoon on a Monday. They were able to dispatch a Plumber that afternoon , He was able get in the wall, install a couple of cut off valves that afternoon in order to get my water turned back on and then returned next day to replace the valve. Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Blessing Plumbing (and Mike) for your plumbing needs.

I have been using Blessings for around 7 years now. Not every visit has been excellent, but this hot water heater install was one of the excellent ones. Technicians were polite, professional and efficient. I want to give Scott a shoutout. He was mentoring a younger plumber and I listened to his teaching and providing guidance to this next generation of Tradesman and his patience, and detailed instruction was impressive. This is the type of encouragement and instruction that the next generation needs. My last experience with Blessings was completely different. An apprentice plumber and a master plumber showed up and the master plumber's treatment of the apprentice was horrendous, bordering on hazing. I told Scott about that experience and he said that master plumber was no longer with the company. I am glad that Blessings has the right people on their team and creating a learning environment for those that will carry the torch. AI will not be able to replace the trades.

Bradley and his partner Keiyon did a great job fixing a burst pipe under the crawlspace. They were quick, gave a very reasonable estimate, and provided a contact for restoration from the water damage.

Bradley did a great job. He was kind and courteous, even though it was late on a Sat. night. Got the work done quickly and left everything neat.

Zane was magnificent! He was professional, courteous well informed and immensely helpful. Based on this service I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Drainmasters is the best!!! Bug shout out to TYLER and RYAN. You guys answered the call when I needed it the most. Also I want to thank Beth for her understanding as well. I definitely would recommend drain masters to anyone with plumbing and drain problems!!!

Although my hopeful free estimate I got was a simple problem, it turned out it was a major issue. I am thankful on how quickly the job got done…the company should be proud of the hard workers, Matthew Parker, Matthew Allen, Perrin, Jake, and Adam…what a great crew ! Thank you guys for knocking it out of the park and being quick and thorough. Today when I was driving on the interstate we drove by a Mr. Rooter van and my three year old daughter said “Look it’s our plumbers!” Thank you guys for everything !

Had problems with the sewer. Other plumber was OK just no to very little communication. Brain was fantastic and I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
In terms of pricing, I personally think it is over priced, but very happy for the trade!!

Zane did outstanding job had total blockage of sewer. He was able to clear it up and did it quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself, which was truly wonderful and he was courtesy and kind.

Bradley was extremely efficient and provided progress updates throughout the repair. He was punctual and provided different solutions to the problem.
