Tony and (his son?) Tony were very kind and courteous. It gives us peace of mind to know that there are quality professionals to rely on when concerning major home repairs such as plumbing. My issue this time was for something minor as needing a new gasket, but from my interactions with them, I could tell they were genuinely friendly. My husband and I both agree to call again in the future. 10/10 would recommend

TONY IS AWESOME! It seems that every time my husband deploys, something around the house goes wrong, and Tony and his son have been there for our family!

Our first incident was a slow, insidious leak. Tony expertly diagnosed the situation and replaced the piping within the hour. Our second problem was a lot more daunting to me personally. I was surprised by a rushing waterfall sound and a layer of water coating every inch of the kitchen and laundry room at 2:00 in the morning. (I can't even imagine how bad the damage would have been if I didn't miraculously go to the kitchen at that time) I shut off the water, dried everything, and called Tony early that morning. He was quick to fit me into his schedule and address the problem with high-quality materials.

Not only do they bring competence, reassurance, and professionalism with them, but they also take the time to actually explain to me what, how, and why it went wrong, and how to mitigate risk in the future.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Our new washer and dryer unit was to be installed today but the installers stated we needed to call a plumber to change the valves before they continued. Tony came out just an hour after I called, verified our plumbing was good to go and explained everything clearly. He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. I plan on calling him for any future plumbing needs!

Tony fixed a leaking pipe on my water heater recently. I called them because a few months ago they fixed pipes in the master bath. Each time they were courteous, on time, and shared details of what exactly needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Tony, and it was his son who fixed the bathroom pipes. Tony is very knowledgeable, & took his time to replace our old leaking cartridge in our master bath tub. Answered his phone pretty quickly, & responded to my text promptly as well. I felt bad because I made him remove his shoes for my carpet. Tony go purchase some boot covers, & I’ll give you 6 stars! Haha

Called Tony because I noticed a small leak coming from some pipes behind the water heater. He happened to be available the same day and came over within a couple hours. Tony was able to quickly diagnose & resolve the issue. Honest & earnest man, props to him (& anyone else) working during this crazy heatwave.

Tony was so professional, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He went the extra mile, like asking for cleaners so that he could clean around the hole in the floor before reinstalling the toilet. Well priced and came out the next day. Highly recommend!

Edit: Today Tony came out again to finish a follow up where he had told me to purchase a new 4” center set faucet for the bathroom sink because I’ve been having issues maintaining water temperature. He got here, acted like he had no idea who I was and said he hadn’t visited my house in months, even though I have a Venmo receipt from 2 weeks ago. He had no memory of telling me to buy the new faucet or of looking over the one I had found on Amazon and said he would never have told me that. He adjusted the valves under the sink, which took about ten seconds, and then tried to charge 69$ to come out. If the problem was valves, I’m not sure why I had to buy something and then call to make another appointment instead of it just being completed at the time of the original appointment.

The visit was truly bizarre. It was like he was a completely different person than the man I met two weeks ago. Use at your own risk.

Great customer service!! Called Tony requesting a replacement and was quoted on that. Once he arrived, he checked to see if it needed to be cleared out instead, and within less than a minute our garbage disposal was fixed again :) We saved money and he was awesome! I will definitely call him for all future plumbing needs.

Tony was great both in communication, work product, and practical solutions. I’ve dealt with plenty in the past that are trying to find things to add on but Tony was mindful of looking at the solutions that were needed, making us aware of risks, and charging a reasonable price. The icing on the cake was that he communicated timely and gave reasonable windows and updates if he was off schedule. Highly recommend Tony if you are looking for a down to earth and trust worthy plumber!
