ARG has top notch customer service. They were very polite, quick to come out, responsive to my phone inquiry, and very customer service oriented.

Our repairman was friendly, professional, quick, and seemed genuinely happy to be able to help us. He even went above our expectations! In addition to getting a sock unstuck from the motor, he switched our dryer door so it opened toward the washer.

We would definitely recommend ARG to others and feel we received much value for the cost.

Their customer service rep does not understand english & technician does not come during the scheduled service window. Only after I called to check on the service, they let me know that it needs to be rescheduled. Don't be fooled by their relatively low price

Our oven broke, and within 26 hours of calling ARG, a technician had inspected it, secured the part, and repaired the oven. They were professional, very prompt, and came at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Repairmen were great. They came out and figured out my washing machine motor was bad and fixed it the very next day. Pricing was reasonable, and the fee to diagnose the problem was applied to the fee to fix the machine. 90 day warranty. Happy to have my washing machine up and running again so quickly!!!

As a renter, I experienced significant issues regarding a dishwasher repair. A technician was dispatched to my home twice. Prior to the first visit, I had already drained and cleaned the dishwasher because it was not draining properly. After inspecting the unit, the technician stated he did not see any issues and advised me to call back if the problem persisted.

When the dishwasher continued not to drain, I contacted the company again and was informed that a part needed to be ordered. During the second visit, however, no part was replaced. The technician indicated the dishwasher was functioning but that the detergent tab was not opening properly and suggested the issue might be something else. Two days later, he contacted me to confirm whether the dishwasher was working, and I advised him that it was.

Despite this, my rental company received documentation stating that the technician had unclogged the dishwasher, housing, and filter. Based on that statement, I was held financially responsible for a clog that the technician initially said did not exist.

When I contacted the company for clarification, I was told the associate did not have access to the work order — a work order their company created — which was concerning. After calling back with the work order details, I was met with an unprofessional response implying that I was claiming the technician “came to my home and did nothing and left,” as though my attempt to understand the invoice was unreasonable.

This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

This was the only company willing to take on a very difficult job. Others had either left and not returned or just refused. They did great work and came to o the job the same day I spoke to them. I gave them a little extra for their time.

Gian is honest, capable, and a pleasure to work with. We have hired him for both small and large electrical project and have always been happy with his work.

I was very impressed with this contractor. Don was extremely polite and knowledgable. He worked very thoroughly on all of the repairs, and even spotted a dangerous electrical wire that we did not know about, and repaired that as well. He did this all in a little less than a day, and he was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond the scope of what I thought was included in the project.

John installed three ceiling fans in my newly-purchased house and did EXCELLENT work! I selected John based on the way he worked with me before I had even committed to him. He took his time with me on the phone and give me suggestions for exactly which fans and switches to buy (and more importantly, which not to buy). He sent an estimate promptly and I asked him to reserve a day for me. John and his colleague arrived promptly and were really courteous and professional. They got right to work and worked efficiently! Most importantly: they cleaned up!! I have had previous electricians who leave a mess of bits and pieces that you have to clean up later. Not John!! After the fans were installed, John took even more time to give me some quotes and advice on other electrical questions/issues I had in the house. He also sent a prompt estimate for those. I will absolutely be using John for any future electrical work. He was really professional and impressive!

Excellent work. High quality. Responsive. I received an in-home estimate on the same day I called. I received an estimate the next day, and scheduled the work within two days. I ask GLS to install 7 overhead lights where lights did not previously exist. I also had them add 5 new outlets. Everything was done much to my liking. Everything works perfectly and it all looks great. The electrician was super courteous and clean. He also wore a mask the entire time. I would highly recommend.

GLS initially came to provide a connection to the electric panel for my new water heater. They were responsive and courteous! The job was done effortlessly and the price was good too! I had been looking for an electrical contractor for a long time and I was so impressed with GLS’ work that I called them again to install three outlets in my kitchen! I will be calling again for my next project, too. I highly recommend this company.
