Musa with ARG was really wonderful. He came to troubleshoot the situation on his first trip to the house. He wanted to rule out the easiest possible issue. Once he made the adjustment, he followed up with me a couple days later and I let him know that the problem was not resolved. He rescheduled another visit and found that his next idea seemed a promising solution. He had to leave the fridge open for 8 hours to thaw so he could confirm. He came back later that night to finish the job, clearing a clogged line. He followed up a couple days later to confirm it was indeed fixed. Musa communicated with me and was very polite and hard working.

We called late expecting to get a voicemail but someone answered and was able to get us scheduled next day for an oven repair. The tech was on time, polite, knowledgeable and fixed our oven quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company for appliance repairs.

First of all, I loved the option of chatting from the google splash page. I was able to briefly chat about the problem and then schedule a technician who came the SAME DAY! They quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Two days later my dishwasher was running like a champ! Will absolutely use again if ever I have an appliance need!

We had a good experience with ARG. They came out to our house within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and had it repaired within just a couple more days. I will call them again with future appliance issues.

This company is the best that I have used in Northern Virginia. The technician, Musa was very knowledgeable and explained to me what part was needed. He ordered the part, and when he was replacing it, he notice that the full assembly was not needed and only replaced that part that was damaged, saving me money. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend them. John followed up with me after the repair to see if was was satisfied. VERY SATISFIED.

Just used ARG again to repair dishwasher. Did a great job and will continue to use them for my appliance repairs. Highly recommend ARG Appliance Repairs General. Our dryer stopped working on Saturday. Call at 6:45 pm on Saturday and they answered their phone! Wanted to send someone on Monday to fix but we were not available. ARG set Musa on Tuesday to repair. Not only did Musa take dryer apart and clean it, but he had the part that we needed! Also the company called after Musa left to see if we were happy with the service provided. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely use ARG again for our appliance repairs.

The manager (who would not give me his name) was incredible rude, continued to interrupt me and put the blame on me that I could not make my refrigerator make the weird noise on command. The repair man they sent said that the noise was “impossible” and left without any reconditions or even looking at the fridge. Would not recommend this company due to their poor service and customer service.

I came back home from a trip on a Sunday to my dryer not working. I googled appliance repair and called. They answered and had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Technician came and was able to fix the problem. He already had the part needed and fixed it onsite. The technician was professional and worked quickly and had me test it while he was there. I highly recommend them.

I would definitely use ARG Appliance again. Thought I had a major problem with my washing machine and it wound up just being a clogged filter at the bottom of the machine. Musa and trainee were super nice and didn't leave until they made sure it ran properly. Price was very fair and I found Musa very knowledgeable.

Found the issue fast, ordered the part needed and installed in 3 days' time. Also gave helpful advice for taking care of the venting. Will use them again without hesitation

Our washer was out so had to call for repair and my daughter suggested that I call ARG and I'm glad I did. The technician came out that same day and took a look at the machine. He said that he needed to order a part and that they would call me with an estimate. They called the next day with an estimate and that they would contact me once the part came in. I received a call two days later and scheduled the technician to come by my house that same day. Once he arrived, he replaced the part but commented that the box looked weird and the part didn't look to be new. He was right as the machine did not work using this part. He said that he was going to get a new part ordered and come back. Two days later, he came back with the new part and the machine works great now. I really appreciated the fact that the technician was so honest with me about the faulty part on the first visit. All of the people at the ARG office and the technician I dealt with were very kind and took the time to explain everything well. I felt that i paid a resonable price for the repairs and was treated fairly. I will put them on my list of contacts for future appliance repair needs.

John and his team are highly recommended when it comes to fixing your appliances. They are fast, accommodating, and clearly knows what they are doing. Very professional and you get your money's worth.

My Property manager called them to inspect and repair my oven coil which had gone bad. They called right away and was able to send a technician out the next day. Technician was very nice and professional, diagnosed the issues and replaced the coil. Very satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism. They also followed up later to ensure that the oven continued to work as expected.

We are repeat customers and will not being using ARG again. After supposedly diagnosing the problem with our 2-year-old fridge, he called and told me the part is no longer available. When I asked for more than his "nothing we can do" solution, he told me to call the manufacturer. He was more concerned with what number to use to send the link for the $79 service payment. Thanks for nothing!

Dryer was broken over the weekend and they were able to come out very fast the Monday following and get it repaired in a short amount of time. Even helped clean the inside and the hoses. Great service, repair man was very polite and friendly. Would definitely have them back. They even worked with my schedule as a teacher to come later in the day.

The technician was friendly and polite. He arrived on time, found the problem with the refridgerator and explained it to me while he fixed it. The cost of repair was reasonable, and was easy to pay via text message link. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
