Trevor was very professional and friendly. I was impressed when he wiped up different spots that dripped on the toilet and floor!! We have had an experience with another company where black marks were left all on the wall and floor that I had to clean after they left and some are permanent marks. So, well done, Trevor, for taking the extra steps!

I have had great experiences with Drain Masters Plumbing. More recently, we had no hot water the day before Thanksgiving, but luckily we were going out of town. They came the Monday after and Ryan said we needed a new hot water heater. The next day he comes with a brand new one and replaces it by himself. He’s very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company!

Drain Masters Plumbing was easy to schedule through and were very kind over the phone. Trevor did a great job installing a new garbage disposal and located leaks in our showers. We would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Ryan came out to perform an evaluation during to a high water bill, and provided excellent service. He identified several toilet issues, explained them and made the repairs quickly. He also gave my dog a lot of attention which she loved. Highly recommend!

Having a major issue somewhere in my line outside the house and another plumber wouldn't come out until the homeowner called them, the other I tried didn't return my call for three days. Called Drain Master up at the recommendation of ChatGPT and they had someone out within 45 minutes. Ryan couldn't clear the issue so they didn't charge the $380 for clearing, only the $125 for diagnostic. I will absolutely use them again and tell anyone I know to use them as well. You cannot beat customer service and knowledgeable techs like theirs.

I had a serious emergency during a snow storm. The service they provided was amazing!
I called at 630am, spoke with the owner, he was kind and patient with a mom freaking out on the other end of the phone. The tank was replaced at 12 noon the same day!
Ryan and his team were absolutely amazing. They were super sweet to my son and dog. Explained everything in detail as they were doing it and gave clear directions on what to do when they were gone!

Trevor was great to work with. He came out to check our hot water heater and took his time explaining what he was seeing, showed us photos, and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. He also gave helpful advice on flushing the system to keep it running well. While he was here, we asked if he could take a look at an old faucet that ended up being a real pain to remove, but he stuck with it and handled everything professionally. Super respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can tell he cares about doing the job right, and his company should be proud to have him. 🫡 BTW Drain Masters came out when no one had openings today! thanks!! because I leave to go out of town tomorrow 😅 I will be calling Drain Masters Plumbing for future projects

They were friendly, professional and efficient... One of the best customer experiences I've had in awhile... I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing, drain and repair needs...
