Called 2 days ago or something, they sent a guy asap, he messaged ETA updates and was on time, i went w them because every other company was charging a lot and gave me 3 hour arrival windows and NEVER SHOWED.

Bob and his team were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They take work ethic and dedication to a whole new level. We called a handful of places around Mr Chimney and no one was able to compete with his prices or even do the job from start to finish, which is invaluable in itself given COVID and not wanting a bunch of contractors in your home for one job. Bob was very honest and transparent with everything and his attention to detail was impeccable. The team was extremely respectful, hard working and fun to be around. It’s rare to find service of with such honesty and professionalism. We are extremely happy and absolutely recommend him and his team!

I requested for the servicing and repair of my AC system. A technician (named Alex) was sent over to complete my request. The speed with which this business dispatched a technician on the same day to attend to my issue is so impressive. The reps who l spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment were so friendly and courteous. Alex (the technician) arrived on time and got to work immediately! He located the source of the issues that l was having and resolved each one, thereby displaying his knowledge and expertise. The charges for the work done was reasonable. Alex took the time to explain all that he fixed. His professionalism and efficiency is to be commended! Mr Chimney & Air Duct Cleaning and staff, well done! The excellent service that l received from this business is rare these days and is to be acknowledged!

Fantastic job cleaning our dryer vent. Our 2nd floor dryer vented out of the roof. Technician took the time to clean the venting from the back of the dryer, up into the attic and all the way to the roof. Very thorough!

Air Duct Cleaning Service

1st Appointment (attempt): I received a cancellation text AFTER the appointment window the appointment needed to be rescheduled.

2nd Appointment (attempt): 4 days later - No phone call, no show. To be proactive, I called 45 minutes at the end of the appointment window to see if the appointment was still on schedule. The representative stated the appointment WAS on schedule and I would either receive a confirmation text or call prior to arrival. Never happened. 2 hours after the lapsed appointment window, I messaged for a status update on our appointment - no response.

Seeing another merchant which will not waste clients time or at a minimum communicate.

I made an appointment online and verified it by phone. Needless to say, they were a no show. I called to follow up with no call back. It’s on me that I didn’t check prior reviews before setting this up.

No call, no show on our appointment. Lied about booking notification. We booked on a Monday for a Friday appointment due to fire hazard. Due to their unprofessional behavior we are set back 4 more days. Honoring your commitments to your customers should be a priority, clearly not for Mr. Chimney. Try other companies, avoid this one.

We reached out for servicing of our air duct system and Leonard arrived at our residence in Woodbridge. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Leonard jumped right into the task and managed to complete the work within an hour, even despite all my inquiries regarding our system. We are certainly going to be engaging 365 Air Duct Cleaning again when it's time to upgrade our system!

after a tough night dealing with allergies and congestion, i decided it was time to get my air ducts cleaned. i looked around and found 365 air duct cleaning. i had always been a bit unsure about air duct cleaning because of things i’d heard, but the positive reviews convinced me to give them a try. i sent a text in the morning, and leonard called me back in about 10 or 15 minutes. i explained my situation with the hvac system and allergies, and he said someone could come out the same day. while i was still on the phone, he checked and said the team was close by and could arrive in 10 minutes! zachary and dale showed up quickly and got started right away. they cleaned all the returns, the air ducts, dryer vent, and both bathroom vents. they worked efficiently, were professional, and very polite. i’m really pleased with how everything turned out—last night i slept so well, breathing clean, fresh air with no congestion. the price for each service was fair, and i even received a discount for reaching out by text. the service is honest, hard-working, and trustworthy. i highly recommend them for cleaning your air ducts!

INCREDIBLE! We've been thinking about getting our air ducts cleaned for some time. The team, including Dale, Leonard, and Zachary, were exceptionally friendly, highly professional, and incredibly personable. They gave off that pleasant vibe of a small local business and their attention to detail was truly exceptional. We're planning to make this a regular service because our home has never felt or smelled so pristine. My eldest child, who is 10, entered the house after the service was completed and exclaimed, 'Wow! I can tell a difference! The air doesn't feel heavy like it usually does. I feel like I can breathe much easier now!'
