During an earlier repair the technician noticed old Quest pipe in our addition. They recommended we have it replaced and were able to get us a very reasonable quote and able to get us scheduled for the repair. Zane, Perrin, and Jake arrived on time and were quickly able make the repairs. They provided pictures of the completed work and walked me through what they had done. I have found them to be an excellent company to work with!

Bradley came out and gave us an estimate on the gas line quick connect and was able to install it same day. We discussed everything before we started and agreed on the best plan. He did a great job and it should be perfect for our tri fuel generator.

Zane was extremely professional, giving me an estimate not only for the job that needed to be done, but also checking to see if there were any other potential problems in my 60 year old home. He replaced the cold water turn off valve as well as the icemaker water supply valve under my sink, clearly explaining everything he was doing and showing me bad parts removed afterwards. I highly recommend him.

Devin was great! Total cost was 650+. He used two different Drain cleaning machines with the last one using about 55 feet of lline which must’ve been about 3/4 of the way to the street. Drain is clear now. Last time this happened was 14 years ago. Most likely cause was garbage disposal. Service is great; price not so great but understandable as it’s on the weekend.

One of my neighbors who lives alone, lost her water during the cold weather. I Reached out to a friend of mine who works for Mr. Rooter Plumbing and he had somebody out the very next day. They trouble shot the problem and repaired her plumbing so that Her Condo had running water. There are not many companies you can call and get serviced the very next day with professional and caring technicians Thanks Ed and Taylor for all your help. Our neighborhood will definitely be using your services moving forward

Zane was wonderful when he fixed my toilet. He recommended additional plumbing work which I cant afford to do right now. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter to have work done again. I simply cannot afford it right now. Will ask for Zane when I can get the work done. Thank you Zane for being so thorough, helpful and really friendly. Five stars from me

Bradley Spruill came out this morning and he did a fantastic job! He was here for about 1 1/2 hour tops and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I had an outdoor water spout leak at the fitting and he had it replaced no problem

Our service included cameras footage of the interior condition of our home draina piping and complete cleanout of sludge and debris. Our service technician Devin Fenton, was courteous and very professional. He was very knowledgeable of the work required to complete the job. We are pleased with the service and will consider Mr. Rooter Plumbing for future service.

As a new homeowner, plumbing issues are the last thing you want to deal with. Bradley was our technician, and I truly cannot say enough to express how grateful I am for his help. I had a Main water line leak due to quest piping which we decided to replace entire Main water line from street to main shutoff valve. Ed came out first to look at the job. He looked at everything thoroughly and really took his time to process everything and think it through on where to lay a new line. Which was much appreciated.

Jacob and Mathew came out to do the work. And i can’t say enough about such a great job they did. Quick and efficient.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had Brian come out today and he was phenomenal help. He helped diagnose what another plumbing company could not and explained everything thoroughly which was a great help since I have no idea how plumbing works. I will definitely refer this company and will come back when I need other projects done!

After making several calls to find a plumbing service that could come out right away we finally reached Mr. Rooter. In less than an hour Bradley arrived. We discussed the issues we were having and he begin working immediately. Bradley is very knowledgeable and professional. He performed the services required and took time to show us what he did. Mr. Rooter is now our plumbing service provider.

Our Tech Zane was phenomenal! He was very patient and listened to what our issue was. He quickly diagnosed a solution and was very thorough in the repair. He was very courteous and friendly. He explained everything he did and made sure I understood the solutions and work performed before he left! I highly recommend Zane as your tech in the future!

Paul and Bradley were exceptional in fixing a water leak in our toilet. They were very clear on the various ways they could fix the issue and what to expect for the price of repair. They were kind, respectful, approachable, and easy to work with and talk to. I didn’t feel as if they were taking advantage of me in their work or cost of repair that I have experienced in the past with plumbers. The office staff was great and very transparent in their communication with scheduling, professionalism, and kindness over the phone (particularly Katie). Would 100% call again in the future should we need pumping services again.

Mr. Rooter did an awesome job getting our kitchen sink unclogged. It was a major blockage from over the years. House built in the 70's. I was able to be scheduled immediately as not being able to use the kitchen sink is a major inconvenience. Dennis, Devin and his teammate did an outstanding job! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I will use them for any future needs and highly recommended for any plumbing issues.

Had my sewer line replaced from the house to the city sewer pipe. This company knows what they are doing. They took pictures throughout the process to show me what was done. They attached a wire to the new line for easy tracking for any future repairs to the property. They made sure that the pipe was set at the proper grade by using a level throughout the installation. They replaced an exposed section of the water line at no cost.

Bradley was polite, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kept us informed throughout the service. He arrived promptly and was here within 2 hours of the initial call for service even on a Saturday. He cleaned a clogged sewer pipe with a serious blockage and tested everything thoroughly after the service to ensure that we are good to go.

Mr. Rooter quickly responded to my plumbing issue. I enjoy all of the methods of communication that I receive from them when using them for service (email, text and phone). Brian H. and Taylor F. quickly diagnosed my issue and was able to provide service same day. Brian then recommended me to Adem R. and Perrin F. for a pine lining quote. I was able to schedule everything within a week of them coming out to avoid a bursted pipe. All technicians are pleasant to work with. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Had an unexpected issue and contacted this company. Was able to get a very nice young man to come out after hours, same day on the weekend. Worked in the cold and snow, but made sure all was good before he left and made sure to let us know, they would be back out to follow-up and make sure everything was good, depending on the weather conditions. Second time using this company, will definately call again, if needed..... OUTSTANDING
