I called the day before I needed cleaning done at my home. I was greeted with a warm person on the other end, she was able to get me in the very next day. I hadn’t cleaned my house in 3.5 months since having my baby and I had family coming to stay with me on a Saturday. There was no way I was going to make the house look clean by then. On Thursday I called Abby and she said they could Friday morning thank god. They did such a good job. They were so sweet. My house has never been cleaner. Stove, oven, window sills, microwave, inside of the fridge, bathrooms, showers, everything. I had different cleaners before when I moved in and they were just meh. These ones were unreal, amazing.

Today was my first appointment with Abby House Cleaning. I cannot begin to state how great things went. The ladies arrived promptly and did an outstanding job! I’ve hired many cleaning services over the years that clean a few times really well and then the service gets crappy. I have faith that this will be different than others. The level of cleaning was something I haven’t seen in my home since my best housekeeper left in 2016. I actually looked around very diligently to see if I could find anything wrong. I did not!! I FaceTimed my daughter because I was so excited. I’ve been wanting this for years and have been frustrated so many times that I take over my own house cleaning. I didn’t retire to clean house! Would highly recommend Abby and her ladies cleaning service! They did an excellent job cleaning our 3-level home, were very detailed in their work and left the house smelling amazing. They even left simple but sweet touches around the house like the paper towels and kitchen towels in a bow.

I was truly astounded by how willing these ladies were to help me on Christmas Eve last year. From scheduling the service to the moment they arrived, I felt completely at ease. It was my first time hosting Christmas for my family, so I was already feeling stressed — and honestly, a little guilty having them help the day before Christmas.

But they were so thoughtful and caring. As they cleaned, they asked intentional questions and were incredibly considerate throughout my home. For example, my five-year-old daughter does Elf on the Shelf, and they were so kind not to disturb any of the elf’s little shenanigans. That meant so much to us.

Amazing service at great price! Cleaned the carpet and now it looks brand new! They got rid of most of the stains and dirt that was accumulated in high traffic areas.They use eco-friendly cleaning agents so the house doesn’t smell bad during the process. And they also used fast drying liquids to clean the carpet which took about 6-8 hours to dry.
Would definitely recommend them.

A little background: I’m currently in Hawaii moving to VA. We closed on a house out there and badly needed those carpets cleaned before we get out there.

I got in contact with Mr. Marco and he made the process conveniently simple with scheduling and reasonable quoting (while dealing with my crazy 6 hour time difference). On the day of the cleaning, he kept me up to date with everything they were doing. He sent pictures and videos of the carpet beforehand and while they were cleaning, giving me total peace of mind that my new home will have freshly cleaned carpets by the time I get there.
