We called 2 other companies and never heard back after a bird had made a nest in and subsequently got stuck in our dryer vent. Not only did these guys come out within 2 hours, they were quick, professional and replaced our crappy duct that we had been using and installed a grate so no more birds got stuck in our dryer vent! I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!

Very thorough cleaning done. Our dryer works much better now, and we won't have to worry about too much dust on the edges of the carpets anymore. Will call them again next time I need the same service, for sure.

I wasn’t not sure what to expect honestly. They last time if did this was when we bought the house around 2015. That was a Groupon deal and they came in and just ran through the house sucking things out of each duct. This company did an entire process and as soon as they were done I smelled the difference. You really have no idea how dirty your duct system is until you actually experience it clean. I will be using them regularly now.

I was impressed with the team. They were on time, covered my carpets with drop cloths, did a thorough job of cleaning my HVAC ductwork and dryer vent. The dryer vent had a ton of lint in it and extended for at least 25 feet. The team worked very hard to get it clear. My new dryer is working so much better!

I desperately needed dryer vent cleaning service. I knew my dryer vent was clogged, but thought I could do it myself. I ordered a tool on Amazon that connects to a drill, which seemed to get a lot of lint out, but I couldn’t make it turn into the whole of the dryer vent. Plus, the outside vent was really high - 25 feet high, and I certainly didn’t have a ladder tall enough to get up that high and clean the vent from the outside.

I called another company yesterday, who couldn’t get out to see me until 2 1/2 weeks later - a really long time to not have a dryer that would work.

So I tried A Plus Enviro-Services yesterday. They were super professional, took my information, and promised to call back in ten minutes after they confirmed with the team. They called back in 30 minutes, which I thought was still reasonable and even apologized for taking so long to get back to me. (I’m still waiting for the other company to get back me on my “sooner service” request.). I was confirmed for a 30-minute window today (1:00-1:30), one day later. Who even gives such a short service window these days??? They also asked how high my vent was on the outside, quoted me the price, and told me the service would take about 1 1/2 hours, and I would be invoiced afterwards.

I got home from work today at 12:35, and they arrived at 1:15pm, exactly within their service window. Jose introduced himself, asked to see the laundry room, and took off his shoes while in the house. He and his partner then spent the next 90 minutes climbing ladders, bringing in equipment to blow compressed air, and vacuum, and worked until my vents were all clean. He showed me the pictures of the many birds nests in the vent, even though we have a cover with small slats to prevent them from getting in. And the coup de grace? They cleaned up everything spic and span - nothing even left on the lawn. The invoice was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I paid by check, and he moved on.

However, I was still worried - would my dryer really work again? So, I then did the ultimate test - a big load of towels. They literally dried in 40 minutes. Hallelujah! Clean vents, with professional service, timely appointments, and great service. What a treat! I highly recommend A Plus Enviro-Services for cleaning your dryer vent. Great work!!!

They were so thorough, honest and kind.
I originally asked for just the air duct cleaning. The pricing they gave me was going to be the actual cost. Jose started from the dryer, to the attic to the outside. He came inside to speak to me. After taking some pictures of proof of the birds he had found in the outside vent. He was giving me the knowledge that this in-fact was a fire hazard and the reason that my dryer hadn’t been drying my clothes do to little air flow. He also brought the piece that was broken and asked if I wanted to replace it as well as put a vent cover to prevent future nest. Of course I had said yes. Because in all honesty I was tired of buying new dryers. Safety first! He gave me the new price. Which was well worth it. So then Pedro came inside to show me a video of the vacant nest and how big it was. Those birds had really stopped up my vents with barely any are flow.
Once everything was done I told him I was going to do a review. I can’t review the company for their good work... because Jose and Pedro were the men who did it and the company should be completely proud to have such honest and all around wonderful employees. So I give Jose and Pedro

Not often am I impressed by the quality of service and professionalism, but I was today with my first experience with Enviro-Services. Axel and his partner rang the doorbell exactly on time and worked for four hours cleaning the ducts vin our house. Their work was excellent and they kept everything clean as the worked.

A-Plus did a phenomenal job, to the point where I realized that the last duct cleaning firm I hired a few years ago didn't do the job at all. These guys were prompt, thorough, and professional. They even vacuumed my stairs to ensure no dust was left behind. Well, done! Will definitely hire again!

I had a dead bird in the dryer vent. I contacted A plus Enviro-Services and they was able to relieve us of the foul odor permeating throughout our house the same day! Super prompt service. Staff was very professional, courteous, and expedient. Highly recommend!

These guys do a thorough professional job. At the end of their work you can request to look into the air conditioning/ heat exchange panels to make sure everything is up to Snuff. This is the second time I've used them and the second time I've been 100% satisfied. I got them through a referral and would highly recommend them to any home owner.

A Plus just finished cleaning my air ducts and I can already tell a difference! My house feels amazing now and the air quality is nice and clean. We were worried we might have some mold, but they inspected and told us we didn't. We were really glad to hear that and super grateful for their honesty. We also have a dog which has caused some air quality issues--A Plus gave some tips on how to deal with that too. They really did a thorough job and the crew was super nice. I can't thank them enough for coming out and taking care of our air ducts. Highly recommend!

A Plus Enviro-Services did an amazing job! We had our HVAC system and air ducts cleaned. They took before and after pictures so we could see just how dirty our vents were and how they were restored after they cleaned them. The staff were very professional, friendly, snd thorough! I had my dryer vent cleaned. Apparently one should do this more often than every 22 years!!!!! Yikes! We are beyond lucky we didn't have a dryer fire.
