Geraldo was great! He came to my parents home diagnosed the issue with AC and repaired it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and their issue.

I have been using Briggs heating and Air for 4 years. They have been amazing, timely, and professional. They also support all the services that HOA requires and are able to certify any type of service you need. Always go to them for everything HVAC needs and not to mention they clean and do maintenance on fireplace and chimney.

Quick service to replace our HVAC system that went bad. Had complete A/C system installed in less than 6 hours.

My landlord told us to use Briggs as she has an account set up for our house. I have called multiple times today (Saturday) to get service of the AC that has stopped Friday night. There is no response to multiple calls to the after hours/emergency number. 9:50 am, 12:50 pm and 4:30 pm. I have also left 2 messages on the main office voicemail message that asks you to call the after hours service number. If you supposedly maintain an after hours business, please have the courtesy to have someone on duty to at least tell you to go to Hell. Bad Customer Service.
