Response time was quick and problem fixed same day. Christian was the plumbing specialist who showed up. He quickly identified the problem and replaced 3 toilets in no time. I was surprised at the speed everything was completed. 12 plus years experience definitely showed. Professional for sure. Would definitely recommend Christian and Mr Rooter plumbing to anyone.

They came out very quickly (within 2 hours) and I had a hole in a pipe connected to our hot water under the house. Raymond fixed it very quickly and made sure everything was running correctly. Very professional and prompt. I will recommend.

Christian Adams is an excellent master plumber. I wanted a repair but it would've been over $700.00 to repair both of the inside tanks. Therefore, it was more economical to get 2 new toilets than spend money on repairs. He started the job at 3 pm and finished both toilets before 5 pm. My house was kept clean and he was friendly and provided great customer service.

During a crawlspace inspection two leaks were found, one a cracked pipe. Called Mr. Rooter and they had a plumber at my house in less than two hours. Because of the location of one of the leaks they sent a second plumber to help. Both Zane and Perrin were extremely professional, efficient, and easy to work with! Both leaks were fixed quickly. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs!

Zane was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. He came out late in the afternoon, stayed until after dark to clear what ended up being tree roots in the pipes out to the road. He came back the next morning with heavier equipment which did the trick. He is a wonderful young man, very kind. We need to clone him!! Thank you Zane.

Ryan and Sean did an excellent job of fixing a leakage under the kitchen sink. They were extremely professional and they even cleaned the pipes to look nice. There is no more leak, I would definitely recommend their professional service.

Had a slab leak. Oh no! Had a regular plumber come out and charge me $$$ to do what I had already done. He told me to go to Atlantic Leak Detection because they had specialized equipment. I called them and they couldn’t come out for a week. So I was gonna be without water for a week? Did some web investigation and saw that Mr. Rooter plumbing had the same leak detection capabilities. Call them and they could be out the next day. They sent Sam Bailie. What a real pro. He gave me an estimate on the leak detection and it was in the same ballpark as Atlantic leak so I said go for it. He spent hours isolating the leak. He then gave me an estimate for repair which included jacking up a portion of the floor in my kitchen and into the slab. The estimate I thought was extremely reasonable. I still had some hesitation because I envisioned major league dollars to get to and fix the leak. He came out Monday morning on time, was there all day and did an absolute fantastic job minimizing any damage to my kitchen. They tented off the area to minimize dust in the rest of the house and cleaned up extremely well after the job. Again, what a real pro I can’t say enough about Sam, his assistant and the company. He represents Mr. Rooter plumbing well and if you need help with a major league plumbing problem, these are the guys to go to.

Hot water heater went out unexpectedly. Called at 9-10am, was told someone would reach out shortly to let me know an ETA. In the afternoon, a technician reached out and said he was 2-4 hours out. At 7pm he updates me to let me know he would not make it out, and said we would wait til Monday. Leaving us without hot water all weekend, and no option to call anyone else because it was so late in the evening. After another desperate conversation, the technician said we could maybe get on the on call list for Sunday. Still waiting to see if that happens. Technician was very nice and not his fault. The dispatch center should not have over promised if under delivery was the reality. I will make sure none of my clients use this company moving forward if they have issues post-closing.

Technician Zane was friendly, prompt and extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail the problems and resolution thoroughly and answered all of my questions. We had a leaky pipe under our house in the crawlspace. Zane was able to get the repair completed the same day! He also made some recommendations which were very enlightening. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs. Awesome service!

We had our toilet stop working and called Mr. Rooter. Same day Sam Bailie came out and worked for hours on it. Unfortunately he was unable to fix it. He sent out his camera guy, Adem Riecken on Monday. He was able to identify the problem and set up the estimate. We then worked with Mallory in the main office who was so helpful walking us through the process. On Tuesday, Tehran Bay and his assistant came out and did the heavy lifting! They had to replace 70 year old pipes that had corroded all the way through. Tehran was very professional and thorough in his explanations. Every person we encountered in this experience was so friendly, kind and helpful! We are so happy we chose Mr. Rooter to do the job!

Everything about my experience with this company is nothing short of amazing. They came within hours of me calling. The technicians (Zane & Tehan) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They walked me through the whole process and let me know everything that they were doing as they were doing it. Highly recommend for any plumbing service!

Taylor was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He finished the repairs in a timely fashion. Same day service! I would be happy to use Mr. Rooter for any future repairs.

Brian was professional and communicated everything clearly when he came out to check out our plumbing/backflow issue. He arrived on time, was able to explain the problem, and provide several options to solve it. If we ever have a plumbing issue again we'll definitely be using Mr. Rooter.

They talk very nice to you but expect to be ripped off. They quoted me $5,300 to run one gas line to my fire pit and refused to break down the cost. Another plumber did the job for $1,200. The materials were $200 and the job took 4 hours from start to finish. So, if you go with Mr. Rooter Plumbing, expect to pay them ~$1,200 or more per hour! I can't recommend them.

I recently had part of my main water line replaced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Bradley went above and beyond — he actually came out the day before to diagnose the issue, clearly explained what was going on, and made sure I understood the repair plan. When he returned to complete the job, he led the project with outstanding communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Keiyon and Perrin assisted with the work and were just as impressive — friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. The team excavated, replaced the damaged section of line with new PEX piping, tested everything thoroughly, and left the yard looking great once the job was done.

My 28 year old gas range finally died. My new range would not go back against the wall because of the location of the gas line. I called Mr Rooter and received a free quote on moving the line and when I decided to get the job done yesterday and called to schedule someone came out this morning and moved the line so the range now fits properly
I would definitely consider using them again.
