We've used Sean a couple of different times (capping a gas line and replacing a few outside faucet spigots). Sean is responsive (answers the phone), understands the issue, provides a fair price, shows up precisely when he says he will, and completes the work in a timely manner. We will continue to use Sean for all our future plumbing needs.

Sean helped us out in an emergency over Memorial Day weekend. When other plumbers were telling us it would be days before they could come even though they advertise 24 hour service. Sean was reliable and professional. He came within an hour. Would highly recommend.

Sean and Jason did a pristine job. We had a new shower and bathroom remodel. They got rid of the old jacuzzi bathtub lines and motor and moved the pipes to the new location. Installed the new shower rough in valve and fixtures. They also installed the new smart toilet. I had a kitchen drain problem. Every other plumber just snaked the drain. I was concerned as it was happening every month. Sean cleaned the drain, but after it was cleaned, he put a camera down while water was flowing. he could see that the drain line had a low spot that would fill up. If he hadn’t used a camera, he would’ve just done like everyone else. But he came back the next day went under the house into the crawlspace and re-hung the drain pipe so that it would drain correctly. Sean went the extra mile. I am an engineer and I appreciate people who are problem solvers. Shawn solved the problem and took action to fix it. It has been over a month and we haven’t had the problem again and I’m becoming less fearful to use the disposal. Thank you so much, Sean. I’m not sure who else could’ve or would have done that.

Had a plumbing emergency Saturday afternoon, both toilets and showers clogged. Sean was on site in less than an hour got the clog cleared, and rate was resonable for an emergency weekend call. Also gave me a quote and information for some other non-emergency work I needed done. Would highly recommend.
