Calling a plumber wasn’t the first thing I wanted to do on a Monday morning, but Atomic was as professional and dependable as always .. Luckily a quick fix to the toilet was all we needed .. Scott was patient in answering all my questions and explaining what was needed and our options .. I never feel pressured or like I’m asking stupid questions with any of the Atomic techs . I highly recommend them .. Scott made our day !! Thanks so much ..

Atomic Plumbing recently installed our Flo By Moen Smart water shut off valve, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Sean, the master technician, was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. His intention to detail and pride in his work really showed. Brayden, his new helper, was polite, hard-working, and eager to learn-he’s off to a great start! The whole process was smooth, efficient and the installation looks great. We recently had an issue with our bathroom faucet — the water wouldn’t turn off, and it turned into quite a challenge to resolve. Thankfully, Atomic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning came through for us! Me and my family has served in the Military and now we're retired. I've always been the "Do it yourself" guy, but this project I was unsure of. My Technician's name was Christopher, coolest person you could ever meet. Blessed me with helping to replace my whole bathroom sink. Me and my Family is absolutely greatful for not only Christopher but the Company to help me and my family with one of the many projects of our old house.

David &Dalton were both very nice , courteous introduced themselves and immediately made the assessment and found the problem! There’s a leakage in our shower faucets gave us the estimate, they changed all of them and it’s fixed. Professional and knowledgeable of what they’re doing ! Worked well together.First time we used Atomic Plumbing and will continue to do so ! I’m glad I called the right company . Job well done .

I’m extremely disappointed in Atomic Plumbing based on my last interaction. I’ve used them several times over the past couple years without an issue. Always prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced. However they failed me when it counted. I’m mid real estate transaction and had an issue that needed attention. I called the after hours line and they said they would add me to the schedule for the following day because I was able to stop any active leak. The next day comes, and nothing. I called and they told me I’m still on the schedule (this was after 4pm) so I asked to be moved to the following day. Same thing happened and I called and they said they were overbooked and they would call when they were on the way. I called another plumber and got an appointment immediately.

I understand that things get busy, but not a single time did they tell me that they were overbooked. Until I called. If they would have been up front about the schedule, I’d have called another company. But instead of being honest they just added me to the list that was never going to get serviced, and tied me up for two days, forcing me to now go and pay extra for an after hours plumber so I didn’t delay my ongoing contractual obligation.

While the service is good when they do it, they have lost a customer for life because of their shady scheduling practices. There are far too many good companies in the area that I can just move to another. I’d recommend you do so to.

Wow !!!
This was my third quest (poly) water line leak coming from my slab into my bedroom. Thanks to advice from Sean with Atomic plumbing, he recommended rerouting my piping to the attic and back down to my fixtures. I was already familiar with Sean's plumbing knowledge from having him repair my first two leaks. I had my main water line replaced and all new Pex piping installed. Sean and his coworker Paul completed the job without busting up part of my driveway were the main water meter was located. Also they spared busting up my bedroom and concrete to connect the main and new piping.This shows concern for the customer with the knowledge of completing a job with minimal damage to the property. This comes from knowledge, experience and concern for the customer. I highly recommend Sean and Paul who work extremely well together and have great customer service skills and are highly knowledgeable.

Chris greeted me with a friendly smile. He immediately got to work and assessed the issue. Within a short time, he had completed the job and we now have 2 new functional valves. He was respectful of our house immediately covering his shoes and he wiped up any drips that were on the floor. We are very pleased. We had an exterior drain pipe crack during this last freeze and called Atomic to provide an estimate for repair. Justin arrived that afternoon, provided a quote, and completed the repairs. He was extremely professional, personable, and didn’t mind all of the questions lobbed at him. Our experience with Atomic was wonderful from the beginning and we highly recommend their services. You definitely get what you pay for and it begins with their awesome office staff and ends with their experts. We now have our choice of who to call when something happens.

Atomic Plumbing’s customer service is outstanding. We noticed our water heater was not working around 9pm on a Friday. I called, service scheduled, and the install of a new water heater was completed by 11 am Saturday. Kimberly, who scheduled the service and Mike Casey and Dalton, the installers should be commended for their timely, professional, and efficient response. If you want it done right - go with Atomic Plumbing !!!

11/18/25 update:
We had a small leak under the sink. Call Atomic told them the situation and again very happy with them they did an excellent job. When I called they explain they will come out check out what is happening and we could go from there. Yes the leak was very small and I really did not know where it was coming from but when the technician came out he found the problem and yes they fixed it and did an excellent job. Today 11/23/25 and we have check under the sink and it is good to go. Again I mush say thank you to Atomic Plumbing for a great job and to the tech for a great job.

I submitted a service request for a leak under my sink on Sunday afternoon, 11/09/2025. Later that evening, I received a call to schedule the appointment. In my request, I asked for service on Tuesday since I was already off work, and the young lady on the phone confirmed that was perfectly fine—they would be working on the holiday.

At 8:00 Tuesday morning, I received a text with the service technician’s name and employee number, and he arrived shortly afterward. Mr. Michael Casey was very polite and courteous. He evaluated the issue and told me he would step out to his van to prepare a quote. We haven’t used many plumbers over the years, but I felt his quote was very reasonable for the work needed. I approved the job and asked him to replace both the hot and cold shut-off valves.

I must say, in all the years we’ve used Atomic Plumbing, they have always provided excellent service and fair pricing. I will continue to highly recommend this company to anyone in the area. I am attaching before and after photos—the “before” picture isn’t very clear, but the “after” picture is much better, as I wanted to show the excellent work Mr. Casey completed. He also took the time to explain everything he did.

Sean was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout my appointment. When he arrived, he immediately began assessing the situation with my 15 year old Direct Vent water heater, explained what the issue was, which replacement was needed, gave me pricing and warranty options, and that the water heater would be replaced the same day. I was happy to see that on a busy Monday, Mike was able to bring the replacement as well as assist Sean with installation. They worked well together, were able to get everything completed, and left their work area impressively clean. This is the third time I have used Atomic Plumbing and will continue to do so. 10/10 highly recommend.

I called Atomic to help locate the sewer lateral in our front yard so we could safely grind a tree stump (we had a sneaking suspicion it was very close to the tree stump; suspicion confirmed). Atomic was upfront about the cost/hour and the anticipated time it would take. Trey and Josh were professional, efficient, and timely. Highly recommended.

I called Atomic after months of consistent water pressure issues. Mike and Paul showed up to assist and were extremely polite, knowledgeable, clean and friendly. They took time to listen to my concerns, discuss what they planned to and provided detailed information about what they found and what their recommendations would be. I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. An hour later, after replacing a section of pipe and making future recommendations, my house water pressure is better than ever. I was very happy with the service, thrilled that they were able to fix the same day, found the price to be reasonable, and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Called Tony & Son plumbing to assist with a hot water heater issue we had. Tony was quick to respond and came over immediately. He was very helpful and resolved our issue quickly. I will definitely use Tony & Son Plumbing again in the future.

Update 8/7/24: Used Tony & Son again and was very pleased with their professional service and experience. If you are in need of a plumber I recommend you call them.
