Ryan was an awesome tech that went above and beyond to make sure our drain problem was solved and give guidance on avoiding any future problems. Really quick to get to the problem and he was super cool with our 4 crazy dogs. Hope we don’t have any more issues but won’t hesitate to call them again if we do.

Ty came out and fixed the sink pressure for us on our bathroom sink. Also, fixed a drainage issue I wasn't aware of due to the low pressure never giving enough time to fill the sink. Amazing, quick and professional work!

Ryan did a great job fixing one of our 4th floor toilets that was not flushing properly. He has serviced our office several times and is always professional and quick in resolving the issue.

Wonderful service, took a few guys prior to this company to find 2 leakage that were not visible to the naked eye. Ty was so amazing. He was in the home for almost 2 hours because he was determine to find.

My toilet broke Thursday. Made a call on Friday. Drain Masters came and replaced my toilet Monday. Toilet replacement was done in less than three hours. Trevor was very informative and knowledgeable and even let me know of possible future issues that can happen. I would definitely use them again and ask for Trevor.

Ryan is awesome! This is the second time he's come to our place in the last month, this time to fix our sink. He's so pleasant and is an expert in his field. He takes the time to show you how he fixed the problem and answers any questions you may have. He even fixed our garbage disposal that we didn't even realize was leaking under our sink! Drain Masters repair man, Trevor, was efficient and thorough--fixing the water leak and faucet repair in half hour! He was courteous and was polite enough to put plastic boot wraps over his shoes before walking through my house to get to bathroom area that needed repairs. Once all done, he took a few moments to explain exactly what needed repairing and why, and demonstrated the effective working faucets and drain. 5 Stars Drain Masters and Trevor!

It’s rare to find someone who’s both skilled and genuinely cares about their customers, but Ryan definitely does. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
