Briggs HVAC came through for us in a big way today. I called late on a Friday afternoon with a malfunctioning furnace, right as the coldest weekend of the year was approaching. They were able to dispatch quickly, and the two technicians who arrived were fantastic—professional, clear in their explanations, and efficient in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
