Roger was a pleasure to work with. Solid Rock poured a concrete driveway extension. The quality of work is amazing and the turnkey project left me with no clean up. It was very nice to see young men working hard and learning very important trades which assist them in there future. I would give this company the highest recommendation and will most likely do more business with them in the future.

Roger was great to work with, patiently helping me choose the right kind of plant for each spot. They completed the whole job in half a day, and we could not have been happier with the results and service! Highly recommend! I've attached some before and after pictures to show what they did.

We contracted Solid Rock Lawn and Landscaping to do some grading and sod installation. Roger and his team is very professional, punctual and thorough. He was patient and answered any questions we had before, during, and after the process. So far things are going well. We are pleased with the services provided.

Solid Rock Lawn & Landscape did an amazing job for us. They were professional, polite and timely. They built a fire pit area, cleared and leveled a debris area, replaced a patio, repaired steps and installed stepping stones. Our yard slopes pretty significantly causing water drainage issues. We worked hard for 3 summers trying everything to correct the issues. Solid Rock came in and fixed the issues and brought to life the vision we had for our backyard area. Thank you Roger!!!

Our back patio of our townhouse was an unusable space infested with weeds. The team at Solid Rock Lawn and Landscape helped us plan exactly how we could make the space usable and then they executed it flawlessly. They worked efficiently and did an absolutely phenomenal job! Roger and his crew did an amazing job. Wonderful Christian man who serves the Lord in every thing he does. We are working on a backyard plan in phases that included a ramp, paver pads and walkways, kitchen wall and lighting. We also had him put a concrete floor in our goat barn. Very happy with their work.

My neighbor regraded his yard and pushed all of his rain runoff onto my lawn. Solid Rock came out and assessed the slop and the grade and suggested to run a drain from the lowest part of the back yard to the street. They came out and worked for 3 days digging the trench, grading the slope and running the drain to the street. While it hasn't rained hard enough yet to test how the drain works, I can say it looked like a quality job and they restored the grass to almost as it was before digging. The workers were all pleasant and friendly. They are really busy so I suggest calling them early to get on the schedule. I would recommend to anyone else looking for landscaping, and grading and innovative solutions to drainage issues.

We are lovin' our new back yard! Roger and his crew far exceeded our expectations from our first call until the last light was installed. Our back yard was a wreck and they turned it into a showpiece.

When we first called for an estimate, Roger arrived with a can of spray paint to map out his initial ideas for the design. The other contractors we called took a few measurements and either submitted a boring design or could not accommodate our request for both pavers and landscaping.

Roger did it all! His enthusiasm and passion for a relatively small job was infectious and we knew we had found a contractor for whom our job was important.

It's not often you find a contractor who estimates so well that you can rely on them to arrive WHEN they say they will and charge WHAT they say they will. Roger is that contractor! He started the project the week he said he would and wrapped it up quickly in spite of a couple of setbacks. He communicated regularly when he was going to be late or if a shipment was delayed. That's what we appreciated the most.

Once we have our picnic table and cantilever umbrella, we look forward to many days and evenings enjoying our new outdoor space.

To further sing Roger's praises, this installment survived a rain deluge (4 inches in 2 hours) only one week after completion. We were so afraid the sod or some of the plants would get washed away the water was flowing so fast. Didn't happen, and everything looks even better than the day they were installed. Not only that, but the hardscape was dry as soon as the sun came out :-)

Extremely happy with our landscaping! Roger was very helpful in the planning and working out a design of what we envisioned. We ended up needing a drainage system installed under the pool’s concrete sidewalk, they did a great job putting that in for us to solve water back up. Rock was put all around the pool inside the fence. Phase one of our fire pit was laid out for addition of stone benches. It all looks great, and we are getting many compliments. We have more to do around the house for updating landscaping and they will be who I call. Thank you for the awesome work!

We had a miserable front yard that wouldn't drain, was swampy, bug-infested, and just sucked We asked Roger to take a look, he came immediately out, surveyed our property - with an actual survey instrument, and worked with us to develop a comprehensive french drain solution.

His team came to work! They arrived on-time, completed on schedule and on budget. They were polite, professional ans cooperative with other people working on our property. As a professional civil engineer, I can attest that they did an above average professional installation which well exceeded my expectations.

Roger continues to follow up and ensure the solution is functioning as designed. He cleaned his site, over-seeded any area he touched and is incredibly pleasant to work with.

I reached out to Roger at Solid Rock to get a quote for a drainage issue. He gave me a fair price and was good about communicating back and forth, something that is really lacking in a lot of contractors. Job was completed and cleaned up nicely. Just waiting for a significant amount of rain to see how the drain system works. I will be calling them again to help fix an area of my pool deck and a retaining wall. Highly recommend them for any landscape project.

Roger was one of two estimates that I received to have my yard completely re-done. It required demo of an old dog pen, demo of 90% of existing shrubs, demo of sidewalk/paver patio, re-grading lot, planting new shrubs, sod install, concrete pad and brick paver sidewalk. Both estimates were in the same range but Roger got my work because he responded every time I reached out. I had to wait a while to get on his schedule and the work took a while to complete but I wasn’t in a hurry and really wanted it to be done in the fall/early winter to benefit from the rain. Everything looks great and I have received so many compliments. The yard has really been transformed and I’m glad that I was able to use someone local. It’s refreshing to find someone who does what they say they are going to do. I would use Roger again for any of these services.
