Everyone I interacted with at this company was wonderful! Super knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. Had a main sewer line backup over the weekend and was surprised to have someone answer my call late Sunday night. Dynamic fit me in the very next day for which I’m very grateful. No other company made me feel like a priority like they did, will definitely be using them in the future!!

I received a reasonable price for the work performed. I was very happy with the exceptional work they performed. I am very happy with my bathroom remodel and I will call them in the future for any other plumbing needs. Definitely will be recommending them to anyone I know. Everyone was very professional and they worked very efficiently.

Kevin the plumber did a phenomenal job replacing my water heater. He came and surveyed the issue at 4:30 by 630 He was wrapping up the job and I had hot water. He showed up with a professional attitude and was very knowledgeable about his craft. Definitely will be using this company And asking for Kevin if I need them in the future.

Dynamic was fantastic - the team ran into a couple snags replacing my water heater (on my end) and were amazing problem solvers and figured it out solution. I am super grateful for their expertise and flexibility and ability to make it work for me! I highly recommend them and will be returning to them for all my plumbing needs!

Today I have a smile but yesterday and the past no smile. I truly wanted to take this opportunity to say Am grateful for the 2 men. As a home owner no one wants to deal with disasters. I ran into not only 1 leak but 2 leaks and can truly say it’s been a nightmare for me. It was a Sunday, Labor Day weekend and I had another leak. I was crying and upset this had happened to me I could not get anyone out until Friday. After calling back my warranty company and pleading with them about my situation they went the extra mile and found this company called DYNAMIC HOME SERVICES w/ two awesome technicians ( Benjamin and Dave) I don’t think I could of ask for a better company. I emphasize not only were they pleasant, knowledgeable ( Dave the thinker) , kind and answered all my questions when asked. I can truly say that these 2 men ( Benjamin and Dave are top shelf plumbers. I was lucky to get a selfie and felt very honored to get a photo with these two men. I know they hear it often times from customers , where a customer says THANK YOU , but I want you to know that you are truly making a difference in people lives. The world is a tough and grimy place but you two brought smiles to a little lady like myself. Now we move on get my flooring fix and you guys can come remove all these pipes and put brand new ones in as soon as I get the thumbs 👍 up. I had a great experience with Dynamic Home Services. Joe promptly and efficiently cleaned my garbage disposal. He was very kind and went out of his way to make sure the clog was completely fixed. I appreciate how respectful and professional he was I would use this company again for sure.

The whole team was great from the phone operator, the techs and the boss. They got out here quickly and explained everything they were doing. They really helped out getting my water leak repaired and a damaged valve due to a freak incident. Amazing team, next day service and I couldn't be more grateful especially right before the holidays.

Amazing company with good trustworthy God fearing people. I was in a bind with my home warranty company and had been without water for nearly 2 weeks and with 5 kids u can imagine the headache. They understood my need and even scheduled my repair on their day off!!! They were on time and located my leak and got straight to work. Went above and beyond. I will be requesting them from here on out.

Dave and Ben were incredible! They were professional, knowledgeable and super friendly as well. They explained the issue and gave me step by step details in what needed to be done to ensure I understood completely before they did anything. They also took pictures of the damage before they touched anything.
When the job was complete, they again showed me pictures of all of the repairs done and explained everything completely. They both were very patient with my many questions and they wore booties in my house to keep my floors clean!

Although more work is needed they were helpful in letting me know what I can do to help me get through issues until I can fix the situation. I really appreciate what they did for me. Absolute phenomenal experience! By far the most knowledgeable, personalable, and expedited plumbing company in the 757. We have used other "4+ ⭐" rated companies in the area and none of them comes even close to Dynamic Home Services! They came out and not only fixed our issue, but educated us on preventative steps to take in the future and also provided extremely cost effective recommendations for us to take in the future that will ensure the maximum effectiveness of our plumbing and septic system. Will never use another plumbing company again.

Scheduling was smooth and convenient. I forgot the name of the guy I spoke with, but he was able to get me on the schedule with 24 hours, during the snow storm. Tech was professional and worked efficiently. Job was done well within an hour. Very, very satisfied with the cost, and I wasn't charged emergency rates for the work being done on a Saturday.

We were extremely impressed by Dynamic Home Services and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. We had a leak in our outside water line under the driveway. It took days to get another company out who said it would be very expensive and they’d have to drill up the driveway. I then called another company who said I needed to call a leak detection company first, which would delay our repair! by another week. Finally, I found Dynamic Home Services. They were able to come out and give us a same day estimate and make the repair the next day. They have the ability to do non-invasive leak detection, but were able to look at the leak and identify the issue easily. They were prompt and communicative. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

The experience went well my water heater had to be replaced and some wiring as well but I shouldn't have no problems for years to come
