My girlfriend was home to provide oversight of the work performed and expressed that the two individuals were professional. They were clean and conscious of our home (condo). The lead explained the procedure, closed off the vents, and performed the spinning and vacuuming. All vents were cleaned, and despite a couple of things, I will still give them five stars for expressing their concern with the amount of dust collected from the ducts and HVAC.

The team was very thorough with their job. We went thru the areas of the house so they could see. Even showd my cellar where additional ducts were located..They began the job and once completed show me pictures of before and after. I has a significant mold issue and didn't realize it was in my ducts. Thank you to a very professional team.

We just moved into our townhouse and had a lot of allergy issues. Decided we should at least try duct cleaning. I am extremely pleased with their service. I actually forgot to point out one of our hard to find air ducts and they came right out the next day and took care of it. The house smells and feels so much better since having the ducts cleaned.
