So I was dealing with some quest piping left over from a previous renovation, it was beginning to drip. I appreciate the quick response and overall, I think they did the job right. I am satisfied there. The techs were professional in their work and cleaned up good enough.
However, my only issue is the price kept changing after I was able to clearly articulate the scope of the work needed, after some back and forth we settled on an agreeable price and I am grateful for them willing to be closer to what we agreed on.
Over all giving the urgency of the work, their immediate availability and the fact I think they did good work, I would try them again but will insist on a firmer quote upfront and hold them to a smaller margin of error. I appreciate their willingness to hear my concern and respond positively.

I just had my water heater’s first yearly check-up today, and I’m very pleased with the service. The technician, Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. He made sure everything was running efficiently and safely. It’s reassuring to know that the water heater is in great condition after a year of use. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommended!

Booked an appointment with them as their pricing was the most reasonable. When booking I intentionally asked if there would be a problem with my stove and washer and dryer being installed at a later time than my faucet/disposal. Was told not a problem just call and schedule that when ready. Day of—was informed that the price I was given was for one trip. Again this was never mentioned and this is after paying a $300 deposit for the work. To say I’m pissed is an understatement. Do not tell a customer one thing and then do a bait and switch after! This was after being quoted an insanely ridiculous price for a re-pipe (28k, when two other companies quoted less than 10k for the same job)! Obvious why I did not go with them, but still wanted to support the business so booked with the appliance installations only. Where do y’all see this quote was for one trip only?!! You don’t? Yeah, cause it’s not there!

I had such a great experience with Brian! He came to fix my tub faucets and was incredibly professional, calm, and kind throughout the whole visit. He took his time explaining everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on, which I really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping people. It’s not every day you come across someone so patient and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Brian if you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, respectful, and a true professional!

Randon rescued us from a disgusting mess in our master bathroom shower due to a full scale sewage backup involving all three toilets that left 4 inches of raw sewage in the shower pan.
He was prompt and resolved the problem quickly.

All Day Plumbing is a life saver. When our kitchen sink backed up and couldn't be plunged, Raymond from All Day said he could be at our place in about an hour, unlike two other emergency plumbers who gave two days away as the earliest. Sure enough, Raymond and his assistant came on time, fixed the problem in less than an hour, and left the area clean. I could not have asked for more. Five stars all the way.

Replaced old corroded copper water pipes with PEX in the crawl space. Replaced main water shutoff valve. Replaced 4x hose bibs with frost proof sillcocks and PEX. Re-seated leaking toilet and replaced clogged flush valve. Great job by Antonio, Parker, Tie, Demetri.

Joster & Rocky encountered a few problems during their repair assignment in our home, which was almost 10 hours altogether! In all my years of having contractors repair & upgrade our home(she's going on 55 now. Lol) Their tenacity, Never give up attitudes to get our water draining correctly deserves nothing but a long standing ovation. Joster knew We, my parents 88 & I 57 are on a fixed budget. Hence he took off certain $$ accordingly. Please the owners & management of ADP recognize their hard, "old school" work ethic & professionalism 💪👏🚰🖖♾️ In my pov, they(ADP Technicians) will NOT charge you for unnecessary("ghost") parts, labor, etc. They showed me all the defective & age worn pipes, pvc, etc; rust, corrosion from the 5.5 decades of everyday normal regular use & drainage. Joster even astounded me when he climbed/brought up a heavy snake machine, bolted to a little dolley by ladder to get on our roof in the final 30 minutes of their long arduous work day!!! I can reminisce being young & strong like that years ago. Lmao 🏋😜

I've been working with All Day Plumbing since we bought our first home in 2019. We recently moved to Chesapeake and had a leak issue in our Master bathroom. Raymond, the owner of the company, came out on a Sunday morning and quickly recognized and repaired the issue.

Every time I have called All Day Plumbing they have come out the same day and fixed my plumbing problem. Their technicians are polite and efficient and their prices are reasonable. Even the lady who answers the phone and schedules the appointment is friendly and their communication with the customer is excellent.

I had a home maintenance inspection performed on my father's house and two leaks were found in the crawlspace. Raymond came out the next day to look at the work. He provided a reasonable price when compared to a recent toilet installation performed by another company and came back the following day to complete the work. He was knowledgeable about the work to be performed and provided pre and post photos.
