I recommend Spotless Carpet Cleaning because Mr. Sanchez texted me the night before the appointment to ensure he could access my exterior water faucet and small furniture removed. Mr. Sanchez arrived on time, requested a walked through my home to view the carpets and areas of concern. Mr Sanchez worked through the process of applying the cleaner and using the extractor in an overlapping pattern. He cleaned the carpeted stairs - tread and risers. The carpets have dried to their original color. The carpet fibers have that lift or spring - no residue. Mr Sanchez is a meticulous professional and courteous.

If I could give more than 5⭐️ I would! From my first call to Mr. Marco to the completion of the service, his customer service and professionalism were outstanding! The service was done efficiently and the carpets look wonderful!! Wow, Marco and his team did a great job on our carpets. The pricing was fair, and the transformation was remarkable. Stains were completely lifted, and even areas that seemed fine before looked noticeably fresher and more vibrant afterward. I’m not sure what they put on the carpet, but it was also a lot softer afterward. I would absolutely hire this team again without hesitation!

Marcos and his team did a fantastic job! We have a lot of stairs and there was a need to clean and restore our carpet as we are selling our house and it looks amazing. My love seat actually looks like it did when bought it over 20 years ago. I also got my stairs done. All the the dirt on the center of the stairs from the heavy traffic has disappeared. Marco did an absolutely phenomenal job!! He was kind, courteous, professional, communicative, and his knowledge was top notch! My carpets were pretty soiled from having an old dog and 2 puppies (not to mention a jerk cat) that liked to pee everywhere over the years! I did my best to scrub them myself, but could still faintly smell the urine. Marco came in and showed me all the stains with a UV light, ones I thought I scrubbed pretty good myself! He did an enzyme and spot treatment, agitated the carpet to remove the imbedded pet hair, and scrubbed the carpets and stairs. My carpets looks brand new and the house smells great again! I cannot give a higher recommendation! Don’t go with some chain company, support Marco and his small business! You will not be disappointed!!

The cleaning was done well and they were able to get Moses off the stains out. The only stain left was rust from an old file cabinet but everything else was good. They guys were on time and finished under two hours. Highly recommend them!
