Ernesto and his team did amazing work installing our new HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In addition, he came under other contractor's quotes while providing higher quality products. I will definitely use Salvation Home Services for any HVAC/Water heater needs.

When I needed a new furnace/AC I researched the subject to learn more about what is available. I then contacted several sellers to get price information. Ernesto at Salvation offered the best price on a good quality unit, as well as prompt installation. He and his crew showed up at the designated time and worked hard in a fairly compact basement space to remove the old unit and install the new one. They were extremely focused, professional and polite. They hauled away every speck of debris and left the work area neat and clean. Finally, instead of rushing off after a long day’s work, Ernesto took the time to explain the unit’s features and operation to me, answering all my questions. That was a year or two ago. Some months after that I needed a new water heater and again Ernesto gave a good price for a good unit and did a stellar installation. Yesterday I called him because the furnace seemed to be cycling strangely and underperforming. He came as promised today (Saturday) to examine the unit and then show me I had done two things wrong (covered thermostat with hanging coats and blocked off a number of vents) which caused the system to switch into a protective reduced performance mode. We undid my goofs and sure enough, system returned to performing perfectly. When I asked Ernesto how much I owed him for this service call, he said I owed him nothing— he likes to keep his customers happy. In summary, I am extremely pleased with Ernesto and his company. They are old school honest, diligent and a pleasure to engage with.

Ernesto is knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my problem correctly when the tech sent out from the big corp that's easily Google-able (I won't name names) didn't. Ernesto and team were responsive and professional throughout the process of a new heat pump hot water heater installation. They were notably better to work with (and more reasonably priced) than FH Furr. They offered and explained options during the sales process. Installation was extremely efficient, including doing some electrical work. Ernesto runs a good team-we will be repeat customers.

Ernesto and Salvation replaced our old standard water heater with a gas tankless and he couldn’t have done a better job. We hired him again to replace our water shutoff as well and his team is professional, quick and very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Ernesto and his team help fix our tankless heater & boiler issue. They do not charge extra for following up diagnosis and pricing were fair. They also explain problems clearly and were thorough in any suggestion and recommendation. They were also honest that our current setup is not ideal and they wouldn't use this setup if they were us---we agree.

Salvation Home Service has responded quickly to our needs and made necessary fixes and improvements to our HVAC systems on several occasions. On one occasion, our AC died in the middle of the summer. Ernesto diagnosed the problem efficiently, had a replacement part in his truck, and we had working AC within the hour.

On a separate occasion when we had other construction work being done, Ernesto streamlined our HVAC ductwork to increase space and remove unnecessary curves and twists near the furnace. He also added ductwork that previous owners should have but did not. Our tankless water heater stopped working. Called Salvation, scheduled for next morning. Techs arrived on time, wore shoe covers. Found the problem and fixed it. Heater is pretty old and eventually will be replaced and I know who I’m going to call to replace it. Highly recommend!

Finally decided to select Bradford White. Salvation Home Services is a plumber company which Bradford White website recommended,And also Washington Gas website recommended.I talk to them about my requirement. They quoted an affordable price and provide a professional services.

We had a very old gas water heater that we wanted to replace before it became a problem. We also wanted to convert the water heater from gas to electric. We went with Salvation because of both their estimate and responsiveness - and I'm so happy we did. Not only did they do a wonderful job of changing out the old gas for a new electric water heater, Ernesto was also able to replace a leaking water shut off valve that we had while they were here. Plus, I felt very comfortable asking him all kinds of HVAC & plumbing questions that he graciously took time to answer and explain. We are so glad we discovered Salvation and will definitely be using them as our go to company, as well as recommending them to friends and neighbors.

UPDATE: Last Spring, Salvation Home Service provided an excellent maintenance job on our A/C unit. Thanks to Salvation Home Service, our A/C unit kept us cool and comfortable during the Summer. Very happy and grateful for their hassle free service.

Our furnace stopped working. It's winter and of course the temperature was in the 20s!! We were freezing!!!

Salvation Home Services came to my rescue. I had a leak in my mini split system. Ernesto and Carlos came to my house on the day and at the time quoted. Evaluated my system and repaired it as needed performing pressure test and added some fresh as needed. I found their prices reasonable and their services professional. I was happy with their services and I plan to use them for any future a/c, heating, water heater servicing needs.

The awesome team at Salvation just installed my high efficiency heat pump water heater.
