Not only was my ice maker fixed, the technician went above and beyond with excellent customer service as well! It’s refreshing to know that there are still people in this world that take “making the customer happy” to the next level.

I can't say enough about Roy and Austin Appliance. Not only did he fix the original problem, our in-freezer ice maker, but he also took a look at our free-standing, under the counter U-Line icemaker, and was able to determine the problem, and offered us a solution. He then contacted American Home Shield and worked with them to have a part ordered. Once that part came in, Austin Appliance called me and scheduled the repair. As of this morning, less than 2 weeks from their first answering the service request, both appliances are fixed to our satisfaction. Great job Roy and Dawn. Very appreciated, by your professionalism and responsiveness to the customer. Well done!

Roy's customer service and quality of work were impeccable! Our refrigerator was freezing internally, due to a bad sensor so Roy promptly changed the sensor, back panel, and ice maker. Austin Appliance is a great company that I won't hesitate to do business with in the future!

Highly recommend Austin Appliance. We had an issue with our dishwasher and needed to use our home warranty. Austin Appliance was the first of many calls to see if someone would accept our company. Received a call back and they were willing to give it a shot. On top of that they were able to help us the next day. If you’re looking for someone who is honest and cares about their work, this is the company to go with.

Roy was fantastic. He showed up for the appointment time as scheduled but my power was out due to periodic power surges in the area. Anyways, I told him what was happening and he had a good idea what the problem was. My LG appliance had no complete model number on it except what the manual said. Roy spent a good amount of time researching probable model numbers and found 3 different type LG range/stove models all started with the same manual number and all used the same part number to repair the problem. Fortunately, he got the parts within a day and called early that evening and asked if it was convenient to come over and repair the appliance. Roy explained he and his wife were actually taking a vacation the next week and the week he worked me in was very busy. He furthered advised that it would be another two weeks before I had my range back for cooking on. So, naturally I was appreciative of his consideration. And, Roy, was right with his assessment about what was wrong with the range. And, guess what? My power was on this time. Roy fixed the stove/range so fast. He was very respectful of not only the appliance but also of my countertops. Appreciated Roy's expertise, professional attitude, promptness, being thorough, and very pleasant. I will certainly use Roy with Austin Appliance again for future appliance repair needs.

Amazing service! Our dishwasher had been on the fritz for months and we finally gotten around to finding someone to come take a look. He came out the NEXT day after I called(lucky about that) and got it fixed within the hour! Fair rates(no one ever really is prepared for repair costs) because I was willing to pay WHATEVER to get this thing fixed. Very happy with the service and will be using them in the future God forbid we need something else fixed 😊

Mr. Roy is absolutely amazing and I wish he could fix everything. My oven stopped working and Mr. Roy was prompt, courteous and a joy to see during his repair time. He is highly recommended for your appliance repair needs and a pleasure to have in lthe home.

My old school top loading washer was on the fritz. Roy was friendly, fair, and super knowledgeable. He found a solution in under 30 minutes. I bet the drive over to my area took longer than him diagnosing the issue. Stellar service, 10/10, would contact again in a heartbeat.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My refrigerator was leaking water and the hardwood floor was starting to buckle. Austin Appliance was able to fit me in the same day that I called. Roy was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. He was very professional and so nice. I am so grateful to him for helping me. Our Frigidaire refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend. I found Austin Appliance via a Google search and since the company was rated 4.9 I decided to give them a call. Dawn was very kind and professional on the phone as she listened to my concerns and was able to give me a same-day repair window! To my surprise (and satisfaction) she called back about an hour later to inform me there was a cancellation and the repair technician was on his way! Roy was also very pleasant, kind and professional. After I explained the issue, he began troubleshooting until he pinpointed the issue and performed the repair. He answered all my questions throughout the process and provided overall exceptional service. I highly recommend Austin Appliance for appliance-repair needs and I will definitely use them again!

After dealing with a company name Keeping it Kool, kept pushing back of fixing my dryer. I was without a dryer for a month. Today Roy from Austin Appliances came to my house and repair it today. They were professional, great communication, and friendly. I would tell everyone about them! Roy deserves 10 stars. I would recommend them to anyone in need. I love their business! Fantastic service all around! My home warranty assigned them to my case and Austin appliance reached out quickly and they were super nice and accommodating when working out a day and time. Then, Roy, the owner, came to fix my dryer and was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He went right to work, figured out the problem, replaced the part and had my dryer back up and running in less than 30 minutes. If I need any appliance work in the future, I know who to call!
