Excellent experience with Brennan's. First of all, I conducted my research, both locally and on the Carrier website. Brennans had the best reviews on Google and Carrier had them listed as their top contractor. So, I called after my HVAC stopped working. They answered the phone and got a technician out on the same day. Would like to take a moment to acknowledge Gari Darr, who went above and beyond diagnosing and servicing my HVAC system. In addition, he signed me up for their service plan which ended up saving me money on the part that needed replacing. Very thankful for his professionalism and service. My system is now working, and it didn't cost me a fortune. Even though he is retiring soon, I will absolutely continue to conduct business with Brennans based off my experience with Gari. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

On 10 May Hayden repaired our AC unit. He's very professional, knowledgeable and detailed. I highly recommend Hayden. We've been serviced by Brennan for 4 years now. Their technicians, dispatchers and staff are number 1 and great at their jobs.

Brennan’s serviced my AC on July 29th and did a great job. The technician arrived early and was very knowledgeable. The system is pushing out colder air again. I’ll be calling Brennan’s in the fall for a furnace tune up. Very pleased!

Another great review for Brennan's HVAC. A quick call to Bonnie or Kelly (friendly and professional as always) and help is on the way quickly. Brennan's also understands that keeping good field techs (like Rick Michaels) is the core of their business. We've had other techs from other companies look at our mini-splits and say "there's not much to do" to them in terms of preventive maintenance, but only Rick has stepped up to diagnose various issues on service or PM calls (e.g. low refrigerant due to a tiny leak, biological growth impeding blower performance, etc), taken the time to actually explain the problems in detail, and then solve them. On our last visit he carefully cleaned our unit (something others were reluctant to do.....mini-splits are notoriously hard to clean properly) and brought it back to near-new working condition. Techs like Rick are why Brennan's is our go-to for HVAC work, time and time again.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, and professional. Rick investigated an intermittent electrical issue and he just wouldn’t quick until it was fully resolved. As a retired engineer, I complement his deep understanding of the system and the methodical process he went through to fully assess and identify the cause. Not sure others would have need able to do this. Great job!

Aaron is amazing! I called for a second opinion after being quoted $1,700 by my plumber. Aaron was able to come out the same day and fix the issue without needing the parts I was told had to be replaced. 10/10 — highly recommend!

We just bought a new house, and Rick detailed all the working components of both units that were unfamiliar to us. He was incredibly thorough inside and outside the house. We’ve had a service contract with Brennan’s for years now, and we remain customers precisely because of experiences like the one with Rick today. 5 stars, indeed.

I had a AC, furnace and water heater coming to their end but the person I got for salesperson for my free estimate was horrible, he talked to me like he was doing me a favor when in fact I was trying to do business with them. His name John. I heard good things about this company and i really wanted to pick their company, had cash in hand ready to accept proposal but his attitude turned me away. Horrible customer service when I asked if he could talk to his manager to modify something for me, he didnt even try, he blatantly said no. He could have at least say: hey, let me ask them and ill get back to you. Was that so hard? I dont think so. Now im going to pick another company who would treat me right and value my money.

I had my home's AC serviced yesterday, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Adam was outstanding! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

What stood out most was Adam's clear and consistent communication. He walked us through every step of the process, explaining what he was doing and why it mattered. It's rare to find a technician who is so transparent and dedicated to ensuring the homeowner is informed and comfortable throughout the service.

He was thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issue, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. Our AC is now running perfectly, and we’re incredibly grateful.

Darryl was so professional and courteous. He immediately introduced himself and extended his hand. I noticed Darryl immediately put on shoe protectors and immediately went to work. I knew everything was going to be taken care with the problem that existed with my furnance. Darryl explained everything he was doing to make sure my wife and I would be comfortable during this very cold weather. A big Shout Out is in order for Darryl. I may posted a previous review but today I was asked for a recommendation and without hesitation I said to call Brennan's for a new hvac system. Mine, along with the new wonderful thermostat have been in place about 3 months now. Everything about this experience was positive once the decision was made to go with Brennan's. The choices offered and the prices were all within my range. They did not try to oversell me and when I called a month after installation with a question a technician came right out. It turned out to be a new user question and I was assured it was not a stupid question (it really was). The warrant was the best offered. Highly pleased with the entire experience.

Just an absolute 5 star shout out to the folks at Brennan's Heating and AC. The girls in office were both caring, personable and very pleasant to work with on an urgent need to get heat into senior house. Aaron was the tch who responded, again very personable, explained fully the issue, swift to perform repairs and minimized costs by not cutting corners but doing a thorough diagnostic scan. Super happy with these folks, in fact requested to be put on their maintenance program. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Had a new HVAC heat pump system installed by Brennan this month. Very professional technicians and their work is top-notch! Have been using Brennan for about 25 years…have always received great service.

Brennan's is a reputable company that stands behind their work. Aaron is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He will keep you informed and answers all your questions. He recommends ways to improve your HVAC's efficiency and therefore your comfort. I have a dog, cat, and seasonal allergies, and Aaron recommended an Air Knight purifier to be placed in the unit.I was skeptical at first, but over the last year with it, my daughter and I have been healthier and our allergies have been tolerable. Great investment!

Brennan's installed our complete, new HVAC system in July '25. Since our smoke alarms were going off randomly during winter of '26, we called for someone to come and just double check. Aaron Sajeski came - the furnace was fine - the alarms were (too old) dead/dying. Not only did Aaron help find the proper breaker to disconnect the juice, to stop the noise (!!!), he was so helpful with advice, just a very knowledgeable, personable man. Thanks, Aaron! I have been with Brennan’s Heating & Air Conditioning for over 20 years. They have installed two HVAC systems in that time (the most recent in August of 2024). We also have a yearly contract with them (reasonably low price) whereby they provide a fall and a spring maintenance review/inspection of our HVAC. You are also provided with contract options depending on the level of maintenance/repair you would like. Their technicians are professional, neat and tidy, provide information on the status of our system, and make suggestions as appropriate. Brennan’s is a great company with great employees. The added bonus is that when we needed to replace our HVAC system, they easily explained our options for product and financing, and the job was completed within a week! I also would like to add that their office staff is exceptional as well. They are very professional and friendly accommodating when scheduling inspections and making payments. Highly recommend!

I'm a brand new customer and today was my first fall maintenance service with Brennan's. Having been with my previous HVAC company for almost 14 years, I'm only kicking myself that I didn't switch over to Brennan's sooner! I had no idea that such an oustanding company existed. From the office who scheduled my appointment to Adam, the technician who came out today, I was beyond amazed by their outstanding customer service! Adam was absolutely great! He checked numerous things on both of my systems that had not been checked in years and he explained everything to me as he went along! He was very thorough and clean and I've even called and requested for him to be my regular technician! I am extremely happy that I found Brennan's and will definitely be a long term customer!
