Michael came following a home warranty claim to look at our shower. He was punctual, very kind, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He thoroughly explained what need to be done and how long it would take as well as would and wouldn’t be covered. I was left feeling very confident that I was in good hands and look forward to having a fully functioning shower again in the near future.

From the moment the technician Patrick arrived he was courteous and professional. He clearly explained the issue with my HVAC system and walked me through the steps he would take to resolve the problem. After completing the repairs, he tested the system to ensure it was cooling efficiently. Highly recommend.

We were referred to United Air Temp by American Home Shield when our AC unit in our house failed. They were responsive and came the next day to review the situation and give us a bid for replacement. The Freon was low and the repair was costly on an aged out unit. Our only option were to replace the unit. That night we were told a proposal was forthcoming. The tech left the unit on despite the fact that he informed us that the unit would freeze up again and then defrost onto the floor again. We confirmed to leave the unit off since we were already used to the hot temp in the house. We went to bed and to work the next day. Windows left open. Came home to a flooded basement floor. After cleaning it up the floor boards have warped and buckling up from the water. When we called Inited Air Temps, Don apologized and told us to call our homeowners insurance. They could not or would not take responsibility. We were told that the service techs are advised to leave the system on-even though they aren't working because customers complain they have no AC. The unit failed and we were getting it replaced . Why would we want it on? We wasted electricity and our floor was ruined. With No Recourse form United Air Temps because the tech left the unit on we say buyer beware. I don't like writing bad reviews but this is our experience with Inited Air Temps. If anything changes, I'll gladly revise this review.

On time and on budget, great working with the tech on my plumbing leaks.

Their assessment of the mildy tilting A/C units was precise, accurate & honest, and their estimate was free. No silly “service” call fee. This was actually my second order with them. Previously they flushed out the water heater. Same great performance.

The work requested did not match what The technician was given; he wasn’t give full details of the service request. The estimate he gave for the work he thought was needed was far more than expected for the work I requested. However after discussions with the company he was able to remove the diagnostic charge even though I was not going to go forward with the work. Terrell went out of his way to ensure there was good customer service at the end even if I didn’t use there service this time. I will still consider them in the future for other work simply because of Terrell.

Had UAT perform a checkup on my heating systems.They showed on time and made sure everything worked great. They even moved a sensor within one of my heaters to make sure it was running correctly!

5-🌟 experience all around because: 1) Gerardo and Jack, the technicians from United Air Temp in Stafford, was very punctual, patient, supportive, professional, polite, and nice. After assessing the situation, they patiently explained the issue to me and then fixed it. They tested the system before and after. They both provided recommendations for other possible maintenance jobs that can be scheduled through the company. 2) The company receptors responds professionally 24/7! So, their availability, clear communication, and professional delivery is exemplary. I spoke to several staff there and they are nice, polite , and professional. Would I recommend them? BIG YES! 👍

The technician Logen was the best. He actually cleaned and serviced everything thoroughly. Don't get there maintenance plans though. not worth it and not what they promised for the price.

The tech was amazing. The second portion of the repair ( ceiling) was never addressed so here it not is October and I still have a hole in my ceiling. Office is rarely available to address the issue.

Rudy is the MASTER technician. He was very personable and professional. He came right in and got to work. He is a master at his craft. I would definitely recommend United Air Temp for my plumbing and other needs.

The technical Kamren came out today to clean and check my hot water heater and dryer. He was a great polite young man.

Rudy was absolutely fantastic! Extremely professional and warm demeanor, as well as informative and helpful. Will definitely be asking for Rudy again in the future!

All I can say is that when I call United Air Temp I get the most considerate people especially Roger and a Very nice lady that I am so sorry that I forgot her name, but I spoke with her today. So please check to see who I am talking about. They both were very courteous and patient in listening to me about my problem. They are both a credit to United Air.

Terrell came and figured out the problem with my cutoff valves and water pipes. He explained everything well and scheduled a time to return with the supplies to fix it.

Outstanding customer service technician. The individual who serviced my HVAC possessed extremely good professional skills. He serviced my AC in the spring of 2025 and is consistent.

The technician was extremely impressive and professional in performing the preventative maintenance work on the following; furnace, hot water heater and clothe dryer. The technician name is Kamren Shinard

Received annual service for heating, air conditioning, furnace and heat pump units. Technician (Logan) was courteous, professional and provided exceptional customer service.

Very disappointed with their customer service. Have been waiting for 3 days for return call to schedule a hot water heater replacement which will apparently cost me over $2,300. Seems way to high of a price but is part of coverage I have with America Home Shield another company I'm disappointed with in their "repair or replace" moto.

Donald was very helpful and patient throughout the time frame of diagnosising what’s wrong with our HVAC, ordering a new thermostat, and fixing the issue. He also went above by discussing/showing us how the new thermostat works and more. Thanks Donald for doing that
