The Wynne-Star plumbers are great folks. They came out promptly, properly diagnosed my issue, and fixed it. I thought their price was reasonable. They are a family owned operation and run it that way. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend them when you need a residential plumber.

Nice people. I called their answering service and within a few minutes the man called me back. They called to see if they could come before my scheduled appointment. That was a plus for me. I had a clog between the drain on two of my sinks. They augered it out and life went on. I paid 335.00. Thanks!

I've been blessed to have Greg Kram handle my plumbing needs for nearly a decade, a span that has included several plumbing emergencies that he's handled quickly. It's so unusual today to find someone who answers the phone, is always pleasant, and performs quality work promptly at a reasonable price.

I would have given this company 5 stars for the work that their rep performed for me last year; excellent service and very professional. I called today about something similar and Greg was telling me about something in his notes about me refusing to pay for a service and mentioning names of neighbors/people I don’t know. I found proof of payment and told him about the proof and it still wasn’t enough because he was focusing on some faucet service I know nothing about. When he mentioned the type of faucet he thought I had and I told him I had a different type of faucet, he still insisted that I refused to pay for a service.
I have no idea what he’s talking about. There was a time when I would have recommended this company, but will never use them again, nor recommend them to someone else.

I had to take the time to write this review after speaking with Greg today on the phone. I called looking for someone to come out to my new house to show me how to use the water softener and a check on the well system. To make this short, he took 40 minutes of his own time on two separate calls to guide me through how to use it. He was very nice and explained everything very well. He definitely knows what he is talking about and was a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Thank you very much for the peace of mind you have given me knowing how my well pump system works. Any plumbing issues I have you will be my first call.

I am posting this on behalf of my patient and her family. Eli came today to look at her faucet that had been leaking under the sink. Didn't take him long to figure out the problem and to fix it. Eli was extremely nice. My patient, who has dementia, remembered him and his family. They have been to her house previously, to fix something in the master bathroom. She said that the whole family is nice and that it was beautiful to have a family ran business. I greatly recommend GK Plumbing.

This is the only plumbing service I consider when it's time to have work done on my home. They have performed a variety of services from installing outdoor faucets, clearing blocked (not just clogged) drains, installing a garbage disposal, replacing and upgrading indoor plumbing and fixtures, to simply offering the best advice on a repairs I can do myself. They even showed up to a service call one morning only to see that the work was something I could do. They gave me great advice and didn't charge a dime. They're friendly, upfront about estimates, punctual, and provide quality work that holds up over time. With so many contractors and service companies out to take advantage of you, when you find a company with integrity, you stay loyal to that company. All Time Plumbing will provide my plumbing services as long as I own my home.
