Chris came out on Saturday to help unclog the main line to the street in very cold conditions 7 degrees. He worked at it for about an hour and has us back in good working shape. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to Atomic .

Scott P. arrived as scheduled, took great care to protect the work area, was thorough in completing our kitchen plumbing project. He did a great job, highly recommend Scott and Atomic!

Atomic plumbing service was excellent all around, from the office communication to our technician Jamie. Service was completed within 3 hours of my initial call for an appointment. Jamie was very thorough and explained everything throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. Price was a little high for what we needed done, but what isn’t these days. I’d highly recommend Atomic plumbing and our technician Jamie if you need fast, reliable service.

This is the second time in two years that I have used Atomic Plumbing, both times I had great service provided by their best technician, Sean D. Sean is an excellent technician and proves exceptional quality work. His attention to detail and mastery of his craft make him a real asset to Atomic Plumbing. We recently had a leak at our house, Scott from Atomic came out to fix it — he was amazing! He showed up on time, quickly found the problem, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, he made sure everything was clean before leaving. It’s such a relief to have everything working properly again. Highly recommend him for anyone who needs a reliable and honest plumber!

I called Atomic as a repeat customer (new hot water heater in 2021 new toilets and faucets in 2012,) for a shower spa issue on a recent renovation in 2023. Short version the discussion surrounded low water flow options were changing the cartridge, cutting into the wall or the acrylic surrounding and needing a fiberglass man. At this point I found the paperwork for the renovation discovered it was under warranty called for an appointment the next day. The technician from the renovation company arrived changed the cartridge and removed the entire fixture which was almost like a quick disconnect entire job took less than 20 minutes replaced the fixture exact replacement including inspection and replacing some discolored caulk, arrived at 830am out the door by 9am outstanding. Cost zero, Atomics bill was $290 including travel fee to discuss opening walls and me researching faucet options? Had I not pushed them along Atomic would have been there an hour and quoted $325 to look into the issue or replace it I realized Atomic would not have the Jacuzzi products but the repairs were so easy plug n play why did we spend so much time discussing opening walls and so forth?

Christopher and Will did a great job arrived early went right to work stayed at it until the job was done. They didn’t get out until 830 that night and Chris even came back the next morning to tweak a few things.. We now have our old water heater replaced with a complete new tankless system and it’s working great. Thanks, Chris. Thanks, Will.

Mike C came to our home last night (Friday) and diagnosed out issue. He was very professional and kind. He returned today with Dalton. They had to dig up a part of the water line where he expected to find the leak. He was spot on! They worked together to repair the leak and restored our water. We would do business with them any time! Also, recommend Atomic Plumbing as they diligently worked with us to get someone quickly to help us. We are grateful and appreciate Mike's great work. (And Dalton).

Had a nightmare of a morning, waterfalls in my kitchen at 7am, coming down from the second floor.

Called Atomic Plumbing and the guys fixed the problem. They showed up promptly when they said they would, added some stronger support to bolster the repair, pointed out some trouble spots for the future, cleaned up the worksite, and overall, brought a swift end to water leaking from above.

They were courteous, professional, and expeditious in their service. We highly recommend Atomic Plumbing in the future.

After attempting myself to fix a "minor" plumbing issue and causing it to become a "major" one, I contacted Atomic Plumbing and asked for immediate assistance. They responded, and sent Scott Perkins to address our problem. Scott was tremendous. He not only addressed the situation professionally but was personable and answered my questions as well as helped me with another small issue I had been unable to address. He went over and above for us, and even came in on Sunday which is not a day he normally works. He creatively and effectively got us operational again, and we appreciated him greatly. The technicians did an excellent job in taking care of everything that was needed. They were kind and very understanding. Also took their time to explain everything that was done. Sean and the other guy were very, very good!

I’ve been under my house a few times over the years, so I can fully appreciate the quality of work that Shaun D. and his Assistant completed. Several times during the process, they chose the best solution instead of a solution that would have been sufficient.

Older clogged pipes caused water to come up through plumbing at home. Called Atomic Plumbing for help, they were able to be on site quickly, diagnosed the issue and started work immediately. Sean D and Mike C were amazing--professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. They worked diligently and with purpose, wasting no time while on site and even finding different ways to attack our problems. There is more work to be done, and Sean and Mike explained the next steps and recommendations. They left the house in great condition and restored all that could be restored without additional repairs. I hope Sean and Mike will be assigned to the follow-on work as they were great representatives of Atomic Plumbing and I would gladly and highly recommend Atomic Plumbing without a second thought.

Alan B. came out the same day I called Atomic Plumbing. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what the issue was immediately. He fixed it and then gave me a few tips. He is a wealth of knowledge. Although I have a home warranty company, I will only use Atomic from here on out. I will pay out of pocket because the service is top tier.

Chris and Will did a fantastic job repairing the leak under the house. Found additional damage and stayed until all damages were repaired. All this was done with 20 degrees outside. I’ll use Atomic plumbing again and will request Chris and Will. What a great team.

Kale went above and beyond to explain everything that was needed to resolve the drain issue that we had. He talked through thoroughly all the steps that may occur, but thankfully was able to free up the stopped up sink that we had in the home. If possible, the next time that I need plumbing service, I will ask specifically for Kale to come out and help us. I reached out to Atomic Plumbing as a real estate agent representing my seller. They were able to get out to us within a few hours to take care of this issue so that my sellers home was able to close on time.

Jim and his helper Brayden did an outstanding job two days before Thanksgiving! I’m so glad they were able to come out. They also saved me a little money which was muchly appreciated by recommending two different ways to unclog my drain. Very professional. I’d be happy to have them out anytime I have a plumbing issue.
