Roy Austin (owner) came out to fix my icemaker on a Friday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable about the brand GE and found that my refrigerator not only had an ice make problem, but the defroster in the refrigerator needed service as well. I am a breastfeeding mother, and it didnt dawn on me until he left that I had tons of breast milk in the freezer. I called Roy and asked if he would come back to fix my refrigerator because I didnt want to throw all the breast milk away that I had worked so hard to save. Roy came back and fixed my refrigerator the same day as well as my icemaker!

Roy was polite and professional. Diagnosised a broken washer and refrigerator explained what happened and what needs to be done to fix the issue. Awesome customer service.

I'm bummed I can't remember my technician's name but I called this morning and they were able to make it out this afternoon. Unfortunately my washing machine would have cost more to fix than it was worth. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. We would definitely use again. He also wore a mask which I appreciate!

Mr. Austin got my oven working in the blink of an eye. I'm truly pleased with the service I received, although I complained about my Easy Bake Oven on how it wouldn't fit the majority of my pans when I do my baking, at least that Turkey can be baked when I want to. Many thanks to Austin Appliance for the speedy repair.

Absolutely Excellent!! My Samsung dryer stopped heating so in an attempt to save money i tried to google the solution and found out i needed a heat coil, so i went and got one, came home and installed it and it still didnt work, I should have just called Roy first, which in the long run would have saved me time and money. Roy was great, easy goin, nice guy came out diagnosed and fixed the dryer in less than an hour, I will highly recommend him for appliance service in the future.

Roy was awesome. He showed up the same day I called. He did give me bad news, my compressor was shot in my fridge. haha. My dryer stopped heating. We called our home warranty. They contacted Austin Appliance. Oh my goodness. Roy came out and fixed it in no time. Professional, efficient, friendly & honest. I will never go elsewhere.

Austin Appliance was incredibly responsive and came out the next day to assess my refrigerator. He provided excellent service, properly diagnosed the issue, and made the repair on the spot (previous company was not nearly as thorough as Austin Appliance).

We would give six stars if the option was available. An appointment was booked for us quickly, the parts needed to repair the ice maker in our refrigerator arrived quickly, and though it became quite a battle, Roy had the part installed and running quickly. The fact that he was so friendly and pleasant to deal with was a bonus. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The Scheduler is really nice. I called about my LG washer she scheduled Roy for the next day. But after looking at service fee and parts and labor decided it was just as expensive as a new Washer so called and canceled. Even with cancelation she was polite and helpful. Will definitely call again if needed.
