We recently had to replace both our AC and furnace, so we gathered five different quotes before making a decision.
We chose Brennan’s heating & air and we’re so glad we did.
From the start, Jon T. stood out from the other sales reps we met—he wasn’t pushy at all, just down-to-earth and straightforward, which really helped us feel comfortable and confident in our choice.
Their pricing was right in the middle of the range, which felt fair for the quality of service they provide as well as their warrantees.
When it came time for the installation, the two technicians were fantastic—efficient, professional, and incredibly kind. They got the job done quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Brennan’s HVAC to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

Update: the companies owner reached out promptly after reading my review. He apologized for my less than ideal experience and offered a refund. The refund was not necessary, but I appreciate the attempt to rectify the issue. I have added two stars to reflect this.

Had the misfortune of calling this company and making an appointment for 2-25-26 and will never do it again. I called for an appointment to have my two units serviced. I specifically said I wanted my condenser coils and drain pan cleaned and inspected along with an estimate for replacing approx. 40 feet of duct work that was currently installed with cheap flex duct. The company sent Darryl. He was coughing on entrance and reeked of cigarettes. I showed him the units and explained to him, just as I explained to whomever booked the appointment at his office, apparently one of the two have issues listening, as to what I needed done. Darryl looked bewildered. Apparently he thought he was there to probe a few things and charge $163 dollars for two units (a scam in my book). When I explained I needed my coils and drain pan inspected and cleaned I started getting excuses as to why he was not going to be able to do the work. Then on the estimate portion of the appointment Darryl explains all he can do is take pictures and send them to the office for an estimate. Both answers to the work I made an appointment for sent up red flags immediately. Darryl stated the only way he could clean the coils was to vacuum all the refrigerant out and cut all the multiple lines coming into the unit and pull out the coils to accomplish the job. Nonsense! I have had this service done in the past and that is absurd. Chemical sprays are applied to clean coils in place. I have even done the job myself once before in a different house. Second, any person with even basic HVAC experience can measure duct work ask a few question to the preferred installation and formulate an estimate for replacement. Darryl was clearly either poorly trained or with next to no experience. I let him inspect one unit and told him to forget the rest of the work, paid him and sent him on his way. Would never recommend this company or ever use them again. I am confused as to how Brennan's has received so many good ratings. Maybe they got another tech that actually knew what he was doing.

Our regular technician, Adam, is such a good person, and a great tech. He is detail oriented, And personable, a wonderful combination.
Now, we needed a whole new system and Brennan's sent out 2 very friendly, helpful, on-task installers, Marty and Waldir. It's a huge investment. They gave us confidence, made it painless, and walked us through everything we wanted to know when they were finished.
Our thanks to all 3 of these fellows, and to Brennan's who has provided us with top notch service at 3 properties since 1988.

Jon T, explained all our options clearly. The installation team Anthony and Danny were professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, worked diligently, left the work area spotless, and took the time to walk us through the new system and thermostat. Joe English, the service manager was very helpful and responsive during the process for scheduling! Also, Liz made the permit process go smoothly. Our new system runs quietly and efficiently – highly recommend Brennans for their outstanding service and quality work! Had follow up visit from Arron to explain that the fan was so quiet I did not know it was running and humidity was being circulated .Aaron was right on time , super knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with Mike Showalters professionalism and the service he provided today. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he was doing. Ted and his team are amazing. You can’t go wrong when you use Leonard Splaine!

Rudy had incredible attention to detail - he was a real pleasure to have at the house, ensuring our equipment is all in great working order for winter. Great service by service rep Mike! He replaced our thermostat that had broke down since the snow storm on Sunday. We've had no heat on the house and Mike got us up and running with heat in no time. We really appreciate the service.

Brad came out a couple weeks ago he was very knowledgeable and professional. Took care of a failing thermostat to get our unit back online and did our seasonal AC check. Bryan came out today to troubleshoot an AC system. Very professional and skilled. He was able to locate and repair leaks in our system. Getting much needed cooling back online. He is a credit to Leonard Splaine Co. I would use him and Leonard Splaine again on our heating cooling needs. Very honest company. I would use both these techs again.

I’m so pleased with the service I received. The salesman came out the next day when I called and provided a price later that same day. Pricing was great too. The technicians were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!

Mr. Hoskins was professional and highly knowledgeable. He got my furnace fixed up ahead of the snow that’s in the forecast, and I really appreciate his help. I’ll be calling again soon for an oil delivery, and for any future furnace repairs I inevitably end up needing.

Tech was great! The companies communication was excellent. They kept me updated of expected time for the tech. The tech explained anything I had questions for which was many. I asked him to explain like I was a kindergartener lol since I am not well-versed in HVAC. I highly recommend you give them a call

I have been using this company for years. The customer service and support is top notch. I had them install a new onDemand hot water unit about two years ago. I called to have our OnDemand unit serviced and Rudy did an outstanding job. He took the time to diagnose the problem, troubleshooting any issues he identified and explaining everything he did. He was professional, outstanding customer service and committed to resolving the problem. I strongly recommend using them for new install, service and maintenance. It’s hard to find a HVAC company you can trust but this company will always treat you right.

Mike is always awesome, and today was no exception. He checked everything and verified that everything is working in tip top fashion. Honest to God, I would not want anyone but Mike servicing my heat pumps and boiler. He's one-of-a-kind. You are so lucky to have him as part of your team. He has no equal, and I speak with 15 years of super service he has provided.

Rudi was awesome. He actually seemed interested in fixing our system as opposed to selling us a new one like the contractors before him. I would request him specifically if I had to call again. Highly recommend!

Rudy had been here before so he was familiar with the system. He did the usual maintenance items for the heater, and also found a small leak on the water heater. He was able to correct that. He’s very personable, explains what he’s done, and smiles!

We had our annual inspection done & Rudy was great! He took the time to explain what he was checking, answered all my questions, and gave helpful tips for maintaining our system throughout the year. We feel confident going into the colder months knowing our HVAC system is in great shape thanks to Rudy’s thorough inspection. Excellent service and no pressure to up-sell. My technician Bryan Hernandez was personable and professional. As it turned out nothing was wrong with my furnace. He diagnosed the concerning noise or vibration to the ductwork. I definitely will be calling them back the next time I may have an HVAC problem.

Mike from Splaine has been handling my Buderus furnace for a couple years now and today’s visit was like the rest: friendly, informative, professional and with an eye to keeping me on top of preventative maintenance.

Very knowledgeable and was able to determine a problem that Walked HVAC/Michael Bondsby has been unable to determine for 2 years. Not only did Rudy find the solution, but he also explained it to me and showed me. We will be permanently fixing it soon.
