Ray and his team did a fantastic job replacing my tankless electric water heater with a solid pro line state electric tank water heater! Ray was honest and real with his quote! They came and efficiently explained and did the work. I’d use them again in the future for any plumbing issues. Don’t hesitate to hit these guys up. Don’t get stuck with the big wigs with lots of overhead. Hit these guys up!

Mike did a quick and efficient job at the water lines and gas line. The only issues were that the job was scheduled in another name, because A1 was hired as a sub to a larger project. Then at the end, Mike left the hose connection open...luckily I was doing some work in the basement or I would not have found it for a while.
Overall I'm satisfied with them.

Mike came out today. Everything about the experience was excellent. I called the office and Mike was here within an hour. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and quick. He even fixed some small problems that weren't part of the original order. I definitely recommend this company.

I cannot say enough praise for A-1 Sewer and Drain!!! We just bought a house a month ago and hot water heater went out…called A-1 they had Greg come out and give estimate..due to unfortunate events was having issues with home warranty…so just decided to pay out of pocket to get us back with hot water…David came out next day and within a couple of hours we had hot water!!! So thankful to that sweet woman who answered the phone to initially take my request!! Wonderful and fast customer service..I cannot thank you all enough for everything!

I’ve used A1 for several years due to their quick service and knowledgeable staff. They’ve snaked my mainline, unclogged bathroom and kitchen sinks, and replaced my water heater. Every time the technician explains the fix to me and the steps they’re taking and make sure the problem is 100% solved before leaving the property. If a job requires a simple fix, (I once called them to fix the chain on my toilet’s handle only to discover I installed the wrong flapper for my toilet…) they never talk down to me or make me feel like I could have handled it myself. Rates are reasonable as well. You really couldn’t pick a better service for one of the most unpleasant jobs around the house.

A1 Sewer & Drain were awesome to work with. They were quick to come out, assess our needs, and provide us with a quote, and while there was a delay in getting contact after I approved the quote, they were very easy to work with and get our project scheduled. We needed a hose bib replaced and wanted a utility sink installed in our garage. Kaige and Brian (or perhaps Bryan) came out and did a great job. Kaige communicated with me from before they left the warehouse to the very end of the day, telling me what he needed to do and what he was doing along the way. Everything is in perfect working order and it was such a smooth process. I would recommend A1 Sewer & Drain to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Our water heater had started leaking Called A1 Sewer and they came out the same day, checked and as we already knew, it needed to be replaced. Next day, they showed up early and replaced the water heater in about 2 hours. They did a great job.
We noticed a small leak after the guys left but we called and they came back and fixed it. We've had no more issues. I highly recommend calling them.

Our technician Adam C. was very thorough and helpful! He was knowledgeable and explained everything so it was very easy to understand. He was able to quickly identify the problem and give us a reasonable quote for the solution. We will be using A1 in the future for our plumbing needs

We needed our toilet repaired, so we called A1 Sewer and Drain. From the agent that called us after we scheduled our online appointment, to our technician - Mr. Rene V-R, we were impressed! Everyone was so responsive, polite, informative, and professional. Mr. Rene V-R was able to get the work done quickly and correctly. Besides, if there’s an issue, you get a three month warranty for A1 to come back and do repair work for free. We will use A1 Sewer and Drain again if needed!

I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in my crawl space. They quoted me $2500 for the repair which would have been extensive, involving ripping walls apart and removing my bathroom vanity. I ended up going with a cheaper company for doing the restoration work for my flooring and let A1 repair the pipe. A1 ended up replacing about 1 and half foot of pipe via two shark bite connectors. This work would’ve taken a professional plumber maybe an hour to do. They gave me a $1000 discount but I still came out of pocket about $1700.

My wife and I called several times to discuss a fair price. Each time they promised a call back but didn’t follow through. Finally, I called again and was able to speak to a manager who said he would discuss it with his team. He called back the next day and informed me that they would not be offering any other discounts.

After this review, A1 reached out and attempted to rectify the situation.

Woke up Sunday morning to a most unpleasant situation that no homeowner wants. Needless to say, I was looking for immediate support and received it and more from A1 Sewer and Drain.
Not only did they show up BEFORE their scheduled time (less than 2 hours from my initial call) but the technician, Jacob McVay, was outstanding!
Jake was professional, courteous, and thorough in his assessment and work. He made a difficult situation easy to deal with.
I can't recommend A1 Sewer and Drain enough! If you want exceptional customer service, look no further!

Jeremy was fast and efficient. He successfully fixed my leaky bathroom sink quickly and thoroughly! I would highly this company the entire process was easy from scheduling to getting the service done.

Same Day Service. Fast, Friendly and Fashionable. I set up my appointment for them to look at my bathroom a week ago - they showed up as scheduled and diagnosed my issue and came up with a working solution. within the hour I had an estimate. Later that day they called and asked if they could install that day... what? of course they could. So they did. The showed up in their window and worked tirelessly for three hours before cleaning up and heading out. The workers there are beyond the best from Elizabeth, Jarron, Willie and Breanna all did me right.

Highly recommend! We had a leak from our water line outside and gave A1 a call. Jarrod, Danny, and Jayden were excellent technicians. Jarrod came by the same day I called to assess the situation and explained everything in a clear manner. The next morning, Danny and Jayden were at my house to begin work and we had water running by noon! Extremely efficient, professional, and didn’t mince words.

Kaige and his helper were excellent. They repaired a crack in my sewer line where roots had gone in, causing a backup. The location was at the front of my house in a landscaped bed. They were polite, personable, and professional. I could see all the work they performed and they asked me to use water when done to make sure they had sealed it properly with no leaks. They cleaned up the area and only had to cut away a couple of shrubbery branches to get to the source. A1 also came out on a prior Friday afternoon to deal with the clog which uncovered the outdoor problem. They gave a quote and returned to finish the job after I gave approval. All around very professionally done and I will use them for any future plumbing needs.

We recently had our main sewer line replaced in our 1900’s home, and I can’t say enough good things about the team that handled the job. Danny Norman, Ethan Hardy, Ken Buyers, and Wade Freeman were the picture of professionalism from start to finish. They arrived on time each day, communicated clearly about the process, and treated our property with great care. The quality of their work was outstanding — they tackled a tough, old-home job with skill and precision, and left everything clean and functioning perfectly. I highly recommend this team for anyone needing top-tier plumbing service!
