Mike S. just completed our regularly scheduled maintenance. Mike takes care of two family residences for us. He is a professional at all times. His subject matter expertise is phenomenal. His attitude and personality are greatly appreciated. Always friendly and always helpful. I would say he goes above and beyond representing his company.

We have been using the services of Leonard Splaine Co. for the past 20 years and we are satisfied with everything about the company. The owner , the administrative staff, sales, and technicians are extremely courteous , professional , friendly and service oriented. They know their customers and do their best to keep them happy. Their prices are right and their work is exceptional. Highly recommend.

As always, my fall service maintenance was handled by Rudy a knowledgeable and trustworthy technician. He carefully addressed a few issues to ensure my heating system will run reliably throughout the winter. I’m very pleased with the service I received—the technician was thorough and the office staff continues to be helpful and pleasant whenever I schedule appointments or have questions.

My technician, Rudy, was great. He just came out to check out our furnace and conduct some regular maintenance. His knowledge of the system was obvious and his willingness to answer my many questions so I could better understand my furnace was extremely helpful. He even helped me learn how to check my fuel oil tank’s level. Will absolutely stay with this company for the foreseeable future.

Update: Bryan came out today to do regular maintenance on our Hvac system and mini split. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. This is why I like using Leonard Splaine. They provide excellent work and service!

A few months ago, my mini split system wasn't heating or cooling well, and Brad at Leonard Splaine helped diagnose the issue. The unit was leaking refrigerant from the evaporator coil. After ordering the part, Brad came out to replace the coil from the indoor unit. A lot of pieces had to be taken apart and Brad did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. He also made sure the fan blades were cleaned. I'm super happy about the repair and the unit has been working wonderfully for the last few months (since it was repaired). Thank you!

Technician showed up in agreed on timeframe and let me know he was coming about 20 minutes before he showed up. Came in and explained what he was doing and what he would be looking for. Was pleasant and patient with my questions. A very favorable experience for me.

I called Leonard Splaine because the pilot was off on my hot water tank and I couldn’t get it to light. Although they are not plumbers per say, they said they would send someone out to diagnose the problem. I was very pleased to find out that they were sending Rudy to assess the issue. Rudy has serviced my gas furnace several times and has successfully repaired it each time with some trouble shooting involved since it’s an older unit. Rudy is always professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I will call on Leonard Splaine and Rudy again for any future needs.

Moved recently into a house with an older oil furnace. I found Leonard Splaine through a google search and based off the reviews, I gave them a call. The system was working but I wanted to upgrade the 1970s thermostat to a smart one and based on what I found online, it was not going to be a simple install. I called, made an appointment and within a few days, had a technician (Rudy) at our house and within an hour or so had everything installed and working. I will definitely call them back if I have any HVAC issues in the future! Rudy was on time, explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job.
