Great father and son team! When our water heater went out I spent hours on the phone trying to get a quote for replacement. I was either told they HAD to send someone to "assess" the situation (7 yrs old & leaking) and that would be $180. Finally stumbled on Tony's contact. He gave me a quote over the phone and the final price was in the range...oh AND he replaced it next day!

Absolutely fantastic. we had our water heater blowout and had to make an emergency call. They came out the next morning and replaced the water heater and was gone by 12 o’clock in the afternoon. Tony and his son were so polite and positive!!

Called Drain Masters on a holiday and they had someone out to the house within a couple hours. Trevor quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. We will definitely use Drain Masters again!

The gentleman who came out to service my plumbing was professional and knowledgeable. I believe the price the company charges is way too steep. Basic 15 minute job costs $350

Our garbage disposal would drain into our dishwasher, and we needed a new o-ring in our master bathroom. A young man named Ty arrived early and repaired both appliances in quick and efficient time... and he was most curteous and helpful in recommending additional things we could purchase to help with our repairs.

This review is for Trevor who came out to address a leaky toilet and squealing shower pipes. He was very kind, and professional. And I really appreciated him respecting my home and putting on shirt covers without even being asked. Thank you so much for FINALLY getting to the root of the toilet issue, as I have had multiple calls regarding this toilet and always had someone put a bandaid on a recurring issue. If I have to make any future calls regarding the plumbing, I will be requesting him.
