JES Foundation Repair hired Root Electrical as a subcontractor to perform work on my electrical box to support Crawl Space repair work. While working on the electrical box, Root Electrical put a huge hole in my living room wall and left dangerous WIRES EXPOSED aside from destroying my living room wall. JES Foundation Repair nor Root Electrical is being responsible for repairing the damaged wall. Neverthesless, I got the run around from JES and no response from Root Electrical. Do not use either of these companies for crawl space repair and electrical work is my recommendation. The pic reflects the poor quality of work I received from Root Electric Services before they destroyed my living room wall.

Excellent consultation by the owner who came over to discuss what might have turned into a large scale repair. He was very helpful in framing the discussion. He then sent Noah over to do what might have turned into a big job but ended up not being a big job. But the quiet confidence exuded by Noah made us feel like we were in good hands

They installed an electrical outlet for a new dryer and had it all completed in one day. Excellent service. They installed a replacement ventilation fan in a difficult spot in our house. They even took the time to provide recommendations on which type of fan to use and gave me the pros and cons of fans I had looked at online. They really went above and beyond to ensure I had the right fan. And the installation was excellent. We have used Root Electric for years - and will continue to do so!

Root Electric is FANTASTIC. We had a pressing need for upgrading our electric panel and the connection coming to our house from the power company. Bill and this team responded immediately, explained everything thoroughly, and delivered what they promised on time and on budget. I have a service contract with a different company (which gives me a discount with them) and a few years ago I got quotes for a panel replacement from them and two other companies. One of those other companies was Root. Root beat the discounted service contract company quote and sounded like they'd do a better job, so I went with them. I was very happy with the work they did and have since used them to install new circuits for a hot tub, for electric floor heating (they were the only company that would even quote this job), and most recently for a new electric car charger. Their quote isn't always the cheapest, but if not it's close and they'll know what they're doing better than the cheap one.

Root Electric was fantastic! I had ceiling fans switched out, 3 outside receptacles installed and my box upgraded. All the work was done professionally and efficiently at a good price. I highly recommend!
