I recently had an issue with my oven not heating properly. I searched for a local appliance repair service & came across Austin Appliance (about 7 minutes from my home) which already had great reviews - & now I understand why! From the moment I called, I received outstanding service. I spoke with a kind & helpful lady & told her my problem. She said Mr. Austin could come that afternoon, which is a rare find these days! With total professionalism, Roy quickly diagnosed the issue (a faulty igniter). He had the replacement part on hand & had my oven working as it should in no time. Roy was knowledgeable, efficient & very courteous throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend Austin Appliance for any repair needs. I'll definitely call him again for future appliance problems & recommend him to friends & family.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Austin Appliance on two different occasions, and both times the service has been excellent. A few months ago, technician Roy repaired my microwave, and today he fixed my washing machine.

Roy is consistently respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, works in a timely manner, and makes sure everything is done right. His professionalism and positive attitude make the whole process stress-free.

Roy Austin is very knowledgeable and friendly--easy to talk to. My dishwasher was not draining. He found the problem within a few minutes, with an easy solution. I highly recommend Austin Appliance.

We were blessed with Mr. Roy this morning; I called em The Microwave Savior. He diagnosed why it stopped working and sadly funeral services were held for “Keesha”. Microwave lasted 10yrs with a big family in a new house built in 2015. Roy pulled out tools and quickly got results and gave us information on how it may have happened. Thank you so much for your expertise and I’m looking forward to a replacement. Im thinking of a new name for another microwave🤔 Happy Holidays❤️

It’s hard to trust people in the trade industry now days. But in my search for some technical electrical repair I needed. Mr. Gavin not only showed up in a timely manner but had a solution to my problem very quickly and reasonably priced compared to the other contractors that quoted. Highly recommended!

My experience in Windsor VA has been that the best contractors are either former Navy or from here. Cost, trust, and performance are the leading qualities on any job of course and they knock it out of the park in all categories. Once I learned Brennan was a former Seabee and got to know him, I knew I got lucky. Then, I was immediately impressed by his expeditious and masterful work. Not to mention, he had to work while my family was home and survived! lol. In my situation, he likely saved us from a house fire (long story). The job looked small at first, but ended up being a fairly big job given the severity and age of the house. I’d vouch for him/them any day to anyone.

We have used Gavin Electrical 2 times recently. Once to diagnose an outlet that had stopped working. Brennan had it working in no time. The second time was to install several outlets in the kitchen. Brennan had these installed in no time, now we no longer need extension cords to power several small appliances. In both instances Brennan did a great job, and we would recommend them for your Electrical needs.

I was having a serious problem with my stove range outlet causing it to spark. Gavin came out to replace and test it the very next day. He is a very knowledgeable electrician and a personable worker. Price was excellent and quality of work was perfect! I highly recommend Gavin for any work you need done!

Greg and Brennan have both done fantastic work at my home over the years. I have had fixtures replaced, new wiring run and indoor and outdoor outlets added so far. They work quickly, make sure to clean up after, and always ensure that their work and final product exceed expectations. Brennan replaced an outdated 200 amp service. Then came back a couple weeks later to replace/ upgrade service for our range. Great work and craftsmanship. Definitely use Gavin Electric again and will recommend to others!!

Greg and Brennan have rewired outlets, switches and upgraded breakers at my house. They also added recessed lighting in my living room and kitchen areas. They do amazing work! I immediately connected with both of them as they were very personable and professional.
