Jim is a godsend--he does great quality work and it is absolutely worth it to schedule with him. He came out to fix a leak caused by an old shower drain. We trust him completely to fix our plumbing issues and he always upgrades things for the better for years to come--he's extremely thorough in his diagnosis and checks to ensure the plumbing is secure and fixed. In addition, he is an amazing advocate when handling an insurance claim--originally we were told they would not cover the full extent of the repair, but this changed after the agent talked with Jim. As a homeowner, Jim has always educated us on what the problem is, what he's doing, and explains everything thoroughly so that you are well-informed throughout the entire process! We love Jim!

Jim did an amazing job on our water heater! He was fast and clean. I would highly recommend Jim and his crew to come change out an old water heater with a new one and will utilize his services again in the future. Thank you Jim for your services!

Incredible! Answered the phone on a weekend ready to help with emergency water line repairs. Asked great questions about the situation, asked for and got photo's so he could scope the issue. Advised to check with the City for their portion of the water line in case it was their issue (in the end it was...) to save us time and money for him doing emergency work. He did the work with diligence and repaired the water line and gaskets and located a faulty/cracked water meter belonging to the city. Very personable and honest and did an awesome job on short notice!

Can’t say enough great things about Sean. We had a couple of separate plumbing issues that hit us simultaneously, just before Virginia Beach’s Snowmageddon ‘25. Sean tackled them both in short order. He also coordinated with the city and various contractors performing utility work in our neighborhood to ensure that we would not be billed for repairing systems that were damaged by others. Sean is a real pro - thorough, incredibly hard-working, diligent, and persistent. I have never worked with a better plumber.

Sean was wonderful in helping us promptly with repairs on our new home. He was able to help us with many things, from replacing our gas pipes to fixing our outdoor shower and water line to the fridge. He made sure I understood what he was doing and knew how to keep things running as they should. His prices were very fair and he got to us quickly for the multiple repairs we needed! Highly recommend him!

Sean came out on very short notice late on a Friday afternoon to assist with a broken down water heater. He was super responsive and helpful, and never tried to sell me on stuff I didn't need. Got it up and running in no time. Have a couple other issues at the house, and I will absolutely call Sean again, 100%

Sean came to my moms for a sump pump issue, they came that day and discovered it was not the pump but issues with the house. They didn’t charge me for the call and I will use them again!

Sean and his Helper were very nice and got my shower head to stop leaking and stopped the handle to turn off and on to stop spinning and told me that its old and I might need to buy a new one but its working for now.
I will be calling them, when I need help again. Thank you

He communicates well, is direct, and won't give you the run around.

I had a sewage line issue that ended up having to be replaced and Sean was able to help out in initially draining the line to give us temporary relief so that we could at least use the water as needed before it was replaced.

I called on a Monday at 4:30 and he was over by 5:30.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this man and his company. He is truly someone that I will be using moving forward.

Sean was wonderful! He came late on a Friday afternoon and was there within the half an hour after I called him. He fixed my burst pipe and walked through everything with me on how to winterize my outdoor shower and how to make sure it didn’t happen again. Highly recommended!

Very appreciative of him. He adjusted his personal schedule to help me out on a Sun to help restore water to my home after self-inflicted damage.

Great experience! Sean is a gentleman and skilled professional. One of our toilets started leaking at 8pm on a Saturday night. Water ran into the hallway and into one of the bedrooms. Sean arrived in about an hour and fixed the problem quickly. Pricing was fair and much cheaper than we thought it would be. He even made a trip back to his home to get us a powerful fan and dehumidifier to dry out the carpet! Thanks for superb service.

We truly appreciate Sean! After waiting 10 days for 2 other plumbers who didn't return phone calls or show up at all, a friend recommended Sean. He answered the phone himself, had me send photos of our old, leaking faucet, ordered a new one, and came by with a couple hours to have a look. He was able to stop the leak and put the faucet back together so that we wouldn't be without a working kitchen sink. Even though the special-order faucet didn't arrive until late the next afternoon, Sean came by after hours on a Friday to install it. We are VERY happy with his work, will definitely use him again, and highly recommend Sean Fixes Johns Plumbing!
