This was not a good experience at all. We have used three other cleaning services and this was always the worst. There were consistently missed areas of the home. With each cleaning we were always dissatisfied but hoped it would get better. The staff was always 30-45 minutes late arriving. On several occasions dirty dishes were left on the counter and we constantly had to instruct on things like, vacuuming the sectional, where to dust, etc.—just lack of attention to detail and the cleaning appearing rushed.

What frustrates me the most is that the last job was a move out cleaning. I asked them to cover the bathrooms and deep clean the kitchen. I briefly checked the cabinet and drawer interiors to ensure it was done and to my fault, assumed the rest of the cleaning would be satisfactory. I tipped 30% as a thank you and final farewell. Later I discovered the few dishes in the sink were stacked on the counter and still dirty, spots were missed in the cabinets,—fine, all small stuff. But I asked for the very top of the cabinets to be dusted and cleaned and they missed an entire area.

I asked them to return and finish the job. They apologized and said they would in the morning—never came and never responded to my text. I feel silly for tipping them out of kindness , but all I will say is karma to them! I advise you find another cleaning service!

I called the number listed on Google expecting to reach a professional cleaning service, but the call was handled very poorly. The person answered with only “hello” and gave no company name or professional greeting. When I politely asked who I was speaking with, they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and impolite first impression. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable doing business with them.

Wonderful job done. House was cleaned to my satisfaction. Will recommend them to anyone.

Bessys cleaning went beyond all my expectations. Her team did a great job cleaning my three floors townhouse. Even though it was a last minute request they were here on time and started to work right away. I loved how they left my place so I had my mom hiring them for her move out cleaning. They also did a excellent job and my mom was so happy and thankful. Thank you guys. I highly recommend them.

Bessy did a great job cleaning our home! I especially appreciated her flexibility to come out early, the same day, and to work around guys doing repairs and painting. She brought a large professional vacuum which picked up all the dust and debris. If your in a bind and need the house spotless really fast, hire Bessy!

They were on time they were very responsive very professional very kind I can’t speak any more highly of the owner and her employees. You would be making a mistake by hiring anyone other than them.

I have used B & L Cleaning Services for several months and I am very pleased with their service. They are prompt, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I hired Letty to clean our house on biweekly basis. In her contract she states that if you are not happy with their job and you let me know within 24 hours, they come back the next day to make sure you are happy. She came and cleaned our house once. when she left, my wife checked their work and was very disappointed. The shower wasn't cleaned properly, there were fingerprints on the mirror, dust on the dining room table,...
She texted them in less than 2 hours to let them know. Letty didn't answer for a week. After a week, she answered by a text saying that "I know this is not professional but I don't think this would work because you didn't like the way we cleaned. So we are not coming back. good bye"
Instead of correcting their job like it was stated in the contract, she just quit and took my cleaning product without my permission. DO NOT use this company. You cannot trust her words.

I have been using their services for a long time now and they do a spectacular job every time. They do a very well and thorough cleaning of my home which is very convenient for myself especially with my busy schedule .
